    I have complainted in paytm help desk on 2-5-2015 but still no money is refunded in my paytm wallet .Money is deducted from my atm card of2500/- rs. but tere is no money in my wallet.

      Dear Sir, I have returned my ordered Zovi Shirt on 5th Nov 2014 but still waiting for cash back in Paytm Account, More than 12 days has been passed. I have mailed to paytm more than 10 times but they are not taking this seriously. This is my worst experience with Paytm, Attached is the return slip which i got at the time of shirt return.         Hi PayTM, I'm not a user of PayTM but I had applied PayTM promo coupon code while making transaction at Zovi.com. While making transaction, it redirected to bank account and later I encountered an error after payment from ICICI bank (attached image). Please refund my money back to my ICICI bank account as I was not able to make the transaction. Bank Account details: Name: GANESH PRABHU, Account Number:[protected] Bill reference number:[protected] Consumer number:[protected] Its been 8 days and I have not obtained any response from PayTM.             I purchased a 3 burner Glass Top Stove, from Paytm. Following is my order details. When I received the item, I found it is not a Glass Top, but they sent me a Steel Top Gas Stove!!!???? Order No.:[protected] Date: 26 Oct '14 7:24 pm 1 ITEM Order Total: Rs 2099 3 Burner Automatic Gas Stove with Marble Finish Price :Rs 2099 Qty :1 Sold By :Surya Wranwnx Current Status: Pending Return This item has been marked for return. Our executive will reach out to you to understand & resolve the issue. And if needed, will arrange for the item to be returned. Even after 15 days, there is no any excutive from Paytm called me on my mobile. They offerd me to return item and shipping charge of Rs. 100/- but the DTDC takes about Rs. 800 to 900 (Rs. 180 per KG). Paytm is neither providing shipping charge nor arranging Pick up. The order is pending since last 15 days. Paytm is not replying my emails also. !!! I suggest that no one should buy from Paytm. The major drawback is that there is no any customer care system in paytm. And if you are lucky you will get refund in terms of Paytm wallet, and not cash. There are so many online websites available for shopping.

              With reference to Paytm order no.[protected], I made a transaction of Rs. 3400 through Paytm on 2 Novemeber 2014 at 12:33PM for BESCOM Electricity Bill in Bangalore.The transaction was shown successful and the amount was debited from my bank account however the amount was not reflected in the BESCOM Account when I contacted them and had to make another transaction for the same. I tried contacting Paytm through several mails but there was no reply until now except for the automatic reply mail.
              With reference to Paytm order no.[protected], I made a transaction of Rs. 3400 from your website on 2 Novemeber 2014 at 12:33PM for BESCOM.
              The transaction was successful and amount was debited from my bank account however the amount was not reflected in the BESCOM Account as on 18/11/2014.
              Has your problem been solved? Did you get your money back?

                Order not yet received I have ordered a micromax canvas A310 nitro phone through PAYTM online shopping on 08.11.2014 and they mention that my order will be delivered within 4 days. The beauty is still I didn't get any information about my order and the most worst thing is I cant able to track my order. There is no any proper updation from Javas courier service. I will put the same complain to Micromax and Paytm about the thing happened. respond me within 24 hours, otherwise you want to face the consequences. Don't make customers rude.                   My SBI credit card has been misused by some unknown person. It has been swiped four times on 17/11/2014 at 2:22 p.m. (afternoon) of Rs. 4000 each (total amount of Rs. 16000). I request you to kindly cancel the online booking immediately. I do not know the product for which they have swiped the card. Since i am senior citizen (widow) i request you to kindly help me immediately. I think the order is from Tamilnad, kindly reply.

                        Order no[protected] amount of rs 399 paid shirt ordered from online shopping website paytm.com amount paid on 6/11/2014 using my atm card and it was suppose to deliver on 11/11/2014 order is still not recieved and i have communicated to paytm through mail they are asking for more time 7 to 10 days so please take some neccesory steps and give me the resolution

                          micromax unite2 a106 was booked by order no[protected] and docket no. of gojavas courier is UNIPAYP851813, on 09 Nov 14 for destination at Kota. Payment already done while ordering but not yet delivered till the time where suppose to deliver by 15 Nov 14. whats the paytm and its courier company is doing. don't know and what to do with the company who promise the guarantee of service for delivery in time.

                            Hello, I wanted to book tickets for Arijit Singh concert in Thane from book my show website. While making payment through paytm site, from my net banking account some error occurred and payment could not be made. After some time I got the message from my banker saying that my account has been debited by Rs. 2997. However, no tickets are received by me. Transaction is not seen in my order summary too. I request you to kindly cancel that order and credit my account with same amount as I have already booked tickects from other account. A message from my banker is attached as a proof.                                       I Bought Adata HV620 2.5 Inch 1 TB External Hard Drive (Black) from Paytm.com, but they send me toshiba hard disk and it delivery take 15 to 20 days but when complain about this they told me that we will return the product but not providing me the right product is this the way at that time they take money and after 20 days they say we can not provide the right product
