Sir, I was making payment for electricity bill for connection no - 372KRD2137075 o[censored]ttarakhand Power corporation Limited (UPCL) on date 13 Apr 20, my payment amount deducted from my bank account however bill payment slip not ganerated till now.The payment details are follows-

I had re charged my mobile having SIM No. [protected] on[protected] for Rs.100/- . Charging successful but not came to my Mobile account.
Please give an information about what happened to my money.

I make a online payment to muthoot finance 5000/- through muthoot epay via paynimo tech process payment services. My amount was debited but not credited to muthoot fincorp. From bank end i received that transaction success, from muthoot side they are showing transaction failed.

On 3rd april, 2020 i made a payment of rs. 26, 919/- through netbanking from my hdfc bank account to "feecounter" towards my ward's education fee.

The amount shows credited from my account but not received by "feecounter". Please look into the matter and credit the same to feecounter so that i can get the payment receipt.

My last interest (102/-) paid for my loan number 1182/mws/5792 has been failed. I attached the screenshot below. But the money (102.48/-) has been deducted from my account.
