I had 3 loans in total from Paysense and out of which 2 loans are already closed but as per to paysense they are still saying that 2 loans are still active whereas only 1 loan should be active.
When asked for the NOC letter for the closed loan they are denying to provide the same. Moreover even after paying the EMI, I am still receiving calls from Paysense and they are threatening me that they will take legal actions...

Paysense is worst app.. They dont have manners how to behav with customer. They use vulgar language with customers. Government baned such kind of applications. I have also take a loan from online application example early salary, money view, qbera, adityabirla. These applications are very good and give very good service and very helpfull for public. But still, i cannot see any credit from paysense.in today's real time era, when you are ready to provide quick loans to salaried applicants, i do not understand what is causing the delay, that too when money is much needed. Also emails are not received on registered email address timely. This creates unnecessary suspects....

I have taken the loan from paysense. I am regularly paying the emi. And all monthe deduct the emi on date to date. Than also in the paysense app it's showing penal charges. I have complaint by mail. I have mail them more than 10 time. But no call or reply come and i am really harass from there penal charges massages. Because from morning to night they are sending 15 to 20 massages from last 15 days.. Very disappoint from paysense. They do'nt...

I have got a top up loan from paysense after paying 18 emi's of my 24 emi loan... My loan number is sl2519987..in my app.. Its shown that loan is disbursed.. But i cant see it credited in my account.. I trusted them, because the first loan i got in time.. Now, things have changed i think... Already 8 days finished after i received loan disbursement message.. Still no clue of the status.. And they have not replied a mail or called me back.....

My personel experience i took loan from paysense i will pay timely but 2 months due to money crises i delayed 15 days and i told to their executives but they illegally pull data from my facebook whattsup truecaller and my gps system locality people numbers and called them told that u r guarantees for so on person if they not pay loan u r responsible for that.
I received so many calls from unknown persons and they are scared me lot...

I had applied personal loan on 21 sep sep. It’s approved on 24 sep. Now it’s been over one month i had been wating for amount. It’s my 4th complaint. Still my issue not resolve from paysense. Still the same position. No reply from paysense over email.

From that day i am following up with mails and messages. And in app it still showing under review status. I applied for loan as there is urgent requirement of money even the interest is high. Got a mail loan disburse in 2 to 3 working days
After 2 to 3 working day i mailed back because no money credited. They revert back after 2days saying it will take 3 to 5 working days.in between i got a message to call on such number for document collection. Every time i am calling it is sayin"please dail extention" they dont...
