Last month I had requirement o[censored]rgent loan hence, I applied for the same through Paysense.
On[protected] I have given my application through mobile app and it is been approved that day.
After a week of Application, I got a call regards to collection of Documents. Looking for my urgency I have submitted as soon possible.
After a week of submitting on[protected], I got a mail and a Whatsapp message for disbursal of Loan amount to my bank account. From that date to till today, I have not received any amount in account.
Last week when I complained about the same to them, they asked me to send Bank statement from July 1st till that date.
I have mailed them my bank statement, and after that they said within 24-48 Hours the amount will credited to my account. However, from that date to till today, I have not received any amount in account.
From Last 7 days I am Mailing them for Updation; but there no any reply form their side.
By, looking their delay for amount loan disbursal, I have arranged amount from Outside.
After that, I have cancelled NACH Submission from bank and sent mail to PAYSENSE to cancel my loan. However, there is also no reply for mails.
Hence, I request you to please help me to cancel my loan.

Still I have not received their So called Disbursal amount. This is Fraud Company.
Daily I mail them to send mail on Cancelling of my Loan account ; but there is no any single reply from them.
If it will go like then I will complaint to Legal Authorities for Cheating and fraudulent Case.
There will be no deduction in EMI from your account if the loan amount has not been disbursed to you, be rest assured. The support team is already working on your case on priority and you shall receive an update on this at the earliest within 24 working hours.
