Am paying paysens loan from past one year, but latest tow months was delayed because of my health issue and i requested them the same. They said ok for that but from past tow day they are calling to my contact list and literally abusing my friends and relatives. This is a illegal and i would like to launch a complaint in cyber crime also. These stupids are not following rules.

I have paid my 5th emi by auto debit NACH on 3rd dec. It was not updated on thier app ans showing under process. From then till now they are charging penalty to me.

    I needed an urgent loan. As paysense advertise instant loan, I applied with them. Before submiting the NACH pdf the executive confirmed disbursal of loan by 48 hrs. Next day hard copy was picked up and residence varification done. Instant loan process, are these? Any way the 48 hrs passad and no disbursal happened. In the app its mentioned 3- 4 working days of disbursal time after documents pick up. But my need is over. They say I cannot cancel my application. Why should I accept a loan if I don't get it when needed. Now other customer complaints got me more scared. Please arrange cancelation of my application as its getting me mental pressure for which the missleading process is lible.

      Dear sir my name is chandrabhan nadar, mene 1, 00, 000 ke loan ke liye apply kiya jo paysense ne mujhe 18/10/2019 ko 95870 mere account me send kiya the, or mujhe first emi ka message 5 december 2019 aaya tha, jab mene loan emi calculate kiya tha to usme only 5188 diya gya tha, first paysense walo ne mujse extra processing fee cut ki thi jo mene kafi mail ke dwara usko return kraya the. Or ab jab mene 5 december ko meri first emi jani thi to mere account me 5900 ka balance jabki paysense ke 5188 jane the. But enhone 6227 ka emi kat rhe the, mujhe bina inform kiya or usme etna balance na hone se first emi auto pay nhi ho payi thi
      Eske liye mene kafi mail bhi kiya the but mujhe abhi tak koi reply nhi kiya gay only mujhe ticket de diya jata h ki 24 hourse ke undar aapko reply kiya jayega

      Me director se bat krna chahta hu or
      Na hi me kisi ko late payment charge or na hi extra charge dunga, me aapka or apne vayvhar kharab nahi karna chahta hu
      Me es loan ko yahi cancle karana chahta hu or jo aapne mujhe amount send kiya the usko return kr dunga
      Yadi meri problem solve nhi ki gyi to me ek bhi pesa nhi dunga
      Aapko jo krna h kr lena
      Me kafi paresan ho gya ho mail dal dal ke koi reply hi nhi krta free ki salary lete h aapka staff

        Sir my name is Hemanta Das I have applied loan from paysense. And complete d all legal formalities and sign tha NACH form and update also I have sign the hard copy of NACH and send. After that I got the message in the aap that my loan has been approved. And the amount will be disburse within 48 hours of working. But still my loan amount was not disburse.

          Yesterday, i received a call from this number ([protected]) regarding my delay in loan repayment. The person was so rude that he was not at all ready to listen to my concern and i eventually had to ask him multiple times to just listen what i am saying. His sole intention was to shout and threaten me throughout. For him, i was a criminal and fraud rather than a loan defaulter. I explained him about my current inability to repay on time due to the temporary disturbance in my earnings due to a glitch at my workplace. He was totally harassing me throughout the conversation and threatening me to send collections agents to my house, yes i know it is the usual recovery process. For his kind information, i said i am currently not at home for a period of time and only my aged mother is at the residence. Now i got an idea about how the collection agent's behavior is going to be with this one single telephonic conversation i had with the paysense recovery personnel. It is very unfortunate to say that i have never had such a brutal experience with any of my previous loans with banks and nbfcs.

          Also, i am getting repeated sms that a case has been filed against me for fraud and a non-bailable warrant will be issued if i fail to pay the amount immediately. I really wonder even though i made 19 prompt payments without a single-day delay and now when i delayed a payment for 23 days due to my current situation, you are treating me as a criminal. I understand it is not fair to delay the payment, but i have explained you already about why there is delay now, but you are not ready to listen.

          After this nightmare experience with your recovery process, where i am not allowed to address my grievance, i am going to seek help from rbi for paysense violating the fair lending practices code for harassing, threatening, and humiliating me.

          Once again, all i want to say is i am responsible for my liabilities and i will definitely pay back and finish off the loan, but i need time. My intentions are very clear that i will pay, but your polices are that you are not going to give me any more time.

              Hi,
              I simmer deep has applied for the loan from your company which claims that u disburse the loan in 48 to 72 hrs.. But the reality is you people are least bother about the urgency. I have applied for loan and by 6th nov all formalities was completed. After so many follow ups and dozens of mail still no satisfied revert from your side.. You still say after collection of nach and osv of kyc it will disburse.. The mobile no. You mentioned in the mail always go unanswered.

              Kindly let me are you people really interested in the business or just making fool of other people.

                His is to in form you that i am totally mentally harased by kreditbee from last 30 days they call my friend relatives family and use abusive languages currently i have some financial crises thats why i am not paying the amount due to some financial crises

                But i took the loan so why they called to my friends and family

                  I simmerdeep kaur and my registered mobile no [protected]. Has applied the loan on 26 oct and completed all formalities till 6th nov.. The sms and mailed shows that loan will be disburse in next 24 hrs and your application is approved. After sending tons of mail to the given mail id.. No response is there. I have allready sighned the nach and submitted my kyc (Hard copy) also. Kindly resolve the issue on priority basis or i should look for some other alternatives.

                    Paysense is worst app.. They dont have manners how to behav with customer. They use vulgar language with customers. Government baned such kind of applications. I have also take a loan from online application example early salary, money view, qbera, adityabirla. These applications are very good and give very good service and very helpfull for public. But paysense is very worst which was i have not ever seen. Please request to you all don't take loan in paysense in future.

                      Now, I am not denying to make the payment, but I'm just asking for some time to clear out the dues.

                      I also agree that if payment is not made, I'll receive calls but this does not mean that you'll call my mother and speak in any language. One of you named Kishore I think, called my mother and said like where is that thief and was shouting on her.. What has she done. Don't that guy has any manners or not. I want this escalated right away or I'm going to consumer court.

I have applied loan in paysence app. I have uploaded all documents in app. A person num : [protected] came to my residence collected my documents and nach for along with my signatures. From there no response from him nor paysense team. After 5 days that too after i repeatedly called that fellow who collected my documents mr kuldeep : [protected] says need documents again. What non sense is this. After collecting the documents i waited for 5 days again he is asking me to submit my documents. Why??? What he and pay sense team has done with my previous documents. Even though iam ready to resubmit the documents that # [protected] was not ready to come and collect when i am free. He was asking to come when ever he wish... Paysense is a fraud. I want my loan or my documents return by today.

                            My documents have been verified since 3 days and i was assured that within 48 hours required amount will be disbursed. But still, i cannot see any credit from paysense.in today's real time era, when you are ready to provide quick loans to salaried applicants, i do not understand what is causing the delay, that too when money is much needed. Also emails are not received on registered email address timely. This creates unnecessary suspects. Handing over to unknown, copies of identity and residence proofs is almost risky like anything.

                                Paysense ask me your loan application approved give me originally document and sign nach from m do
                                But now 5 day after paysense asked your loan application rejected. What is this you take my everything now said rejected. My time wasting. Paysense fraud doing. Why before not telling i am not eligible.
                                Before paysense telling 24 hour loan in your account emi selection m doing selection.14 my contact paysense take. Now doing fraud this is fake and my time lost. Please do same thing.

                                  Hi,

                                  I had applied for for loan of rs. 80000. They sent their people to collect documents and sign the nach form. Before that they have been contacting me regarding documents. On the 1 november, the paysense app status turn to loan has been approved and it will be disbursed within 24 hours. Now, its 7 days, i have not received money in my account. The lady named arti, who called me continously before for documents and nach signature is not picking up my call. They do not reply to emails. They do not call back even though requested a multiple time.

                                  Kindly help because i am worried if this is fraud app.

                                    Sir my registered mail id is daga. [protected]@gmail.com, my loan was approved on 25th sep., till today i submitted 2 time the nach form and 2 times my kyc to couirer boy, it is almost 1 month 15 days, loan amount not disbursed. Secondly whenever i am emailing you a message come from your end saying "recepient inbox is full" so i can not send you mail also. I submit more than 20 queries from app to you but there is no reply, just tell me how much time it will take more to disbursement. And reply me is will or not.

                                      This is with Reference to my loan with Loan ID SL2458819, my EMI due date is 3rd of every month, so on 3rd November it was showing that " you could not deduct amount beacuse NACH status is under process so please make payment or pay through UPI " and as I paid on 3rd November through IMPS from my bank account ( you can find the attachment below for transaction details) so that it will not went overdue and doesnt affects credit score but again on 4th Novement the amount 4521 also got autodebited from my account which is really inconvenient I mean first you say we couldn't deduct and when...

                                      Still refund not provided. I am writing more than 10 mail regarding this issue and still not getting even single revert from your end.

                                        This is with reference to my loan with loan id sl2397763, my emi due date is 3rd of every month, so on 3rd november it was showing that "you could not deduct amount beacuse nach status is under process so please make payment or pay through neft/ imps" and as i paid on 3rd november through imps from my bank account (You can find the attachment below for transaction details) so that it will not went overdue and doesnt affects credit score but again on 4th novement the amount 10815 also got autodebited from my account which is really inconvenient i mean first you say we couldn't deduct and when client pays from his side and then next day you again deduct the same amount, so this way the payment got deducted from my account twice please look forward to the concern and initiate the refund of one anyone of transaction of 10815 back to my account as i am facing some financial issues.
