My Loan EMI is due on 5th of every month, I am making payment in 4th itself from the mobile app. Payment of August in not settled in the app yet, and they are aking me to pay late payment charges and interest on that. Please resolve.
I have raised a formal complaint to them via email on 4th Sep itself. I did not make any late payment, so waive off the extra charges and settlement of Aug and Sep month EMI on the app. Also, I want to close the loan, whats the outstanding I need to pay. I have the money.
Please note, the late payment screenshot was taken on 4th itself, where in due is on 5th of every month.
