Hello,
I tried to make a bill payment using Paytm of my Airtel Landline, it failed. Not once or twice, 4-5 times. The money is refunded in the Paytm wallet which is more than Rs. 1500. They are not even giving me a reason for the failure of payment, even after writing mail for 3-4 times. Now m money is stuck up in Paytm wallet. If the amount was about Rs.200 to 300, then I wouldn't have bothered, but its the matter of Rs. 1600. To credit it back into my bank account Paytm requires 21 days. Why should I wait for 21 days, when its not at all my mistake.
