I have applied for new bijli connection on the uppcl site, and my balance is debited from my account through paytm, and transaction id: [protected]
But the uppcl site says the transaction was not successful, and i am not able to proceed ahead after debited my balance from my account, and the paytm app is showing transaction successful to techprocess, i have not any contact with techprocess, what should i do for this.
