This amount got debited from my sbi bank
(Same has been confirmed after talking with sbi bank representative)

amount deducted but bill is not paid

I have made a online payment of rs. 548 (Rupees five hundred & forty-eight only) on 5 sept 2019 to jbvnl (For electricity bill) thru google pay (Tech process solutions ltd. Payment gateway)

The money has been deducted from my account, but it has not been transferred to the payee’s (Jbvnl) account.

I would request you to kindly refund the amount to me, as early as possible.

Dear sir/madam,
I have paid jbvnl electricity bill of rs. 3704 through online payment mode on jbvnl website on[protected]. The amount has been deducted from my union bank of india account but failed to generate confirmation receipt. The amount has not been deposited to jbvnl account, nor it has been returned back to my bank account. My consumer no. Bgs2143 of sub-division-mango, jamshedpur. I paid rs 1360 on 27th august 19 to jharkhand bijli vitran nigam through their android app ezybzly using paynimo payment services. I paid by my credit card. My credit card ends xxxx xxxx xxxx 7512 and it is hdfc regalia credit card.
My account was debited but my electricity bill was not paid for the same..
Paynimo should clear my bill or at least give pme some cogent answer.

distance education fees got debited twice

I have tried paying money online to purchase a shirt from myntra. While paying through Net banking, I got an error page from Paynimo which was attached below . My money (Rs. 799) was debited(transaction details screenshot was also attached). But there is no trace of order in my myntra account. Kindly send the amount to medical education, i called customer care and dey checked and said techprocess has successfully received the amount and will transferred to medical education on 19th august.. I didn't receive any confirmation message from medical education...

I have paid 400 inr through upi payment service in 11 aug in order to book rtc ticket on tsrtc site. Transaction got failed and the amount has been deducted from my hdfc bank account. I tried twice and 2 transaction of 400 (Total = 400+400) got failed. Money has not been refunded as of today.

Request you to please refund my money.
