Hi i am yangwok Senliak I have taken a loan from paysense But the problem is about EMI and penalty.
On 3 sept 2019 They have charge me penalty of Rs 1429 why I don't know about that I was trying to contact paysense but they didn't respond my mail and main problem is they don't have customer care number.
But any how I have managed amount and paid EMI + penalty total Rs 6841/- because they are going to charge me 590 Rs every day if I will pay late and i thought that it's ok I will contact paysense later to resolve this problem.
But today on 9 September 19 again they have deducted from my account Rs of 590

As discussed on the call, We haven't charged you anything extra apart from your pending EMI which you had to pay. The NACH bounce charge of 590 was charged by your Bank beacuse your NACH was bounced on 3rd of September.

    Hi my name is sai teja i applied loan on paysense on aug7th for me they approved 1lakh i did all my e-sign formalities after that in app it shows amount disbursed but amount not credited in my bank account its been 1month and i sent lot of mails but there is no response and they also sent me some utr number i enquire in bank about that utr number they said ita not a valid utr number i informed the matter to them by mail after that theyare not giving any rply to me

      Hi Ravi I had bad experience with paysense better not to take anyone from paysense I sincere request you. I have taken loan from them they are harassing me. As I am paying regularly emi. 2 or 3 months I paid late they charged late payments. I had open heart surgery last month. They are forcing to pay the amount. I am paying regularly emi

        I had applied for a loan of 100000 Rs on 28th August 2019. I was asked to sign an agreement and a NACH form after that. Its 3rd September now but the amount has not been released into my account yet. What is the point of applying for an instant loan when it takes so many days. I am just being asked to wait for 24-48 days in the template emails they respond with upon contacting them.

          Hello sir my name is ketan and my loan id is SL2412060.
          My EMi amount is successfully auto debited on 3rd august 2019 from my account.

          Now 2nd September showing that penal charges of 131 rs. was added to the total due amount.penal charges increases every day.
          after next day on 3rd September showing that panel charges of 236 rs. was added to the total due amount.penal charges increases every day.
          so i m paying 236 rs.on 3rd September by netbanking because it is increses every day.

          Can you specify already EMI's Moneys are available in account before Due date and Your team auto debited EMI'S on 3rd Date from my account So why penalty charges are added ???

          Team do not respond to the email, they do not read email and send standard templates, I said I have paid the EMI for August and they have not updated in App and for the current month they have charged me with overdue and it has affected my cibil

            I have read all the worst reviews of
            Paysense.. I had also faced the issue same as you.. But it was bit different in my case. Paysense lady telecaller called to one of my friend’s parents.

            She informed as below "your son had given surity for one candidate.. He didn’t make clear emi.. So you are the responsible for it.."

            Note: i did not give my friend or anyone’s reference or surity..

            Sad thing here is her son lost in road accident two months ago.. She have been living with her son’s happiest memories.. Suddenly, paysense employee.. Sorry.. She is not employee.. Better to call her blackmailer.. Disturbed my friends family.. My friend’s mother’s feelings priceless.. She have been worrying that what is this and all.. I can’t express her pain here.. My request is don’t write only reviews we should take action against paysense.. Of course i was delayed 2 emis delayed to make payment due to unexpected issues. Paysense should contact me or harass me. But they are involving irrelevant people here. They got disturbed already. I hope paysense lady telecaller feel it as smart work.               Firstly, i had signed the e-agreement on 29th august then after my loan application has been approved then i had also signed nach form, around 8pm their have updated the status that the loan application has been rejected, other point is that paysense even sent the messege about the document pickup. I need justice, firstly they said the loan will be disbural instantly then after it take very loan even for the basic process, i have the doubt that first these guys have approved my loan application ie i have done the e-agreement signing and also signed the nach form, if iam ineligible for the loan their have to reject me in the early stage itself without wasre my time and also their time, it really hurts me by knowing about the application rejection. Please resolve my issue and kindly make the effort to approve my loan quickly, do the needful.

                I have a loan from paysense for 200000 and due to financial crisis i have not made a payment for the month of August'2019 i have already informed them i am waorking with a debt management company called Single Debt i have already sent them emails about the same and have not got any response for the same now the company has hacked into my contacts and they have started calling my relatives and asking money from them stating i have givem their number and they arr trying to defame me the collection agents are using abusive language with the females and because of this i have issues in my family i have told them number of times that they will get paid and need to contact debt management for the same which they have denied

                  Hi i had applied for loan in paysense on 21 aug 2019.. and got approved loan of 185000 rs ..and i completed all the steps which is required in paysense.. final submitted application .. paysense told me to complete their process in 5 hours but there is noh process till now.. its 6 day today...
                  i dont know why it getting delayed..

                    I am about to commit suicide because paysense collection agents harassments. For mere delay in one emi, they contacting all my contacts and abusing me over and threatening them to repay emi. I'm literally tired of these people. I am about to get big project and i've saved their contact details in my phone. I'm scared that they'll ruin my reputation and lose my project. Kindly help me to get rid of them. I am not finiding any solution. Please anybody help me.

                    First of all the amount will not get deducted from account and they steal our contacts and start calling them for EMI and abuse my family and friends as per the rules they are not supposed to do that

                      Hi, i have taken a loan of rs 2 lakh from paysense with an emi schedule of 24 months out of which for 16 months without any disruption the emi was paid, due to sudden crises i missed the 14th payment after which i started receiving calls from paysense tried to explain them the situation but after explaining the situation they started calling to all my contacts and started abusing to all of them, heights are when they don't even look for to whom are they even to ladies they abuse. To solve this i contacted of the debt management company and they started working on the case but still the unprofessional paysense team was continuously calling up to all my contacts and using the same language which is not even hi hello but as soon the call is picked they will start by abusing the person.

                      Such a harassing company i have never seen to whom even if we go by legal aspects they would not listen to anything and will be on the same pace of abusing.

                      Further, i would urge to help in such scenario i have already started legal action against them and trying to file an fir to get legal help also please suggest if i can write to rbi with the abusive call recordings we have.

                        delay in disbursal and no reply from the support

                        Hello i applied for a loan and it was approved and i even received a sms and email from them that your loan has been approved and will be disbursed within 24 working hours and it is already been 48 hrs and still the amount is not disbursed have sent tons of email to them and they donot have the courtesy to reply to my email also their executive collected the documents from me a week ago so each and every procedure is completed please resolve...

                        I have received a loan of 120000 and emi of 8000/month. This month aug due to loss of my job i havent paid my emi.
                        I got a call from collection dept she scolded me very badly using MADARCHOOD BEHENCHOD WORDS. I did not utter a single word but recorded it.
                        and daily paysense saying me that i am a fraud in there messages. Just for one emi.

                        BAJAJ INDIA BULLS ICICI i have loans everybody is so polite and i have made the payments also and keeping up my promise.

                        Today they hacked my contacts and called my SISTER FRIENDS brother and told about my loan and said they have to pay if i did not. Every body doubted me that i have done something without informing them. My sis was so panicked and after loosing job i have to face her tears.

                        They called from paysense and said they are from legal dept and did not disclose the company name. But there intelligence is so bluffed they slipped there tounge and said that they were calling from paysense.

                        I wanted to complain manager i called him he did not pick my call but he had put my number to reject list.

                        👌👌🙏🙏 what a support.

                        After my loan is cleared i will place my recording in front of court.
                        Amount will not disbursed in my account for last one week and paysense staff are fake commitment with me for last one week and one will support to me

                        Paysense team can only make false promises and send fake sms saying court hearing is there. I contacted the court. Every single sms was fake. Complaint to your local police station Sanjay as they can never legally do this. They will have to pay you fine if you raise a complaint. Also record every call and share it with [protected]@rbi.org.in Mumbai didvison. They will take action.

                          3 days has been completed now.. paysense executive told me that in 2 -3 day you will get money in your account.

                            I have taken personal loan from this company (Paysense) initial i was very regular in payment when i was in previous job and due to jobless from 4 months emi got delay from my side where i have already informed company that i will pay shortly. This company has hacked my phone and taken all my phone contacts and calling to all my family relatives colleagues clients and many more people and they also called to my mother and spoked in abusing and harrasing language and threaten calls to all of them. Due to these i m unable to get job in the market or anyhelp from anyone please take action on this case as i am feeling very embrassed from all my relatives, friends and family members i am totally gone in depression due to this company behaviour whereas i am providing executive number i.e., [protected] also.

                              I took a loan from paysens 3nmnths a go i have paid 3 emis, nowninwant to foreclose my loan i emailed the request on the 10th of aug 2019 i got a reply to fill out the foreclosure form i did that, but now there is no reply from paysense even after multiple email reminders the not getting in touch with me. Please help. Me close this loan, these guys are doing it on purpose to mint money from customers at the time of giving loan everything is done swiftly but when it come to foreclose the make the customers run around and then they have their time limit in which u have to foreclose the loan.

                                Hi i applied a loan in paysense. I got. Message yesterday that amount is disbursed and emi details updated but amount not yet credited. I raised number of mails but they aren't responding. Please look into this as early as possible. I am in needy position. I have been messaging go everyone member of that company in customer success team in social media or wherever i found them. But no use. They say instant but take time as normal banks do and take higher rate of interst than banks

                                  Last month I had requirement o[censored]rgent loan hence, I applied for the same through Paysense.

                                  On[protected] I have given my application through mobile app and it is been approved that day.
                                  After a week of Application, I got a call regards to collection of Documents. Looking for my urgency I have submitted as soon possible.

                                  After a week of submitting on[protected], I got a mail and a Whatsapp message for disbursal of Loan amount to my bank account. From that date to till today, I have not received any amount in account.

                                  Last week when I complained about the same to them, they asked me to send Bank statement from July 1st till that date.

                                  I have mailed them my bank statement, and after that they said within 24-48 Hours the amount will credited to my account. However, from that date to till today, I have not received any amount in account.

                                  From Last 7 days I am Mailing them for Updation; but there no any reply form their side.

                                  By, looking their delay for amount loan disbursal, I have arranged amount from Outside.

                                  After that, I have cancelled NACH Submission from bank and sent mail to PAYSENSE to cancel my loan. However, there is also no reply for mails.

                                  Hence, I request you to please help me to cancel my loan.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  Still I have not received their So called Disbursal amount. This is Fraud Company.
                                  Daily I mail them to send mail on Cancelling of my Loan account ; but there is no any single reply from them.

                                  If it will go like then I will complaint to Legal Authorities for Cheating and fraudulent Case.
                                  My application has been approved. I am asked to submit nach form. Where will I get that I didn't get any mail or in the app also it's not there

                                    Hi Sir/Madam, I am really very much frustrated with Paysense service. Every month they are charging extra[protected] without any reason. Even though i am paying the payment on time and asking them to update but they are not updating the payment on time. Even August Month EMI is still not updated again although i have made payment on 5th August and they confirmed in the chat that they already updated. It looks like fraud things with the customer.

                                    Please see the history and i guess they have charged more than 10k as penalty without any reason and since i am not in india hence sometimes i unable to login into the apps as my india number does not work and they are taking benefits of this and simply telling that payment updated although payment still pending. I will go till any escalation level if my problem is not going to resolve and if i will not get the extra 10k which is charged as penalty as well as this month EMI is still not updated as i have made payment and shared the details already.

                                      Hi i have applied a loan and it got approved and received a mail and text stating money will credited within 24 hrs now when i am asking about disbursal they are saying 5 days why should i wait for 5 days i would have opted for offline bank accounts with lower rate of interest andminimum and zero foreclosure charges. Whats the advantage of taking loan with you
