I have done transaction for cucet application. For application no pg22015093.

First transaction from uco bank debit card money has been debited from account but transaction was incomplete transaction details:

Second transaction from citi bank debit card money has been debited from account but transaction was incomplete transaction details:
Ref:[protected] on 30th of march

Third transaction from uco bank debit card that was successfull transaction details are

                          On 3rd april, 2020 i made a payment of rs. 26, 919/- through netbanking from my hdfc bank account to "feecounter" towards my ward's education fee.

                          The amount shows credited from my account but not received by "feecounter". Please look into the matter and credit the same to feecounter so that i can get the payment receipt.

                            I have make the payment Rs 40012.98 to Muthoot finance from Axis Bank account using paynimo/ Techprocess Solutions Ltd gate way. Amount deducted from my Axis Bank account & but not credited in Muthoot finance. Message show that, payment is done to Techprocess Solutions Ltd. Ref. ( INB/[protected]/Techprocess Solutions Ltd.

                              R/Sir,
                              I registered my daughter RIYA for PG admission MCA course
                              at VIT, Vellore institute of Tecnology, vide Ref no 17245229.

                              I selected your payment gateway for the Online entrance fees
                              deposition of Rs 1200=00

                              The course entrance fees of Rs 1205.66 was deducted from
                              my account, OBC, using Debit card, vide transaction ID,

                              PRCR/ECOM/00212141/[protected]/43570875 on dated
                              31/3/2020 at 19-20 Hours.
                              But the payment was not realized at VIT university .

                              Kindly examine the case at your end and take n/a
                              so that either payment is realized at VIT university
                              or credited into my OBC account .

                                      Hi, we request to block, hold, cancel the transaction happened on april 1 at 4:58 pm for rs 19999 from my amex card ending *71002.
                                      This is a fraud, illegal, unauthorized, unauthenticated transaction. This was done by a fraud person who called from number [protected]. This person called and asked us to download a software called teamviewer. He could then see and control our mobile while on the call where he took the otp and processed this transaction.
                                      Request you to help us get back the amount to origin to our amex card. We can help you with call recording incase you need as evidence.
                                      Hoping to hear positively on this at the earliest.

                                        Hi,

                                        My self krishna mohan ch, i paid my margadarsi installment 11167.50 through icici net banking using panimo / techprocess gateway. The above mentioned amount of debited from my account but the payment receipt is not generated. I made this transaction on 31 mar 2020 at 08:08.
                                        The bank transaction id is: [protected]. Pls confirm whether the transaction is successful, if not please initiate refund. Also confirm, if the transaction is successful that the amount is received by merchant or not. Even if i paid the amount, in the merchant app, payment transaction status is not updated.

                                        I have purchased body lotion worth 450 Rs on[protected] in online portal of Origo Cosmeceuticals, but amount deducted from account and no confirmation message received nor purchase history/ order details available in website.please provide status of transaction or create a chargeback to my account
