As discussed with paysense employee. he ready to settle my loan with Rs. 10000 and promiss to my will closed. i have done my payment of Rs. 10000 at 20 Aug 2021 and also send my payment receipt. but still he is not giving any payment receiving receipt. when i am trying to contact on mobile number he is not receiving. not any reply.

    I had taken two loans from Paysense. Had been regular in paying my emi on time till pre covid. But as I am working in school and because of covid affect in our industry, we had regularly getting late salaries and in turn I had been paying delayed emis. One month those people started calling all my contacts and I raised complaint with RBI ombudsman. My issue was resolved but harm has been done to me. These month I closed one loan with large amount and was not able to pay another emi of other loan, again those people started harassing me by calling 100 times in a day. There regional collection manager Mr Ashish called and threatened me with dire consequences, used foul language. I recorded his conversation and shared it with their company. Guys anyone please suggest me how to take my case forward..

      I have paid my loan amount till date.. this emi was bit late due to my project payment issues..
      Today I have received a call from this number from paysense [protected]
      And this person was Soo cheap and was speaking like an uncultured fellow.. he had taken my contact list and threatened me and mentally harrased me like anything by calling my friends and asking money from them.. he insulted my Kannada language also.. who has given that much rights to him.. he should talk only in his limits.. why you guys are keeping such 3rd class people in job ..who don't have any culture... Really it's very pathetic .. anybody can commit sucide by this kind of blackmail from this kind of people... Really I wanted to tell you that who has involved in this pathetic thing will die without water.. it's my curse..
      I would have referred many to take loan from your company.. but because of such cheap behavior and uncultured talks ..I am not going to refer anyone for sure.. I have already written comments also regarding this... And also my actual loan amount is already cleared.. if you want extra amount mean.. deduct from his salary and take it... Just for one emi late payment ..he created that much drama... That to I have only 2 extra emi left( added due to morotorium) ... I have paid all my dues, panalty till date.. I have not taken the loan free of intrest .. hv paid more than enough amount...
      When I asked him to give time till month end ..
      That person asked me to go to Civil court... ? Tell me what I should do now ..? He insulted my Kannada language also.. how dare he is ..? He himself don't know proper English.

      I have paid my actual emi amount.. please give my no due form asap
      Please solve my issue ASAP,

      Or else give your company address, that person's details who has hacked my phone and took my personal details and blackmailed me, the email I'd of your paysense company MD and his contact number. So that I will talk to your MD once and file a FIR against that person and the person who has given permission to do this fraud.
      I am ready to go to court .. because what ever happened with me should never ever happen to others.. It's the question of one person's life.. it's a kind of life threat only.
      Big reputed banks and companies like Google only never do this kind of hacking even after using their applications by giving allow to all terms and conditions.

      Here in this paysense app one should give allow to all the conditions to pay the emi, this is the only option your company has given.. just to access the app not to hack the phone and take the personal details.

      Cyber stalking is punishable under Section 66 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 with imprisonment for a term up to 3 years or fine upto Rs. 1 lakh or with both. Cell phone hacking comes under Section 43 when any person obtains access to the cell phone of the owner without his permission.
      Solve this issue ASAP before it goes to the court.

          This is not acceptable the people of paysense are hacking customers contact details and call history.. As I am not able to pay emi on time because of loss of job.. They started calling people to whom I am making call they are just having access to your contact history..

            Hello! Mr./Miss.

            This is related to my Payufin Loan ref. No. STPLSC[protected] of Rs. 43000/-.

            First of all I'm registering this complaint that although ALL the required information about my bank details have been collected by the PaySense staff, the first EMI didn't get debited on its own.

            Secondly, it's when I inquired about the delay, I was informed that since this is the First EMI I've to do it myself.

            Thirdly, after I did the payment, I've been charged Rs.636/- as late payment fees.

            Fourthly, after this payment was done by me, still its showing outstanding of the late fee.

            Afterall, what's this about?

            Why am I being harrassed like this?

            I'm sure of getting a satisfactory answer to ALL of my above queries.

              I have applied for a Loan on Pay Sense App. on 27 June'21 and the same has been approved on the same day after uploaded all the required documents

              But to date Amount has not been credited to my account.

              I have already raised the complaint to customer support multiple times but there is no positive response from pay sense.

              Already raised to CEO of pay sense. but still no response from his end.

              Kindly either get disbursed the loan by Monday or cancel my application

                I take loan from paysense and I pay all EMI time to time but paysense give me panelty for late payment.

                Paysense say it's system fault we solve this issue, but after 5 month this issue is till pending, paysense team not call or mail .
                I have all mail conversation that paysense acceptance of there system issue.

                          I am paying Emi on time but still they keep on sending below message and destroying my cibil score

                          Message (each day I'm getting) :-

                          Not a single emi I have.. please help sir...they are irresponsible ..they are mentally torchering me.

                                Paysense i missed payment for covid soo after that i applied for new loan
                                on bank they reject reason o[censored] running multiple loan they i checked cibil same loan twice then i realize soo this new hack for customer put multi loan same account reduce cibil i speak ur tele caller and clear 15000 then i have to pay one loan 3, 492 last emi soo its SCHEDULED soo i cant pay ok its in jun soo next month il pay but then i login checked daily TOTAL DUE Amount is daily is 10 rs there is no history of payment on ur website then i called tele caller to pls solve my emi il pay now i dont want pay more soo they said i[censored] give 5000 then il close loan soo right now i dont want pay anything if want destroy my cibil or i want call my all contact go on this covid pandemic i cant pay more i take loan when no covid and i dont care about money that time now not possible dont ask my customer id u developed cheap website there no details about anything below check my pic u can understand

                                  Hi, I have taken many loans from Paysense in the past. During the pandemic I am a bit late in paying off my emis and what they are doing is unacceptable! Threatening and abusive calls. This is just all wrong. You cannot harras a borrower like that.

                                    Hi Team,

                                    Same thing happened to me they didn't deduct the1st EMI amount on may 5th 2021. Even though I kept sufficient EMI amount they didn't do auto debit. I checked NACH status also. It's showing as Nach form is in Process. Then I written the paysense support team. Got call from customer care also. They have given guidance to pay in Paynow option. But that paynow button is not active. I tried in desktop and phone app also. I couldn't able to pay. also I m having doubt Is that payment safe since I have auto debit option. Why should I pay. If they are charging late fee or penalty. Seriously I will make it big issue. My loan got approval is march 26th 2021 onwards. Then what is the problem to do auto debit. What they are doing for more than 30 days without getting approval. I m keeping all proofs.

                                      I have taken a loan (amount 60000) from Paysense .

                                      Now the problem is that even I pay my Emi on time. They always update my wrong cibil score on the cibil site. My cibil score has been decreased rapidly from 820 to 698. I keep on sending mail from past 7-8 month but they don't reply at all. Moreover they have created 2 loan account with same Id on cibil site.

                                      Not a single emi I have missed.

                                      In this covid-19 panadamic, I needed a loan for my aunty and bank rejected saying that they can not approve my loan because overdue amount is showing in my cibil score. N now she is no more.

                                      Who is responsible for that. Please request you to look into this matter..Im helpless here. We are normal people, can not fight with these vendor. They are killing the PPL.

                                      If possible cancel their license (1st you please investigate you will come to know they charge 30% interest rate n still they tourcher the PPL like this.

                                        This email regards a loan which I have taken in the year of 2019, I was able to pay each and every month, after the covid impacts on our life, that was the turning point of my life. I lost my job as I was a part of the travel industry for the past 6.5 years

                                        I tried to apply to some of the companies, after the lockdown but unfortunately, the luck was not with me, I was not able to crack the interview

                                        In the month of January, I lost my brother, now I am under financial issues as well as I have to take care of my family. I will request please do the settlement of this loan, as I am not able to pay the whole amount.

                                        The reason I am sending this email because there is a lady who called me for the collection agency her name is Ritu Sharma:-[protected], second number is [protected] I informed her of my current situation and she was not able to understand my concern.

                                        Please listen to this call also which I received from a different lady from pay sense collection agency

                                        Please it's a humble request to settle the amount as low because I don't want my parents and family will get any harassment call. also forwarded a police complaint against it
