Hi y I am telling that paytm is scam because of my own experience in this website, I have paid my bescom bill's through paytm Nov 1, after paying I got status successfully recharge from paytm. After few days later I have paid other 2 bescom bill's of my friends, now the drama starts on Nov 17 I got email from BESCOM that your bescom bill is not payed yet. I have shock, to conform again I have called to bescom operator they said your 3 bescom bill's are not payed yet, after I contact to paytime there is no proper respons even there is no caustomer care center from PAYTM to talk with them just we have to email n communicate with them my order numer are [protected] 11/22/2014 11:11 [protected] 11/22/2014 11:05 [protected] 11/1/2014 17:14

I BELIEVE U WILL REFUND MY AMOUNT. OTHERWISE WE WILL NEVER USE PAYTM ONLINE RECHARGE IN OUR LIFE

            I made two post-paid payment with paytm app for mobile no. [protected] (idea) of rupees 100 & 120 on 23 Nov 2014) at 11.25 am & 11.28 am respectively. The transaction was successfull but bill was not paid to (idea) operator & amount is deducted from bank. In the paytm order history it shows status "queued". The order number and transaction number detail has been attached with this. Please provide the solution to this problem.

              Dear Sir,
              I have purchased milton voyage water Jug by ORDER NO.[protected] from www.paytm.com, dated 11 SEP '14 12:01 PM. I have received the product in damage condition on dated 22 sep 2014 through Blue dart Courier AWB No. [protected].Then I have registered a complain on paytm website (www.paytm.com). After that I get a reply from [protected]@paytm.com as under.
              “I am Ankush, and I am going to do my best to help you.
              I understand that you would like to return your Milton Voyage Water Jug due to some issue with the product.
              We would request you to courier it back to the merchant at the address as mentioned on the shipment.”
              After that, I have return the milton voyage water Jug to merchant through Indian post on dated
              26/9/2014 consignment No-EI[protected]IN and product (milton voyage water Jug) has been received by merchant on dated 29 sep. 2014. Till now I do not have received refund money/ product.
              After that, I have registered complain many time to patm website, but did not get any solution regarding this till now.

              I ordered 2 OEM Solo HD Wired Headphones (Black)(Order#[protected] Friday, February 20, 2015, I received worng product, i immediately filed complaint at paytm and I sent product back to their address. I got email from paytm for refunding but till now they not refund my money, even they not reply my emails.
              I and my friend two accounts in paytm. Our ticket got cancelled and the bus operator has sent us sms also saying we have cancelled our service and we will refund the amount. I made a complaint on mail . But they didn't come up with the solution yet. Since we don't have call facility to contact paytm and hardly depend on email communication only we are facing lot of issues regarding few types of this issues.

                        I had ordered Genius NetScroll 110X Mouse on Friday, November 07, 2014.The order number is[protected]. But, I haven't received the product yet. The 'Track Order' link provided in the Paytm mail isn't working as well. I have been sending them mails since the past 15 days but they do not bother to respond. Looking at the numerous complaints already being made against Paytm, strict action must be taken against this company!! I will never ever order any product again from Paytm!! NEVER!!

                          My Order #[protected]Javas(courier service) number Tracking ID:UNIPAYP774988) is not delivered, i am ordered(External HardDisk) this one on 22, oct 2014, PayTm send mail your order is delivered on 27 oct 2014.But, i m not receiving order from paytm. i gave compliant to paytm on 28, oct 2014 They are create PayTm(complaint number) Ticket Number is #[protected]. that day we are reply message is : This is paytm system problem your order is delivered with in 5-7 days.i am wait 9 days, after that, i am again mail to paytm care on 09, Nov 2014 then we are generating another Ticket Number is[protected], that day we are replay with in 24-48 hour your problem is solved. i am wait 3 days. but not solve my problem, They are not delivered my order and not given any status of that problem. On 11, Nov 2014 call to PaYTm customer care service [protected] they said is paytm problem, we are again reorder that one with in 24 hours.i am wait 7 Days They are not Delivered(reorder) and not responded to my problem. i am verify Javas Map Tracking, In Javas (ID:UNIPAYP774988 ) map is not showing my address. I am again sending mail to paytm on 19 Nov, 2014. they are again gerating ticket #[protected].but not solve my problem.I am order last month.

                                I tried paid my BESCOM bill through Paytm. It showed transaction successful and money was also debited. There was no payment done from their side till now. Tomorrow is the last date for payment. Order no: #[protected] I tried to contact them through every possible means, i didn't get any response.                                       Paytm ticket no is[protected]. This is invalid recharge in reliance CDMA mobile number [protected] . That recharge is tariff plan, so that is only applied in new connection of reliance CDMA service provider . So when I done this recharge, therefore I'm not got benefit of it I was called to my reliance customer care . They are said that this plan in only for new customers and your recharge is not done . so contact your recharge shopkeeper. Thus my recharge is not done and not applied in my number . Give me back my money . Still they are not giving me replays or refund amount

I am continuous trying to call on Customer Care from last but there is no response from your side, I also tried Courier Company Details Javas Plot No. 109, Udyog Vihar Phase IV, Gurgaon - 122015 Contact Number:[protected] Email: [protected]@paytm.com But here also nobody is responding. And I have also provide my DAd's No. but till now they didnt got ne call from PAYTM regarding Order. Track order portal is not working, Customer Care no. is not working, How may We people Contact them ???? What Can I do now. If they cant able to make their promise then why do the promised with delivery date. hence forth I never gonna buy any thing from Paytm site. Paytm is full irresponsible people. I used to order product from Jbaong, flipkart, myntra and all but this time I tried to do it with Paytm and because of your low standard of service I am suffering a lot. I just wanted to know When I will get my product???
