      hello sir, my order number is[protected]. i had ordered a combo pack of two double bedsheets that was defected. so i had placed a pickup back order and courier back the item to the paytm with original packing and copy of courier slip and also provide the scan copy of that. but still i have not received money back to my paytm cash wallet. i have mailed many times but not get any response by paytm. so plz let me provide my money back. thanking you.

        I ordered 2 pop up toaster and its order number is[protected]. But the product was damage and I told them to take back and they took back also but after around 15 days And still I didn't got my money in my bank account as will in paytm account I call them lot many times and also I emaild them regarding this issue But always they tell me we will solve this issue in urgent bases But never got the solution

            i have booked two jeans via paytm portal on 18/11/2014 by yepme shopping, i was suppose to take that jeans with me on urgent bases on 25th nov 2014 - thats why i made a online payment throw by kotak debait card of amount rs 1111/- and the amount is deducted immediatly from my bank account, but paytm has not paid to yepme and they are not dispatching my orders, i have never seen such an application - i have tried of contacting them, paytm do not even have phone number, the number given on complaint board for paytm is also an bogas number and the tollfree num is used to record message, hence i have recorded message and also mailed them on [protected]@paytm.com and grevenceofficer also - but no steps have taken

                    Hi, I bought a Casio watch on 13 Oct 2014, of which order number is [protected], it got delivered to me on 30 Oct 2014, and within 10 days of use this watch stopped working. It is a defective product and I want to return it. I had already raised a request for return of this watch around 10 days ago and waiting for PayTm courier partner to pick this up, but no body came so far. I also followed up PayTm customer care 2 times but of no use. I also tried many times on mails but now they are not responding to mails, and they don’t have any proper customer care number where you can talk directly to teir executive. For me PayTM looks like cheating their customer by selling defective product, if they really care customer they should have return it. Regards, Sudhee

                      PAYTM ORDER NO.[protected] i tried to recharge my mobile [protected] with Rs 349 on 06 NOV '14 12:34 am . I got the message that order is successful.and money deducted from my wallet Regrettably the recharge couldn't takes place. I conformed the same when I called the aircel customer care that there was no recharge on 6th NOV 2014 . Waited for 2 day to receive the recharge . As i didn't get the recharge I forced to recharge my mobile with another ORDER NO.[protected] on 08 NOV '14. with Rs 349 and i received the recharge .In this regard i communicated to paytm care still i did not get satisfactory answer

                          Ticket No.[protected] I ordered this product on 3rd Nov on the same day I paid the amount of Rs.1384. with internet banking, the payment is cleared for the above Product but at the time of Delivery on 5th Nov the Delivery Boy Collected Rs.1152 from my Home saying that his Delivery slip shows the product is on Cash on Delivery. I Called to paytm customer there is No response to my call, every time the call rings 25min but no one will connect. By mail also i explained everything they said wait for 3-4 day to resolve the problem but now no response from 7 days to my mails. Ticket No.[protected] These type of problems were wantedly created by Patym by making Trouble to Customers and simply Cheating the Public.

But the courier guy collected 435 rupees for the consignment for my spouse. They don't know about the order details.                                 My ticket number is[protected] I tried to recharge for my aircel number. I tried to recharge for 150rs 3times and 10rs 1time but I didn't get recharged. I didn't get any message from paytm. but paytm took money from my account. I didn't get in paytm wallet also.

While making transaction, it redirected to bank account and later I encountered an error after payment from ICICI bank (attached image). Please refund my money back to my ICICI bank account as I was not able to make the transaction.
