Hi my name is Reshma and I applied online loan from paysense. After submitting my Pan number, Aadhar card and other documents my loan got approved for 2 lacs on 5th September 2019 and I was told that I will have 24 Emi's, However I only received 1, 90, 440.00 rupees in my account and was later told that 1300 rupees is the partial interest and 8260 is the processing fees. The real problem started after I opted to take EMI Moratorium as I had lost job and didn't had money to pay the EMI. In month of September paysense tried debiting the amount from my bank account however it got bounced due to insufficient funds. I requested them to give me some time to pay the EMI however I started getting harrassed by the customer service representative who kept calling me also, they hacked my whatsapp contact numbers and phone contacts and tried calling all my friends and relatives stating I have taken 5 lacs loan and not making payments and also harrassing them. Later I arranged the money and paid the EMI however o noticed that my EMI from 24 Months has been extended to 31 months. There is no phone number for the paysense to contact, the only way I could contact them is by sending an email to [protected]@gopaysense.com after repeated emails I finally received a response stating "Paysense has provided me with the moratorium facility from April to August month i.e for 5 months hence, my loan tenure has been extended by five months i.e from 24 months to 29 months. Also, 2 more months has been extended i.e 31 months in which paysense is collecting the moratorium interest from me". This is totally wrong and fraud, how can my Emi's from 24 Months will change to 31 months. Also, there is no proper response from the customer service team and hard to reach them. I kindly request you to please investigate and help me get out this problem. My Loan account number [protected]. Looking forward for your help.

    Hi Team,
    My Loan account number [protected]. I have taken a 2 lac loan from Paysense however I only received 1, 90, 440.00 Rupees. I was told I shall have 24 months EMI however the app show's 31 Emi's. When checked with the email customer service the Information I got shocked me. They said since I have taken EMI Moratorium that is why they have extended 5 months EMI and another 2 months of EMI they are taking interest. This is totally insane how can the EMI get extended without my knowledge and how will it become 31 instead of 24 I would like you to please investigate and help me to close this loan account. Also, if I would like to pre-close the account.

      My emi date is on 5th of every month.i have paid emi on every 5th but they will add 1190 again and again for late fine on same day(on 5th).i am following with customer care from aug. they are saying they have techincal glith..it will resolve.how much time need to solve technical glitch 2-3 month.they didnot forget to add late payment in emi for next month.

        मेरी कुल किस्त 12 बनी है जिसमें से मै 11 pay कर चुका हूं। मैने अपनी 6 किस्त जनवरी माह तक समय समय पर पे की है किन्तु किन्हीं कारणों से फरवरी से मई तक मैने 4 किस्त भरने में असमर्थ रहा किन्तु उसके बाद मैने जून से अब तक प्रत्येक माह अपनी किस्त भर रहा हूं लेकिन आपके कम्पनी के नाम से कॉल आती है जब उनसे बात करता हूं जिनमें से एक नाम ऋतु शर्मा बताया है जिनका मोबाइल नंबर यह है+[protected] इन्होंने मेरी सभी जानकारी ठीक से साझा की सितम्बर तक उन्होंने मुझे बताती रही कि से अब आपकी 2 और किस्त बाकी है किन्तु अब अक्टूबर माह में मेरा फाइल किसी और के पास ट्रांसफर किया गया जिनका कहना है सबसे पहले उन्होंने मुझसे झूठ बोला और payment करने के बाद उन्होंने अपना नंबर स्विच ऑफ कर लिया फिर पुनः चालू किया जब मैने कॉल किया तब किसी लड़की ने फोन रिसीव किया उसने मुझसे बोला कि आपका फाइल जिनके पास है उनका सिफ्ट बदल गया है मैने उनसे पूछा 4 बजे शाम को कैसे सिफ्ट बदल सकता है उन्होंने कोई जवाब नहीं दिया मैंने कहा मैंडम आप बता दीजिए उन्होंने साफ इंकार किया मुझे। जिनका मोबाइल नंबर यह है +[protected] सभी रिकॉर्ड मेरे पास है वो मै आपके साथ शेयर कर रहा हूं मै यह बताते हुए अत्यंत दुःख हो रहा है कि आपकी टीम द्वारा मेरा किसी प्रकार सहायता नहीं की जा रही है

        जिन्होंने मेरा सबसे अच्छा रिस्पॉन्स मिला वो ऋतु मैडम है
        लेकिन जो लोग जिनका व्यवहार एक customer के प्रति सबसे बुरा व्यवहार किया और मानसिक उत्पीड़न मेरा हुआ जिनका नाम मुझे नहीं पता लेकिन उनका मोबाइल नंबर +[protected] यह है और जो अपने को मैनेजर बताते है जिनका नाम प्रशांत है उनका रेस्पॉन्स भी ठीक नहीं है उनको मैने कई वॉट्सएप पर बात करनी चाही कॉल की लेकिन उन्होंने स्वीकार नहीं किया। जिनका मोबाइल नंबर +[protected] है।

        मुझे समझ नहीं रहा मै क्या करू किससे मदद मांगी जाए। क्यों मुझे अब 12 किस्तों को ना भर कर 13 किस्त भरवाई रही है और जो मेरे बैंक अकाउंट से 1500 से ले कर 50 रुपए तक अलग अलग तारीखों पर पैसे की कटौती की गई उसको तो मैने इसके शामिल ही नहीं किया फिर क्यों। माना कि आपका मोरोटरियाम आया और 2907 से मेरी किसी का amount बढ़ कर 3273 हुआ लेकिन किस्त क्यों 12-13 pay करनी पड़ रही है मुझे। मैं बहुत ज्यादा तंग आ चुका हूं।

          Hi,
          I have taken PL 5 months back until last month everything was fine.There was issue in there App and one payment was delayed for a day which is paid by me very next day.To my surprise they charge me 2950 rs penalty for a day late.This month I saw I need to pay 8350 which was not clear to me hence i have sent them email for clarification but no positive response received and I dont have any option to pay only emi value hence I have hold this payment. but my surprise now the are asking almost 12k where 5900 is penalety charges.I am planning to file suit against them as it unnecessarily increased burden and impact my cibil by them

            My Loan EMI is due on 5th of every month, I am making payment in 4th itself from the mobile app. Payment of August in not settled in the app yet, and they are aking me to pay late payment charges and interest on that. Please resolve.
            I have raised a formal complaint to them via email on 4th Sep itself. I did not make any late payment, so waive off the extra charges and settlement of Aug and Sep month EMI on the app. Also, I want to close the loan, whats the outstanding I need to pay. I have the money.

            Please note, the late payment screenshot was taken on 4th itself, where in due is on 5th of every month.

              My EMI is been deducted on every 5th of the month through nach, but since last emi i am charged with 590 rupee penalty for which i mailed paysense but only computerised revert is recieved. and this month i am charged with 1180 rupee penalty and instead of 5491 rupees it is asking to pay 7851...kindly resolve my problem..
              i want paysense to deduct only emi amount and remove all the penalty ..because there is no delay from my side

                I have already paid my EMI due amounts on time. First 4 dues are normally updated in paysense app. But my 5th & 6th EMI status still not updated and showing in processing in app. I will raise the complaint lot of times. But till now nobody resolve the issue. Now my 7th due amount showing due amount+late payment+overdue charges included. Why I will pay late and overdue charges? I will paid my all EMI's on time. Please help because I am very suffer this problem. My one and one hope your action taken only. Please help immediately.

                    I have lost the job in this pandemic situation.. But even though i have paid my emi partially.. But still collection agents are talking in a harassment maner.. Calling to my contacts and all.. They are blackmailing me to pay.. I agreed i have got money but still the way collection agents(ladies) speaks are in indecent manner.. Pls take a action.. They are killing me in words itself..

                      Due to Pandemic my business will start end of October and I have informed Paysense multiple times that I will start paying by 2021 first quarter. Before pandemic my EMI paying record is perfect.
                      But these buggers still keep calling and threatening me.
                      And to top of it all, the interest on interest charged is insane.
                      For sure I will not pay the interest on interest till it is decided in Supreme Court.
                      And this kind of pressure can result in self hurt.
                      The time is such that we need support not threats but if they continue I'll also fight till I can't no more and take my life. Then they can have the insurance money from my wife. That's the only way Paysense will be happy.

                        Since few days all my phone contacts are getting calls saying that they will get a legal notice if i don't pay my dues ...

                        I really don't understand how are my phone contacts will be responsible for my loan.

                        been telling the collection team, answering each and every call, even then these people keep on calling to my phone contacts and saying them i am not lifting the calls. and make false propaganda of me. as i used their name for procuring the given loan. a big LIE.

                        though all my emi's were prompt till march. and carry a good repayment record before.

                        i even emailed to paysense the complete situation as to why the delay is actually happening for.

                        got a reply email saying they are looking into my issue...
                        got a call from paysense says he is on to my request.

                        but these people are really horrible... instead understanding the current situation, these people have increased the calls to my phone contacts...
                        and playing their cheap strategy.

                        that too for one one single EMI miss... very horrible.

                        in such a situation these people are making me really helpless, they are really forcing me to take extreme step, forcing very hard not to get recovered and fight back the crises ..

                        i am very much conscious of my liabilities, have intentions to pay on time, as i was doing till march.

                        but left with no words to the kind of humiliation from paysense.

                          Paysense has been doing harassment by calling my sister and brother in law and were mentally assaulting them. I request to kindly take strict action against paysense and the woman from paysense with contact no. +[protected] is using very rude and filthy swear words against us.

                            Paysense is a big fraud company, they are not opting moratorium at initial but aftr long arguments they allowed moratorium. But they have increased loan interest rates of their own and penalty charges too. While having conversations with lender, their team accessed my phone contacts and calling each and every person of my contacts and disturbing them. Such a unprofessional way they interacting with them. Who have given rights to them to abuse my contact members?

                                I have taken loan from paysense app and taken loan amount of 25k and 12 month emi opition. I have paid 5 month out of 12 months but now september month they increased loan tenure to 13 months and also emi pay option not showing in app but daily i am getting penalty charges. I sent so many mails regarding this issues but they are not responding. Please take necessary action against paysense. They taken all my personal documents. Please do needful.

Uski wajah se recovery agent call krke harassment kr rhe h.. Aur dhamki de rhe h ki pay nhi ki to sbko call krege contact me se nikal k.. According to supreme court order, koi bhi nbfc ya bank 2 months tak force nhi kr skti payment k liye agar nahi h unke pas to.. Aur koi dhamki ni de skti..                                     Hi,

                                    I had paid my august month emi of rs3516 on august 5th 2020 which is on due date only, when i checked this month they have fined me of rs 590 after paying my emi on time also
                                    After sending many mails and raised tickets also they are not responding
                                    I dont no the reason why they have fined me, money was debited in my bank account on 5th august only and no mistake from my end
                                    Please check and remove rs 590 fine which they fined after paying on time also

                                    Still the issue is not resolved and the worst thing is i am getting fined for late payment after paying on time,

                                    I have paid August and September EMI on time and in app it was not showing

                                    After several follow ups no paysense team is calling me

                                    Hi Paysense Team,
                                    As checked today, still my late fine is not deleted as i paid on time also
                                    To my shock now the fine is showing as 1180, PFA What you are doing, what kind of service is this after paying on time alsoplease call me at [protected] on priority
                                    Also i paid August Emi on 5th August and for September i paid on 3 rd September
                                    to my another shock still my August and September EMI is processing
                                    Worst

                                    Hi Paysense Team,
                                    It's been More than 6 Months. Still my Payment Status for each EMI is not updated. It says "Processing".
                                    Also I have paid my all EMI on Time, Still It says you have Overdue EMI.
                                    If You facing Technical issue, then how bad your technical team is that they take more than 6 months to solve this issue.

                                    Kindly Do the needful.

                                      I have taken a loan in pay sense for around Twenty thousand, each month of 5th am paying my loan amount, since my Nach has been not accepted I have informed to make the payment on every month of 5th before the day ends, on the 5th of August I paid my loan debts same as like before but the amount has not processed yet but now its showing charges for late payment of Rs.590. I have attached the receipt of my payment which paid on the 5th of August.

                                        This pandemic have hit back me badly hence i was seeking for a time to may a payment but yesterday and two same executive was speaking rudely with me. I understand i have taken loan thts does not mean i should get abused by your people.
