I tried paid my BESCOM bill through Paytm. It showed transaction successful and money was also debited. There was no payment done from their side till now. Tomorrow is the last date for payment. That recharge is tariff plan, so that is only applied in new connection of reliance CDMA service provider . Hi, I did one recharge on 3rd Nov (Ref number form bank statement [protected]), 14. Once the transaction got failed but the money was deducted from my account. I even didn't got the confirmation message on this/nor rejection message. I called customer care number then they told me that money will be refunded in 7 working days.
