d2h infinity app recharge of rs. 903

Today 12:00 a. M. My d2h stopped due to low balance. So, i opened my d2h infinity app and tried to recharge an amount of rs. 903. I was supposed to get rs. 903 + rs. 270.9 extra. I paid rs. 903 using my pnb debit card. Money go deducted but transaction failed. Due to covid-19 crisis, customer support isn't available. So, i request paynimo to refund me back or recharge my account.

I did an online payment of premium of my life insurance policy on 30th april, 2020. Payment was debited from my bank account but it did not reach the merchant [bajaj allianz life insurance co ltd.]. Bank statement shows the status of transaction successful but the merchant is still showing the payment as due.

In 26th march i can do a imuthoot gold lone intrest transaction to your bank with the interface of phonepay app... The amount will be debite my account and did not get any success order message to me... I will wait for a day... Then i will made another transaction via paytm... It's was successful...

I made a transaction on bsnl payment portal to pay my landline bill through paynimo / techprocess gateway on 24 april 2020 amounting to rs. 350 through internet banking (Standard chartered bank), but the transaction failed due to some technical glitch and an error page appeared with this message -

paynimo / techprocess payment services money deducted from bank account but receiver didn't get it

I have made payment to hdfc ltd emi yesterday using paynimo code given. I used the link to make payment. At the end of transaction amount got debited and it kept on processing for a while and transaction showed as failed after couple of minutes. The amount is debited from my account and have checked with hdfc and confirm that they have not received the credit. Please refund my amount asap.

paynimo money debited but not sent to merchant

I had done 2 online transaction using kotak net banking via paynimo to recharge my bbdaily account.

Both the time there was error (Screenshot attached) and rs. 1000 was debited 2 times, but it was not sent to merchant (Bbdaily) as i cannot see any money added to my bbdaily wallet.

These are the sms received on both times

Rs.1, 000.00 has been debited from your a/c xxxxxx via kotak pg on 21-apr-20...

I tried reaching out the bank, the told me to contact paynimo. The paynimo customer care is of no use. Rude guys appointed a representatives....
