To whom it may concern,

I want to find help to solve my Paypal account issue that was created on April the 19th, 2022 but I can't contact anybody from Paypal's poor customer support page because my account is limited and I have also filed a complaint against Paypal with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, requesting to close my account but with no success. Paypal has ignored my request to remove my account limitation so that I could be able to close my Paypal account, I would still love to get rid of the Paypal sign in without needing to wait for 180 days. That account limitation is still annoying that I regret having created a business account with them. Paypal is the worst online platform ever! I'm willing to escalate my complaint against Paypal if necessary. If you could help me with this matter It would be very appreciated. Looking forward to getting a reply.

        I am a course-hero educator. According to the course-hero policies, I have to withdraw my earned money using PayPal. This is the first time I am using PayPal to withdraw my earned money. At the withdrawal, they mailed me to provide information. I just follow their instructions to provide them with the pieces of information. In this process, they limit my account permanently. I tried to contact them and mailed so many times. They were rude and did not respond properly. They were saying that they have the right to limit any account. They should have that if someone is doing unethical work. I did not do anything wrong, so they should explain to me why they did limit my account. Also, they should return my right to transaction as soon as possible. It is my own money that I earned by myself, they have no right to hold the money. Kindly accept my petition and help me. It is urgent.

          I have a business account with Pay pal. I charged US based customer through Pay Pal.
          All was well until I got an email from Pay Pal stating that my Pay pal account was shut down.
          They held my funds of $1206.98 for 180 days saying we are no longer able to do business with me and they will keep the hold of $1209.98.

          Now after 180 days are over I was waiting for my money and now they are denying the transfer saying that we would not give you money.

            Apparently paypal just refunds buyers on your expense without even it being legitimate.
            PayPal has wrongfully charged me for a refund saying that the item was not shipped when in fact I have concrete evidence of delivering the item in question.
            The customer care does not help and just keeps on rejecting my appeal.
            The buyer has scammed me this is called buyers scam on PayPal where they recieve the item and then request for a refund and PayPal imitates it at your expense.
            Paypal is helping this scammer get away and worse punishing the innocent. Please help.

              Just Recieved email from PayPal and They Permanently Limited my account saying violation of Policy. First of all I don't Sell and Goods and Services or violate any of their rules. I simply received my Payment there.

                I have converted my personal paypal account to business account I open the app and login to my business account i got notification that i got permanently limited I haven't even link my bank Or card details yet I got permanently limited for confirmation I logged into my personal account which is working fine I don't know what went wrong please help me.

                    Paypal has taken money from my account and paid to someone else without my consent.

                    Initially I had purchased an item online and made payment with paypal then item was not working so made claim on paypal. But what paypal did is that they took out payment of Rs.164 thousand around from my account instead of refunding the same amount.

                    I should be getting the credit instead I got my balance debited and on paypal account shows refunded but I have not received single penny. Instead I got my money debited from my account.

                      I opened a PayPal in January/February of this year in my daughter information that was never born my ex-wife had a miscarriage and money was stolen unauthorized from my account witch was in my deceased daughter information so I open a dispute with PayPal I think 2/3 times and PayPal approved my disputes but the last time my Dispute was approved by PayPal, PayPal also put a limitation on my account untill to they received a state ID and change password, so I open a chat with a PayPal agent and let them know I used my deceased daughter information and that she was never born my wife had a miscarriage, after I let PayPal know that they requested documents that me and my ex-wife don't have because it was a miscarriage and I let PayPal customer support know that more than once i ask them is there anyway i can update the information to mine or just let me withdrawal my money they responded with the same thing requesting the same documents then PayPal emailed me stating my money Is being held for 180days I'm not working at the moment so everything counts I have bills I need that money the last time PayPal put my money on 180 day hold but they never gave me money back please JUST give me money back

                        Paypal frozen my money and put there 180 days hold and says that I can no longer use paypal. i have done nothing wrong. They ask me for my Id and proof of address and yes i uploaded it and gave to them but after one day they frozen my money without any explanation. They have no right to freeze my money . They simply violated the rackeetering law. So i am complaining why they are doing these to many people? this is illegal.

                        Yes for me too, they ask me a Id proof, i shared it. and 2 days later, my account get blocked.
                        I called their support team and asked the reason, no response.

                          One order has been cancel and we fully refund to customer but the deduction fees by paypal was not return back to us. It is unfair to us as seller and user to paypal. The resolution centre not even allow to open case for complaint. Keep Error

                            We have got the payments on 8 march 2022 but not received into my bank account and after some days we have got another mail on 12 mar 2022 which says Claim it by April 7, 2022 or it will be returned to the sender.
                            so, when I going to claim this money a notification shows that this money is no longer exist. also we have remove our email address by mistaken from PayPal account. and now not able to add this email id again on PayPal.

                            Please let us know how to add this E-mail ID and how to get our payments.

                              I have been unjustly blocked from PayPal after receiving payment from one of my clients for the service I rendered. I have provided proof of transaction yet my account have been blocked and my fund withheld.

                              I want PayPal to unblock me or refund the payment back to my client so I can receive my money through other means. There was no reason whatsoever PayPal provided for blocking my account. No communication from there end. This is injustice, I have worked so hard for my payment, why will PayPal withhold it unjustly?

                              I want my money back, if you cannot grant me access to my account please refund the money back to my client.

                                I have received payment from one of my clients, PayPal withhold the fund, asked for proof of transaction which I have provided rather than looking into the documents they resorted to banning my account. Now my account have been restricted and I am unable to withdraw my funds.

                                I need PayPal to look into the documents that I provided and contact my client for more clarification. I need to withdraw my funds, I have worked so hard for this money.

                                I render translation services in Igbo and Nigerian Pidgin English. I am willing to provide more details that they may ask for, I am pleading with PayPal to help me resolve this issue.

                                  I am a victim of PayPal's unethical business attitude in India.
                                  I joined PayPal on 03rd March 2022. I am given all the genuine details of my identity and even I received 2 small deposits (less than INR 1.50) in my linked bank account. On 4th March 2022, I asked my buyer to release the fund that was on hold with him due to my non-international payment gateway system. He was convenient with PayPal, so I made an account.
                                  He purchased a few of my handmade DIY projects by getting in touch with me over email and then Whatsapp. He paid me $157 for the whole deal including shipping. I even sent him an invoice for the proof of order.
                                  Once I received the amount in my PayPal balance i.e. $148 (Excluding the PayPal Fees), I got an email stating that my account is now limited and the funds will be held for 180 days. This made me frustrated because my product is prepared, I did the investment for the raw materials. Now, when I need the money, I am a victim of PayPal's greed to hold my money. I am not answerable to my family about this and I feel, I can no longer live in this world moving to a non-optional alternative. I am unable to pay the money from whom I took the loan, I have spent on the order but I didn't earn anything. I tried to reach PayPal with their hopeless resolution center but I always received an answer of "USER AGREEMENT". Neither did I make a fraud deal, nor did I disrespect the Paypal policies, I am just a victim of PayPal's greed.
                                  I will be waiting for the resolution on this and I don't want the answer o[censored]SER AGREEMENT or PayPal policies. Help me out!

                                    BEWARE OF PAYPAL. THEY HAVE LIED TO ME, AND REFUSED TO CONTACT CITIBANK. THEIR ACTIONS ASSURED THAT I WOULD BE CHEATED BY A COUNTERFEITER!

                                    In December I purchased a coin from Singapore. It was described as choice uncirculated. The coin was not only counterfeit, but also bent. I complained to both Paypal and Citibank.

                                    Paypal asked me to provide to them proof of the coin being returned, as well as a copy of the postal receipt. They said they would reimburse me up to $100 for my cost to return the coin. I did so. They initially said I was refunded the $594.09 for the coin and $67.30 for the return postage. Then they informed me that since I complained to Citi, my refund was reversed. I asked what I should do. They said to cancel my complaint with Citi. I did so. I waited a few days and called Paypal. They told me that since Citi had never informed them about any cancellation, Paypal was prohibited from addressing my complaint. I again called Citi. Citi told me that someone would contact Paypal. Citibank lied.

                                    I waited another week and called Paypal. They said I should make another complaint with Citi. I did so. Initially Citi provided a refund of $594.09. I was told that my refund is listed as a permanent refund. Once again I was lied to by Citi. Permanent is supposed to be forever, not two weeks. Two weeks later, I received an email stating that since I canceled my complaint there is no longer any refund. I once again called Paypal. They told me that since this issue began they have never had any contact from Citi, and my issues are with Citi.

                                    I use Paypal for protection and convenience. This experience has not been convenient, and Paypal has refused to protect me from fraud and counterfeiting. They have misdirected me to Citibank. They lied about paying for my return fees of $67.30.

                                    I am a victim of fraud and counterfeiting. Hopefully my complaints and reviews will ensure that other consumers will realize how Paypal will not represent their client's interests, and actually assist by negligence in fraud and theft.
