I have taken a LOAN from PaySense in March 2020, LOAN number is STPLSC[protected] but due to COVID-19 lockdown and Financial Crisis, I availed Moratorium during those period and after I recovered from my Financial Losses and I started repaying my LOAN on 15th Dec 2020. It's been communicated with PaySense very time to time, in January 2021 I was expecting some delay payment and I gave the date to the Paysense according. I was continuously in touch with their Executive and I requested him some time to arrange the funds but still he gave my in-laws contact info to some ### recovery team, who they had called up at my in-laws place and created huge scene at their side and spoke in very ROUGH language not even keeping respect that next person is in hospital and top of that she one Woman, to whom he is talking.
My question is I was continuously in touch with PaySense even I paid my EMI in 15th Dec 2020 only one EMI got delayed for a Day still they had called to my in-laws place, my Father in-law fighting with severe Cancer and my Mother in-law was in the hospital when she received this call, they are still in shock the way that ###, ### person used the words and his harsh talk. On top of that he gave the false information that I have given my in-laws contact number to recover the money, it's me who have given their names as a Nominee, which is totally ###. PaySense have no rights to use such kinds of actions and behavior towards their CUSTOMERs in any case, it's not like that I am not in contact with them, not getting payments or updates of payments?
Also, when they have given me the number from which they received the call and I called on that number to check what's the matter, that ### fellow was talking so rubbish when I asked him from where are you calling?, from behalf of whom? which LOAN you are talking about? Give me the link where I can make payment? then he started abusing me and was talking in very Threatening manners? I request Consumer FORUM to take very STRICT ACTION against this company or whom so ever behind this I am sharing that number which my in-laws received the call. Also providing the Call Recordings as a proof. But I am not able to upload here getting format error. Please provide me any email ID or contact information so that I can share.

Updated by RaviRaj Bhamre How they can use my contact numbers? and from where they are getting this information? From where they are hacking this contact information? It's only my in-laws getting these calls? not anyone from my family getting such a calls? I again request you Consumer Forum to Investigate this matter and take very much STRICT ACTION

Updated by RaviRaj Bhamre The company debt collector are calling multiple times in a day using abusive language, screaming, calling my in-laws, relatives, my colleagues at work, their family members, threatening them, bad mouthing them, harassing everyone and violating my human rights and abusing all the people around saying he will tell everyone i owed them Violating my privacy. I want strict actions taken against them for this harassment. Apart from this they have charged endless penalties late payment of debt. This is absolutely disgraceful on basic human rights.
