The complaint is for bsnl broadband payment. The payment was made via techprocess on 15 june 2020. The amount of rs. 1913 has been deducted from my account but the payment to bsnl did not go through (Pending). The inb/[protected] received as an sms. How and when will the money be transferred to my account? Bsnl a? C [protected]

    I made my payment to mrsptu via techprocess payment service but the amount have not been reflected to my mrsptu student account. My form have not been locked and it showed payment failed but the amount is deducted from my bank account.

          Had made payment to bsnl of rs.427 thru hdfc bank card ending 6676. However the same was not acknowledged by bsnl. Payment at portalbs1209107 on[protected] at 18.40.50. Hence had to make the payment again.

            Sir,
            I did a payment of rs850 via uco bank netbanking to "paynimo/techprocess payment services" on 8th june 2020.
            Its confirmation number which i got was 21906895. Although the amount got debited from my bank account, payment wasn't successful, for which i had to pay twice and second time it got successful. Therefore i request you to reimburse the debited amount first time which hd the confirmation number[protected].

              This is hari krishna, i was writing this mail, i have paid govt. Property tax online - peerzadiguda (Hyderabad). During paying i have encountered a problem of failure transaction. Due to non confirmation of successful transaction. I was checking in website of property tax. Still it is showing un paid or still outstanding but my account is showing debited..

              Crosschecked physically with them, not reflecting in their records. Kindly sort it out.

                                On 30 may 2020, i have done an online transaction of 5000 rupees from paytm via techprocess to kalyanjewellers so as to pa my installment. But since now, the money hadn't been credited to kalyanjewellers site, but had been debited from the account. When i checked the paytm payment history it shows that money has been credited to techprocess. So please refund my money to my account as soon as possible, as i'm in urgent need of it.

After paying, on checking my account balance I found that the money had been debited from the account. But since now the money hadn't been credited to kalyanjewellers site. The paytm payment history tells that money has been credited to techprocess. So please credit the money to my account as soon as possible.

                                      Sirs,
                                      I had performed 2 nos transations through tech process - payment to kerala state electricity board on 20.05.2020 for amounts rs 222.00 and rs 1399.00 (The dateils of transaction are attached herewith). This amount was not credited to kseb. The money was deducted from account.
                                      I did a repeated trial for the amount for rs 222.00 on 27.05.2020. The result was same. I have attached screen shot for the same.
                                      I have been paying the bills in same procedure since last 5 years but never faced problem. I did the second trial as tne last date of payement is over. I am not at my home town. So i cannot pay directly.
                                      Please look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest.
