Yesterday, i received a call from this number ([protected]) regarding my delay in loan repayment. The person was so rude that he was not at all ready to listen to my concern and i eventually had to ask him multiple times to just listen what i am saying. His sole intention was to shout and threaten me throughout. For him, i was a criminal and fraud rather than a loan defaulter. I explained him about my current inability to repay on time due to the temporary disturbance in my earnings due to a glitch at my workplace. He was totally harassing me throughout the conversation and threatening me to send collections agents to my house, yes i know it is the usual recovery process. For his kind information, i said i am currently not at home for a period of time and only my aged mother is at the residence. Now i got an idea about how the collection agent's behavior is going to be with this one single telephonic conversation i had with the paysense recovery personnel. It is very unfortunate to say that i have never had such a brutal experience with any of my previous loans with banks and nbfcs.
Also, i am getting repeated sms that a case has been filed against me for fraud and a non-bailable warrant will be issued if i fail to pay the amount immediately. I really wonder even though i made 19 prompt payments without a single-day delay and now when i delayed a payment for 23 days due to my current situation, you are treating me as a criminal. I understand it is not fair to delay the payment, but i have explained you already about why there is delay now, but you are not ready to listen.
After this nightmare experience with your recovery process, where i am not allowed to address my grievance, i am going to seek help from rbi for paysense violating the fair lending practices code for harassing, threatening, and humiliating me.
Once again, all i want to say is i am responsible for my liabilities and i will definitely pay back and finish off the loan, but i need time. My intentions are very clear that i will pay, but your polices are that you are not going to give me any more time.
