[Resolved] Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — I'm complaining about a transaction made through your gateway on bsnl payment portal that failed | |||||
As mentioned above I made a transaction on BSNL payment portal to pay my landline bill through your gateway on 14 July at 7:25 pm of 812 rupees through my RuPay debit card, but the transaction failed due to some technical glitch and an error page appeared with this message - "Please check and verify if the amount has been debited by your bank.If the debit has happened the actual final status of your transaction will be confirmed back to your merchant on the next working day.You can check with the merchant on the same after that period." It has been two days now and no refund has been done by any source. I'm looking forward to get my complaint resolved and getting refund from the responsible source. Accordingly, as per the standard process, on receipt of the recon file, the said transaction was processed as refund and the refund instruction was sent to your bank on[protected] You are therefore requested to kindly check your bank account statement to confirm the credit receipt or contact your bank in case you have not received any reversal into your account. I have done the payment of RS.5750, from Canarabank to Medical Council of Examination the payment show as error, and I Tried again then again showing as error, But two times Payment has deducted from my account, i want how to know the status of my fund, where the fund will be, Please help
