Hi sir/mam,

I was paying rs.4254.48 as my mba examination fees to madras university through indian bank via hdfc credit card transaction linked with paynimo gateway system on april 24.10.2018. The payment gateway page was loading for a long after giving the otp for the final e-receipt.. It was not generated but the amount has been debited from my account.

Kindly resolve this issue almost 6 month waited, amount not re-funded

    I have paid my university examination fee of rs. 800+gst on 06.05.2019 through your payment process. My account debited with the above said amount,. But i didn't receive the receipt to submit the same in madras university. Kindly advise as my account number ends with 24153 with card no ends with 0604 belongs to south indian bank. Urgently trace the payment and ensure that it is submitted to university, kindly do the needful.

Amount was debited from my account but i didn't get any acknowledgement and the same exam fees was not paid to the university account also.       transaction failed. So far no information or credit of the amount back to my bank account took place from techprocess

        On 2nd may 2019, i have made an online payment of rs/ 395717.70 using your gateway oftech process payment services to vit vellore university for my son's fees who is currently pursuing his engineering. The amount has been debited from the account but it has not been credited in vit university. Please note that the last date was 2nd may 2019 and now the late fees would be levied on us. Also, the non-recepit of the college fees can debar him from the university and would badly affect his career. You are requested to kindly act immediately and refund my amount.

          I made a bill payment for uppcl (Uttar pradesh power corporation ltd) using techprocess gateway through upi mode on 24th april 2019. An amount of ₹959 was debited from bank but stuck in gateway.

          Icici bank gave me confirmation that it was successful transaction from bank's end and money has been credited to techprocess's icici account (Account no : xxxxxxxx3230)

            On date 22.04.19, i have paid for lpg cylinder to indane. And the money got deducted from my bank account but when i checked with the gas agency they said they haven't received the payment yet. Very poor service and customer dissatisfaction. Even i m not getting my money back. The transaction was successful. So i have done two payment for one cylinder. Now i want my get my payment from tech process solution ltd.

              Very very disgusting replies from your side inorder to resolve this issue I have contacted the indian consumer forum and posted a complaint and I got a complaint number and daily I have contacted them to check the status of complaint after 10days I got a message from them.ease don't trust this website it's a poor secure website and a poor customer care service from them side.

                      I have done a transaction on 11 april.2019 around 07.19pm to msedcl

                      The transaction amount rs.370.00 has been debited from my bank account and not credited to the msedcl electricity bill. I have not received a transaction failure message.

                            I recharged my mobile no [protected] by netbanking on 21/4/2019 for rs 49. I received a massage on the subject above asking me to contact customer care. Though amount has been debited from my bank account but not credited as sales transactions could not be processed and my recharge failed and a massage asking me to contact customer care was received. My ref no is pgsm[protected]. Kindly deposit the amount back to my bank account as amount was not received by bsnl as enquired from bsnl asking me to contact payment gateway techprocess for refund of the amount to my bank account.

                                On 16.4.19 at 16.44 hours online payment of rs.3021 with transaction id [protected] towards payee tech process solutions ltd pg from my account xx2429 and this payment was made to ghmc hyderabad towards property tax ref. Pti no.[protected]. Since this transaction was not completely done amount rs.3021 was deducted my account. Hence take immediate action to credit back the said amount so that i can transact again.

                                  I have paid an amount of 7011.80 as registration fee of icai training via net banking from axis bank the payment has been deducted from my account but the status on the site is still pending the transaction no is[protected] i had talked to my home branch and as per them the payment is pending due to the payment gateway the so better if you provide me the solution asap as here is the concern of my carrier

                                    transaction after session has expired

                                    I have done a transaction through your portal for applying bitsat application
                                    On march 31 about 1:37 pm
                                    Money has been deducted from my bank account but it has shown session expired
                                    Then i again done the transaction at 1:41 pm
                                    Second one was successful but the thing is money has been deducted for both transactions i want my money back for the first transaction

                                      Greetings,
                                      I had made payment for connect broadband of inr 401 a few days back. The amount has been debited from my yes bank account via yes bank transaction id[protected]. But the transaction failed although money is still debited. Kindly look into the matter on an urgent basis.
                                      The due date is over and i had made the payment much before the last date. I need the internet connection because it is related to my livelihood.
                                      I have exhausted all other means of grievance redressal. I hope the issue will be resolved as soon as possible.
