I have been waiting for last two days but still there is no update of the same and reliance money is harrasing me on this issue and regularly calling me.

      This is regarding my property: - d-27, 1st & 2nd floor, new ranjit nagar, new delhi-110008. I have paid property tax (Yr.19-20) for the same to ndmc, online on 15.07.2019 via transaction id : (Protected) through paynimo/techprocess payment services / ingenico group through axis bank net banking. Payment of rs. 3621.62 (Three thousand six hundred twenty one and sixty two paise only) is debited from my account but mcd portal is not showing any receipt. After visiting ndmc twice and waiting for this long, more than 20 days with no receipt being shown at ndmc portal. Kindly get this refunded or acknowledge by mcd receipt.

          Hi all, i have availed a short term loan from paymeindia (Tech process) i have done this multiple times. Every month i borrow 10, 000 for a month and repay 11, 000 or 12, 000 accordingly after 30 days. This august on the 1st i saw a debit notification of 16, 900rs on my account from paymeindia (Techprocess) where as the amount i had to repay was 11, 397rs. I raised a ticket with them from the app thinking this to be a miscalculation. I have raised multiple tickets since then. These guys don't even bother to resolve nor respond nor refund. They just close the ticket without even providing a resolution without customers consent. After 8 days there is no resolution nor refund and on top of everything they keep on sending me text messages asking me to repay or else they will report to cibil. And their whatsapp number has the cibil logo (This is mis representation) or fraud. They owe me money and they are threatening me that they will report me to cibil even while they have multiple tickets/ complaints open on the same issue. Is this how these guys normally operate? Cant we seek help to save us from these guys?? Who can help?? Can we proceed legally?? I want to sue them for the mental agony that they have given me. My other payments are delayed as they have my amount with them. Can someone please suggest/ help??

                  I was trying to pay my apiic iala property tax and the portal redirected to this payment getaway. I made the payment through net banking of indus ind bank for which i have got the payment receipt but then the page said the transaction was failed. Tried calling the toll free number and customer care number but in vain as they listen to you and keep you on hold for 5 consecutive times. This is pathetic as first you do not have a proper software to suit the needs but you need business and second you have no responsibility in answering your customers.

                      I paid 17, 100 rs through upi techprocess but its showing transaction failed eventhough money got deducted from my account. Today is the last day for payment. I will have to pay fine? When will the amount be refunded? Now i have gone through consumer care complaints and there are sooooo many complaints reg the same? Dont u feel shy?? What u people playing games? Why customer care numbers aren't working.. We dont know whom to complain? U r bothering people a lottt without providing proper facilty.. U waste a lott of our time..

                      I have paid 17, 100 through UPI payment service paynimo on 27th july.
                      Transaction got failed but money got debited from my account. I will have to pay the amount along with fine as the last date is over.
                      I dont know when will they refund the amount. If i call on customer care response from them is very bad.
                      Theny dont even take any measures as their responsibility. We have to keep begging them for refund? what is this??
                      I have seen nearly 500 complaints reg the same problem here in consumer complaints. Then why no action on this company for not providing the service properly? or even no caution reg the refund time if transaction fails? For emergency situation how much customers will suffer why dont u understand.

                            I have paid my electricity bill through tech process services (Upi payment) on 17.07.2019 but due to some technical error it is not reached to uttar pradesh power corporation limited (Uppcl) portal but the amount has been deducted from my account. I am attaching the screen shot of the payment.

                                I paid the counselling fee of all india ayush counselling 2019 (https://aaccc.gov.in/aacccug/home/homepage). The amount was deducted from my account but was not credited to recipient account. I was told to pay again.                                     Last 15 days back that is on july 3rd 2019 i have paid the amount for indance gas agencies through the link and the amount of rupees 639.50 was debited from my account but later i got an email that the transaction was failed your debited amount will be refunded within a week.
