I have done transaction on 16th february 2020through upi. But amount got deducted from my account and the payment is successfully. But it is not updated in muthoot app please help me with my transaction. Details are as follows

    I have made a payment for uppcl bill using upi but due to some internet/website issue, i had not received any confirmation after approving the upi payment. However, the uppcl website says that the bill has not been paid. But amount has been deducted from my kotak mahindra bank account. Following are the upi transaction details:

    Amount : 555.00 rs.

    Please help me to getting my money back.

        I tried to pay for my bajaj allianz insurance premium today on 11/02/2020, but the transaction got cancelled at last. Money got deducted from my federal bank account. It is still not credited back to my account nor my premium is paid. So i would like to get my money refunded back to my federal bank account.

                I am cable tv operator doing business with tamilnadu arasu cable tv corporation limited. I used to pay the amount through paynimo gateway (As you are the service provider for tamilnadu arasu cable tv corporation limited).

                I did transfer a payment 450 on today to tamilnadu arasu cable tv corporation limited via your payment gateway. After the payment transfer, amount not credit in tactv account.

                      I was trying to book emirates flight ticket through canara bank online banking, through tpsl india.in/ payment gateway and payment request was redirected through paynimo on 19/1/2020, time: 15:08:49. Unfortunately amount is debited and did not get ticket confirmation through email or sms. Kindly do the needful to resolve the issue at the earliest.

                        My money amounting to inr 1352.24 was deducted from my paytm wallet how ever the transaction status came back as failed.

                        Now my paytm wallet has not been credited back nor the merchant has been paid as the amount is showing as outstanding and the result screen gave the transaction status failed.

                        Paytm transactions reference number is[protected] and paytm is telling me they have paid you guys successfully.

                        Kindly either pay the merchant or credit the money back to my wallet. This unacceptable.

                              Based on request received from insurance company icici lombard telecaller on 23.12.2019, i had received mail requesting policy premium payment with my policy number, so i have made the payment to icici lombard using paynimo on 24.12.19, which is still not received by insurance company.                                   I have done transaction on 21 st of december 2019 through upi. But amount got deducted from my account and the payment is successfully. But it is not updated in margadarsi chit app please help me with my transaction. Details are as follows

                                    I had made payment of electricity bill of ₹ 2893 on 22 dec 19 vide customer reference[protected]. Amount got debited but not credited in jharkhand urja vitran nigam limited account. Kindly look into the issue and ensure that this problem does not recur in future. It creates embarrassing situation. Electricity department may fine me. T his is the second time that this sort of problem has happened.

                                      Hi
                                      I tried to book a bus ticket from redbus site.
                                      Amount got deducted from my bank but ticket not confirmed. I tried using 3 payment modes and the amount got debited thrice.
                                      I tried to call redbus helpdesk, but they told that they haven't got the amount.
                                      I'm unable to get in touch with the payment gateway heldesk. I haven't received any transaction id as well.
                                      Unfortunately i tried to book the ticket from redbus site without logging in since i was in a hurry to book the ticket.

                                      Kindly refund as soon as possible.

                                      We are unable to trace any records on the basis of given details.

                                      Kindly coordinate with your bank and provide us with the Techprocess transaction id to check the status.
                                      Payment for the round trip was deducted from my account at 3:39 pm on 2nd of Jan'2020. Checked my mail at 10:15 pm, but the ticket not confirmed. In case the ticket is not received by tomorrow early in the morning, please arrange to refund my amount so that an alternative arrangement may be made. Matter urgent.
