i recharged my mobile through paytm, but my recharge was failed, and paytm took amount from my bank account... after that i filed a complaint in paytm customer care regarding my refund amount. More than 20 days gone, still now i didnt get my refund amount.. paytm customer just telling to wait that's all no more clear response from them...

Order automatically cancelled and monery are not refund in my account

Dear sir, I made bus ticket booked on 3-7-15 but transaction failed and money deducted from my ICICI account, and bus ticket was not booked. And massage from PayTM that your bank not authorized translation but my money deducted from my bank. Msg received for that transaction. Now ICICI and PayTM not responding for this. So from where I collect my money? Please help...

wrong recharge done

My mobile no. [protected]. i recharged my BSNL no. on 12 oct.Order no: #[protected] . my recharge amount was 39 which showed a net pack but instead i got sms pack . kindly reverse it.

Pathetic customer service

Yesterday I did a recharge of Rs. 100 & from that time it is showing the status of queued & still I didn't get my balance. Kindly do the needful. I want my bal asap.

My Bill is not paid but the amount will be credit

I will pay by vodafone bill of rs 50 but due to some problem the transition not completed but the amount will be credit from my paytm wallet.the transition no is[protected].so please solve this issue as soon as possible.

I have complained 3 times for solving my problem that I am unable to operate my account with Paytm. I can't even login my account. I had to suffer alot because of it and only reply I am getting is that your issue will get solved in 24 to 48 hours but it is too long time from my first complaint i.e. 28th Nov. 2014 and still issue is pending. My funds are also blocked in the wallet which I am unable to use.

My paytm account is blocked.It says "please enter correct email and password" but I am typing the password and email correctly.

Since a week my paytm account is blocked I dont know the reason. I mailed 4 5 times but didn't get reply. I have my paytm wallet loaded with big amount and I got few of my orders but I want to return them now I can not as my account is blocked. Poor service.

My Paytm acccount has been blocked and i have written multiple mails to their customer support team with no reply whatsoever. Meanwhile I have money in my paytm wallet which is blocked and i cant use it. Also i ordered a product from their site(Ambrane Power bank) which isnt working and which i need to return. Now they have guidelines and a deadline for the item to be returned which i cant do as i cant access my account to begin with. recharge not complete on mobile number

My order number[protected] Transaction number - IG00EZWXJ3 Paytm shows the recharge has complete but there is no recharge on my mobile number.

From last 35 to 25days I am trying my account to open, but paytm shown my account blocked temporarily. I replayed at [protected]@paytm.com so many times but response from executive says within 24 to 48 hours your account will be unblocked. But till now my account is unblocked. About 16500 Rs. in my wallet balance.

Today, 02 December 2014, I received a phone call of a person who told me he is calling from SBI Delhi. He told that this query is for verification and my ATM card has been expired which needs a renewal. I told them bank never calls for such activity and i refused to provide them ATM pin and details. Though then they convince me that they are from SBI and had my account number already with them. Then they requested for ATM debit card number which I provided them and they did fraud transaction via PayTM, PayU in value of 4000, 2500 Rs. total amount 20, 000.

The transaction details are as follows:-

There was also one transaction done to TRANSFER TO [protected] but luckily got declined. This account should be used for fraud transaction by these persons.

All these transactions are made on 02/12/2014.Request you to please find out the details and give desired details so that further frauds be stopped.

I think these criminals are operating somewhere from Noida and its a similar case that Ritesh had earlier reported happened on 27 Nov 2014.
