As my 1st EMI was not debited from my account wanted to know the reason, for this i tried to reach you by calling customer care [protected] and also by writing a mail to you also.As i was afraid of check bounce charges and all i wanted to pay and clear this ASAP under this i tried to contact your customer care again on the same number they answered my call and then said will call back you .Then called me with other number [protected] and they asked to pay money through phpay for that they have given some numbers with name Rajesh, Toushik mallik numbers and transferred amount of total 4453 /- from account and then they are not answering my calls and not refunding my money.When i asked for refunded they asked to download an app called any desk remote control they have accessed my all details and said that you have transferred remaining money in your account to someone else so we cannot refund you .please tell can't i use my account for my personal thing i have transferred to my sister for recharge purpose .Your team has cheated me alot I have all the proofs and all call recordings. I will file a complaint on PAYSENSE TEAM ..
please look into this and clear my issue and kindly refund my amount ASAP.
please find the attachments ..of transactions to whom i have sent an amount as i was forced to do that ...

    Hi Team,

    I’m Rakesh Kumar Nagelli holding a loan,

    The Emi amount deducted twice firstly it was returned ACH return then after amount is deducted in the account and after one of your agent K N Jhansi contacted me the non payment of loan I didn’t checked it in my account it was already amount is debited.

    KN Jhansi is provided me account details and I’ve made the payment through phone pay.

    I need my amount return back to my account immediately, find attachments for reference.

      I paying my loan pending but i told her to wait for few days but he started calling all my contact how they have my contact i check what happened how its possible then i checked paysense app inside folder this app collecting my contact and msg and some more information ..this is way to your recovery agent doing and there is no reply from company mail address . i uninstalled this app but i wont install if install they collect this month my activity. Yes in app they asked me for reference number but they not calling that number they called all my contact and asked for this customer is given as a reference soo we called you ..check this number [protected] this number is not from company its GSM gateway call center i called for stop calling my contact im going to pay the loan but its random person connected and she said no we r not called il wil check .this not way to collect your loan ..your selling customer data to third party ..collect loan

        All emi has been debited from my account on time but the paysense company did not updated in there system due to which a mount of 2188 is showing in my account as penalty .

          Hello pay sense team

          I applied for a personal loan for 2 lakhs in the month of january and I got the loan.

          Initially when I applied for the loan the interest rate was intimated as 16% but after the loan was processed it was changed to 24% and money was disbursed.

          I applied via paisa bazaar and it showed two options showing the possibility of loan approval with the interest rate. Since the possibility of paysense was high and interest was 16% I applied via paysense. Since it was just a screen showing the basic details I do not have the screenshot.

          Also when I intimated the same to the paysense executive informing the change in interest rate he did not respond to me after it. So I kindly request you to change my interest rate to 16%. I have attached the whatsapp chat with your paysense executive for which I informed him regarding the interest rate.

          And I am sure that during the call the executive mentioned the interest rate as 16% and when I did whatsapp her she did not reply or receive the message. Also when I called her it was always switched off.

          Once again I kindly request you take my request into consideration and change my interest rate.

                Its inform you that Your company misuse my Contact List because Your recovery agents Calls to my contact persons and abuse, inappropriate behavior from this Mobile No. [protected] .
                I know my 3 EMI Overdue due to Discontinued of my Job. But you can't misuse our Contact List. I promise you, I will paid all Over due Payment and further EMI.
                But, first of all you should stopped this type of calls and inappropriate behavior and take necessary action. Otherwise I will go to Police Station and Cyber Cell for Legal Action against you.

                You are the best financial company, hope you do not behave in this kind of illegal manner.

                  I am facing a lot of mess from your recovery agents for asking payment form the below numbers to me and my family members also facing the same issue.

                  They are calling to my family members by taking phone numbers from my phone which you people do when first time we apply and threating them with voluger words, my wife and my cousins have received their calls today and they are very much upset with your recovery agents behavior and going to file a complaint against paysense and your stupid recovery agents (ladies).

                    I have foreclosed my loan (SL2389058 ) in the month of august 2020, after getting a confirmation mail I have paid the entire amount and closed it. After so many months again you people have taken an emi of 7586 in the month of march without my notice and I donot understand for what purpose was it. If my entire loan is foreclosed why the hell has the company taken the amount. Regarding this I have mailed several times and raised a complaint several times in which I dint get any respose.                       I have applied for loan of 5laks and it's approved. I was contacted by an agent and pressed me that the rate of interest will be 10.5%. But when everything is processed I see rate of interest is applied as 12%.I also double checked with agent before I approve the application and I was again promised that that will be changed in updated loan agreement which will be shared through email. I am not sure why Do these agents give fake information and process laon.please redirect it to concerned team. It would be great to cancel the loan.

                            My name is Rohit, I had taken a loan from Paysense of 20000 .. Its loan number is [protected].
                            I have paid all the EMI on time, but the company is paying the penalty charges after the loan is completed.
                            I also talked to their customer care executive for this 4-5 times,
                            Executive says that week time wait has highlighted your issue, today almost all is more than 1 year.
                            But no resolution has been found yet.
                            I also told them that if any EMI is pending, then let me tell you, but he says that your NO EMI PENDING,
                            I have no pending EMI, yet I am going to apply penalty everyday why,
                            Please take a legal action on this,

                                    I have taken a LOAN from PaySense in March 2020, LOAN number is STPLSC[protected] but due to COVID-19 lockdown and Financial Crisis, I availed Moratorium during those period and after I recovered from my Financial Losses and I started repaying my LOAN on 15th Dec 2020. It's been communicated with PaySense very time to time, in January 2021 I was expecting some delay payment and I gave the date to the Paysense according. I was continuously in touch with their Executive and I requested him some time to arrange the funds but still he gave my in-laws contact info to some ### recovery team, who they had called up at my in-laws place and created huge scene at their side and spoke in very ROUGH language not even keeping respect that next person is in hospital and top of that she one Woman, to whom he is talking.
                                    My question is I was continuously in touch with PaySense even I paid my EMI in 15th Dec 2020 only one EMI got delayed for a Day still they had called to my in-laws place, my Father in-law fighting with severe Cancer and my Mother in-law was in the hospital when she received this call, they are still in shock the way that ###, ### person used the words and his harsh talk. On top of that he gave the false information that I have given my in-laws contact number to recover the money, it's me who have given their names as a Nominee, which is totally ###. PaySense have no rights to use such kinds of actions and behavior towards their CUSTOMERs in any case, it's not like that I am not in contact with them, not getting payments or updates of payments?
                                    Also, when they have given me the number from which they received the call and I called on that number to check what's the matter, that ### fellow was talking so rubbish when I asked him from where are you calling?, from behalf of whom? which LOAN you are talking about? Give me the link where I can make payment? then he started abusing me and was talking in very Threatening manners? I request Consumer FORUM to take very STRICT ACTION against this company or whom so ever behind this I am sharing that number which my in-laws received the call. Also providing the Call Recordings as a proof. But I am not able to upload here getting format error. Please provide me any email ID or contact information so that I can share.

                                    The company debt collector are calling multiple times in a day using abusive language, screaming, calling my in-laws, relatives, my colleagues at work, their family members, threatening them, bad mouthing them, harassing everyone and violating my human rights and abusing all the people around saying he will tell everyone i owed them Violating my privacy. I want strict actions taken against them for this harassment. Apart from this they have charged endless penalties late payment of debt. This is absolutely disgraceful on basic human rights.

Are you making fool everyone here on Consumer Forum website? You have posted your reply on 1st Feb. For Payment you called 1000 times and now to resolve this issue why we have to take this much follow up? To whom you are making fool? by giving false commitments? I WANT CLEAR COMMITMENT OF YOUR ACTION AND WHAT ACTION YOU HAVE TAKEN AGAINST THAT EXECUTIVE, I WANT THIS CLEARITY BY EOD TODAY ANYHOW. AM I CLEAR?

                                      I took loan from paysense, paid 13 emis out of 19 emi and from few months getting delay due to business loss, Im not able to pay now they are not even giving time only this month is pending, I'm asking till 1 st but they are not accepting it they are torturing me. I have read some reviews they torture after complete payment as well. i need settlement i have more loans i cant pay full amount due to business loss.

                                        The girl prachi from mumbai call center of paysense
                                        The talking of this girl is like hafta vasoli
                                        if you won't pay on time they call you every 5 minutes and torture you.

                                        I paid my emi with penalty last month. This month i miss my emi so i am paying my emi with late fee but this girl prachi call me and tarture me everyday i aslo ask her to give a call to ur maneger then she is raising her voice shouting like any thing I am trapped and calling their customer care, no response. And giving mental stress. The way they speak is worst.
