Hi,

I tried to recharge videocon d2h in there website which directed to tech process solutions - through axis bank internet banking. The amount was debited but recharge did not happen. Below is the transactions

28 mar 2020 inb/[protected]/techprocess solutions ltd/ 2, 859.00

I want this t be resolved asap as my money has been taken from bank....

cucet application 2020 -

I applied for cucet 2020 on 29.03.20. While paying amount from sbi debit card, the amount was deducted but application status is pending. I tried again, with the same card the amount was deducted again but application status is pending again

2 times amount was deducted

Kindly consider this issue and make my amount refunded...

I made a transaction on bsnl payment portal to pay my landline bill through your gateway on 24 march 2020 at 10:48 am of 389 rupees through my rupay debit card, but the transaction failed due to some technical problems and an error page appeared with this message -

"please check and verify if the amount has been debited by your bank. If the debit has happened the actual final status of your transaction will be confirmed back...

cucet application form payment failure- balance deducted twice

I made two payments for applying CUCET application. One is on[protected] of 800/- with transaction ID "PUR/CENTRAL UNIVERSITY OF/MUMBAI" with axis bank debit card. And another is on[protected] of 803.78/- with transaction ID "833116" VIA SBI debit card. In both the cases balance got deducted but transaction was incomplete and went pending. Please take necessary action to resolve my issue. I'm adding screenshots with the transaction details....

payment of electricity bill not confirmed

Hello, My payment of Rs.5574 got deducted from my bank account on 24th March as i was filling my electricity bill to DVVNL and i didnt get the confirmation from your side. Please help and reply and let me know about the status or refund my money

error in the payment for the registration of central university common entrance test (cucet-2020).

During the online registration for cucet-2020, i had paid rs.800/- towards the examination registration fee on march 25, 2020, which is deducted from my account and same has not reached to the concerned merchant neither refunded. So i kindly request you to solve the issue with immediate effect and please refund my payment.

kseb bill payment error

Ref:axis bank reference no.: inb/[protected]/techprocess solutions ltd/ dated 24/03/2020

With reference to the transaction mentioned above an amount of rupees 2925.78 had been debited from my axis bank account against the kseb bill on 24/03/2020. But so far the said amount is not credited in kseb (Kerala electricity board) account and not reversed to my axis bank account. After input the otp i got an error screen as attached....

refund due to non received payment by cucet.

I tried to pay RS.800 my registration fee for cucet- 2020 and the amount was deducted from my account but the same hasn't reached theirs.it still shows i've not paid in my login page but the money is deducted .please refund my money back....

payment failure during cucet application process

I have done a payment during cucet application process and the payment has failed but the amount of ₹800 has been deducted from my bank account. I have done the payment through my debit card and after the amount deducted it is shown the payment is failed. And my application is still pending because of this.
