I have done every formality till nach but there no response till now is it digital process. Really its pathetic also i told them that its medical emergency then also i have not got any amount kindly tell me why you guys did this much procedure if you don't want to disburse any amount to customers account just need answer that when you will credit my account if not then please tell me thats it

    I took a loan from paysense. I have cleared all my dues but still paysense is charging me mentioning as they couldn't deduct the amount from my bank, where as they deducted it on time. I have sent may emails to support team to close my loan account and not to charge me but there is no response from them. Please help me and report the paysense to stop charging and to close my loan account asap

        I have received email that my loan amount has been disbursed and credited to my bank account but no amount has been credited to my bank account.

        I have been contacting PaySense Customer Care but no one is responding from past 5 days and the WhatsApp number they have provided has also blocked me and are not solving any query.

        Please get this issue solved and get my money credited to my bank account or else get the loan cancelled.

        Your customer care executive asked me to wait for 24 hours on Monday but till now I haven’t heard anything from her. My issue has also not been solved by you as I have not received the loan amount.

        If this is the case I would ask you to revise my first EMI by reducing the amount of Pre-EMI.

          I had applied for a personal loan and submitted all documents on january 8th 2020. The loan application status is showing approved in app and got a message stating application sent to bank for disbursal and it will be credited to my account in 48 hours. Its more than 10 days but till now there is no response for the queries i raised through the app. I had raised an email query and also selected a call back but did not get any response for that too.

          as we are unable to find any details here would request you to please help us with either your registered contact number or email id with Paysense. Also request you to please elaborate your query in brief.
          I missed the payment date of my loan by 12 days.
          And so Paysense people hacked into my contacts. And called and harassed my contacts.
          How did they hack into my account and how did they get my contacts this is breach of security.
          I will take this to consumer court

            My loan id is [protected]. I have received the alert on 16.01.2020 at 11 pm stating that loan has been disbursed and has been credited in my bank account and even paysense have updated emi over the app. While i have checked the same in my account it is not yet credited.
            I have mailed to support id with bank statement but i have not received any response till time. It is a panic situation for me and i am felling like suicide. I am already depressed and thats why opt for the loan but these people hardly bothers on this.

            Please help me paysense or else you will be only responsible if something happens to me in depression state of mind.

              Hi. I'm constantly getting payment reminders calls automated even after paying all the emi's. I've never missed any payment. Please fix this as soon as possible. Your app shows that is been paid too. This is not the first time i'm having issues with you guys, last time i was being charged for penalty ever day for a payment done long back. Fix your servers or else people who really pay you back will stop using you services.

                I got loan from paysense in nov 2019, before my first emi i lost my phone. I lodged a complaint to recover my old number with jio. I found out that sim was registered with my old friends name. He is not responding to my calls and texts due to some past issues. I mistakenly registered with paysense from same number not knowing the fact that number was not mine. Now im not able to pay emi and paysense is not responding in any way possible. I have been trying for 3days to get their payment details for timely emi payment. Now they've charged penalties for late payment. I was able to pay it on time only if my issue wouldve been resolved. Paysense hasnt yet responded.

                    I Meena Shamra applied for loan on 25 december 2019. 26th app updated the address verification and NACH form submitted. All verifications were completed. Thrice the guy came for address verification still i havent received the loan. When i emailed you u told address needs to be verified again. The guys were named Ravi and Tushar ([protected]) ([protected]) ([protected]). These people verified three times, still not received the loan. Who r these people?? why havent they submitted the report?? If my documents get misused ill blame you! today 22 days are passed still loan not received. Why????? Please cancel the loan, dont need it now! and return my documents.

                        I settled my loan with paysense for the amt of rs 15120. I made the payment in 3 installments. I am still receiving messages from paysense via what's app, normal text & even calls, asking to make payment. I have also send them an email in regards to this issue, but no response. This is disturbing us long time & creating mental harrassment. I have attached the email received from sumit verma in regards with settlement letter & payments we have made in 3 parts.                             I got a message that i am eligible for 2lakhs and approval wud happen in 5 mins. After applying i was informed that it would take about 5 working days. It took more than 5 days infact for review of documents finally got a mail that my loan is approved for 2 lakhs and i was asked to send the signed nach soft copy through email. Which i did send on 16th dec. After sending the nach i am finding it difficult to reach out to these guys and with much difficulty, i get them on phone the only answer i get is that the amount will be credited in 24 hours... This is happening for the last 4 days i have a doubt that these guys are just collecting documents and not issuing loans. Please do the needful to resolve the issue

                              I m having a probleming with my bank due to which the payment wasn’t done spoken with the person the call. The advisor was so rude her name was shruti i need to raise a complain against her she is harrassing me i need an action or else i will raise an complaint from my side plus she was saying that the about my status which i feel is not professional

                                    Am paying paysens loan from past one year, but latest tow months was delayed because of my health issue and i requested them the same. They said ok for that but from past tow day they are calling to my contact list and literally abusing my friends and relatives. This is a illegal and i would like to launch a complaint in cyber crime also. These stupids are not following rules.

                                      I needed an urgent loan. As paysense advertise instant loan, I applied with them. Before submiting the NACH pdf the executive confirmed disbursal of loan by 48 hrs. Next day hard copy was picked up and residence varification done. Instant loan process, are these? Any way the 48 hrs passad and no disbursal happened. In the app its mentioned 3- 4 working days of disbursal time after documents pick up. But my need is over. They say I cannot cancel my application. Why should I accept a loan if I don't get it when needed. Now other customer complaints got me more scared. Please arrange cancelation of my application as its getting me mental pressure for which the missleading process is lible.

                                        Dear sir my name is chandrabhan nadar, mene 1, 00, 000 ke loan ke liye apply kiya jo paysense ne mujhe 18/10/2019 ko 95870 mere account me send kiya the, or mujhe first emi ka message 5 december 2019 aaya tha, jab mene loan emi calculate kiya tha to usme only 5188 diya gya tha, first paysense walo ne mujse extra processing fee cut ki thi jo mene kafi mail ke dwara usko return kraya the. Or ab jab mene 5 december ko meri first emi jani thi to mere account me 5900 ka balance jabki paysense ke 5188 jane the. But enhone 6227 ka emi kat rhe the, mujhe bina inform kiya or usme etna balance na hone se first emi auto pay nhi ho payi thi
