Paysense in simple terms is fraud. No where in the rbi guidelines or p2p lending notices is it mentioned that you can acces my contacts and harass them for payment. Your agents are not only goons but use language which only slum people use. They also send threatening emails and sms continuously throughout the day and harass and intimidate you. Their call centre’s and email support are a joke. They only send you an automatic response but they keep repeating their bad deeds. Their head of finance nitin poojary does nothing except threatening over email. No matter how many times you complain no one looks into it. They use so many numbers to call and harass you. They will send 10 sms daily to make your life miserable. They will steal your data, call them and abuse them.

Pan / aadhaar defaulter tagging warning - your repeat bounce history will be updated in cibil with default along with your pan/aadhaar number. Also this bad history will block you from applying for any type of loan again. Clear your dues now by logging on to http://www.gopaysense.com/pay

All ###, you guys are threating me too for no reason, paysense is fraud, stealing our contacts and threating everyone, calling them and sharing my LOAN and personal details and abusing them to pay my dues, I don't understand why would my people I share professional relationship with can pay my dues, and unnecessary bouncing charges penalties interests and at once multiple agents call and message non stop and abuse me also, they are not financiers, they are goons and why and how would they get permission to run these companies don't know. This should be looked into by higher authority.

    My name is upendra singh. My mail id is upendra. Rbl.[protected]@gmail.com. I took a loan of 50k from paysense but due to some reason my nach not approved and i paid my all emi on time but they are showing everytime some additional charges and in my credit report it also shows late payment by not paying some 30+ rs and every month after paying my emi they added some additional charges and if i paid then they again added extra additional charges. I also complaint but they are not taking any action.

      I took a loan for pay sense. Last month i was a little late on my emi for which i payed the amount 4458 this month. Since i am 2 weeks late on my emi for this month, paysense people decided to hack into my contacts and started calling random people who i haven't spoken to in really long and making threats. I don't understand how they could hack into my phone and collect information about my contacts. The number that called the contact was [protected]. I have been speaking to a pay sense executive who's number is [protected]. His name is aahil. He calls me and is very rude. He says many personal things sometimes and is abusive in nature. It is a shame that pay sense has adopted such cheap tactics to harass clients

      Paysense india ki sabse nadi chor company hai ek emi bounce hone ke baad aapke pautr relatives or dost ko phone karke batate ki aapka number diya hai aapko emi bharna padega.
      I don't know how they hacked my contact list and called them.
      Is their is any lawyer can help me for this fraud company

        I have a loan with paysense. Last month i didnt pay the emi due to accident. I asked them for more days to repay the amount. They hacked my google contacts and whats app contacts and keep calling my friends and family members and arguing with them using bad words.

        This is not a legal activity as this is strange.

        Please let me know how to take legal action to paysense. I have the evidence.

        Same issue with me and my concern was how they get my relatives and friends contacts then I found the app that is installed needs contact permission and without that your loan is not processed and you will notice this only when you face such problems in your life. Whatever paysense may promises you on your experience with their recovery department I am sure paysense will not take any action against them as there are many such cases happening and just think over their app need contact access permission then in any conditions if recovery people comes in picture they start calling your relatives and friends who are their in your contact list but you will never think of giving reference to any financial institution. There should be some legal action against such process of calling relatives. Also if we go for legal they will come up with agreement that will show that we agreed with such process.

        And one more thing in many reply from payse se I didnt find mentioned any word on how they are getting contact list and calling them.
        Second when I picked one call received on my friends mobile I asked them from which bank or financial institute they are calling they replied 'we don't know bank but we get your details and now that we have talked to you we will inform the bank'.

        As I have searched from many cases they will not take any action as they have started new way of recovery, we need to understand who we have given access to our mobile, to paysense and this collection team is out sourced then our data, privacy is public now through paysense and that too in the hands of this goons.

        I am also having same issue but after making proper repayment of 2 years they have shared my details and my relative details with this goons only for last two months irregular payments.

        PAN / AADHAAR DEFAULTER TAGGING WARNING - Your repeat Bounce history will be updated in CIBIL with default along with your PAN/AADHAAR Number. Also this BAD HISTORY will block you from applying for any type of loan again. Clear your dues NOW by logging on to http://www.gopaysense.com/pay
        If these people are calling your friends or relatives and harassing them, then there is absolutely no need for you to get stressed.

        You guys just have to do one thing.You go directly to the police station and get a report against them and there is nothing to fear in this, nor is it a matter of feeling ashamed.This is your fight.You have to fight.

        These people have saved the contacts from the contact list without knowing you. Those who are using apps do not even know that their personal information is also with them.

        Many people must have had bad days because of this epidemic.You people are not thieves, but you are helpless.

        If they are calling you constantly, then there is nothing, they can do it, but if they calls someone else then you go straight to the police station and register an FIR.

        You people can also take help of cyber expert police.Share that number with the police, which was used to called to your relatives.You immediately inform the police that calls were coming from this number.

        You tell your relatives and friends in advance. If you get such a calls, then inform you immediately.

        Cases of apps baded loan provider using these tricks and continues arising day by day. They might hired some more people as mostly unable to pay emi on time due pandemic.

        I will request you again and again please file an FIR near your Police station if they called your relatives and friends

          Beware of this fraud company, twice they collected ECS form after approval and still loan is not disbursed even after 1.5 month. Unprofessional company with useless employees, only way to contact them is email and they reply after 3-4 days as when they like. Wasted my 2 months on them better we can approach bank and save our time

            I had applied for a personal loan from paysense, my application was approved on 3rd of february & was told it would be transferred within 48 hours.

            The nach form i signed was dated 31st of january & they also collected the documents from me by their assigned representative.

            The loan is yet to be disbursed after repetitive emails and no communications from their side, already informed paisabazaar regarding this. This is very unprofessional.

            It’s very disheartening that a company which provides loans has such lack of commitment & communication.
            After several mails & attempts there is zero communication from the end of PaySense.
            People make commitments as per your communication.
            I was told the amount would be credited within 48 hours & that was on 3rd February 2020.
            Is really a fake organisation?

              Hi i have applied for a loan on 14th feb 2020 and till 15th feb i have completed all the formalities and i was informed that within 48hrs documents team will come and pick my documents and disburse the amount. Its already 17th now i have not even received any call from their document partner and after reading company reviews i am bit worried. Can someone help me as it is very difficult for me to trust a company like paysense who didn't value their customers.

                I have a running loan (Loan id: [protected]) with paysense which got credited to my bank account after a lot of days and got credited on 03.02.2020. So there are charges added to my first emi as pre-emi charges.

                Now if they have credited the amount so late they need to remove these pre-emi charges and the same was assured to me by there executives but this has not been done despite requesting them again and again. This was assured to me by there executive humera qureshi.

                This is the second time that they ignoring queries from me when they themselves were at mistake from day 1.

                Brother you have just started with paysense, there a lot of embarrassing moment on the way. 1st if you delay in payment and by chance if you missed the call they will call your friend parents and tell them you gave their reference number to recover the money, and if they are brave hearted n ignore they won't stop they will continue calling somewhere far relative whom you must have stopped interacting with and abuse really bad...I am saying all this out of my experience so what I did I stopped paying because this...they sent bouncers to recover the money at my door rest is something that I can't share here...

                  My paysense id is ps11378650. I have received the alert on 11.02.2020 at 11 pm stating that loan has been disbursed and has been credited in my bank account and even paysense have updated emi over the app. While i have checked the same in my account it is not yet credited.

                      Myself aditi manjrekar. My loan of rs. 1, 60, 000 /- is approved on your application called paysense. I completed all the formalities and also handovered the signed copy of nach form to your executive at my home. I was informed by one of your representative that the disbursal will be processed in 48 hrs. Now it's more than three days and i haven't got any update from your side. I don't have any contact number or office address. So it's an humble request that please update the status of my application and process the disbursement as soon as possible.

                      Finally I received the money today...Just want to thank everyone who helped me and updated through the process. It tooked 15 days but it happened and feels great.

                      Note: It'll be great if you guys will let me know the statement of the loan and the EMI payment tenure on my registered email.
                      It's been more 2 Days and there's no reply from anywhere...not im really worried for the loan as i have given certain commitments .                       It's getting insane now...after writing more than 5 emails and continuosly calling the person whom i handovered the docs..im not getting any single update also i haven't received a single call till now...sorry to say this but you guys are playing with the emotions of each and every customer...we understand that you dont have any customer care setup but atleast reply on email with some proper information...

The loan application status is showing approved in app as got a message stating application sent to bank for disbursal and it will be credited to my account in 48 hours. Its more than 8 days but till now there is no response for the queries i raised through the app. I had raised an email query and also selected a call back but did not get any response for that too.                           This to here to bring to your notice that, an online application paysense (Loan application) has given me loan, regularly i use to pay all my emi on time but this month, i haven't paid due to some problem, i requested them for some time, but they hacked my phone and steal all personal contacts from my phone and they called each and every family member and they tortured them with out any un relative aspect and they are not responsible for any payment, they call'd brother, sisters uncles, aunty and almost more than 50 members in family, this made me shame and loss of prestigious self respect and lots of human humiliation with their unprofessional language and information,
                          Really felt to commit suicide as lost my nature in front of all family members, they called and tortured each and every one of my family, this is so criminal activity done as stealed and hacked all my phone. Requesting you to please help me.

                          Hello Sir,

                          As I have searched from many cases they will not take any action as they have started new way of recovery, we need to understand who we have given access to our mobile, to paysense and this collection team is out sourced then our data, privacy is public now through paysense and that too in the hands of this goons.

                          I am also having same issue but after making proper repayment of 2 years they have shared my details and my relative details with this goons only for last two months irregular payments.

                            I got mail on 22nd january 2020 that my loan got approved. It has been 8 days i haven't got the disbursement. They shows that my application has been sent to banking partner. There's nobody to reply you. When i wrote review on google play store they replied with the confirmation that loan will get disburse in 3-5 banking days if this doesn't happen then to let them know but when i didn't recieved the disbursement i replied to their mail and again there was nobody to reply you. I think it's just a data collecting app and not a legit thing.
                            My name is shahnaz malik. I had applied loan from Paysense, all my documents were complete, paysense declined my loan after 5 days. I gave the papers that I asked for, but these people only asked me for a statement. Later, I say the reason why salary is not clear, I say lies.

                              I applied for loan on january 23, 2020. On january 25, 2020, i changed my mind and decided not to go for loan, so on that when document collection executive came to collect the docs i told him i don't want loan so i want to cancel the loan request and i didn't submit him the docs, also i clearly wrote on a nach form to cancel the loan request which the executive brought to take signature and he assured me that he will send for cancellation. On january 29, 2020, i received sms as well as e-mail mentioning that my loan amount has been disbursed to my bank (Loan #: stplsc[protected]). When i checked my bank account, i did not receive any money. I also checked in paysense app where it was showing amount has been disbursed after deducting processing fee. First of all, i requested to cancel the loan request, but they processed. Secondly, i did not receive any money whereas it was showing as amount has been disbursed to my bank account. I sent several mails to paysense support team, but no reply. How to deal with this?

                                I did check i never got any money from them and still i checked nothing and no response from them.

                                  I haven't got any proper reply yet also i did complain on your mail and paysense app show 48 hours from 20th january and paysense guys told me 3 to 5 days now its 27 january and even also paysense guys telling me that 3 to 5 days just copy and paste always similar reply is paysense guys having robots who is sending me same reply on all questions. Tell me clearly dont harass me please disburse amount in account or tell me clearly and return my document
