Paytm — Bus cancelled but amount not refunded by them

Again and again I sent them mail but they Don't resolve my problem...so, I'll explain u...First of all I booked seat (Jakhar travels ) on 2 Dec at 9:00pm to travel on(Paytm order-[protected])3Dec.2015...after paying Rs.200 I got Rs.100 cashback in my wallet bcoz I used promocode-DECBUS50...Then on 3 Dec.2015 at 2:00 Pm I received a call from Jakhar travels they said that Your bus was cancelled...and we informed to paytm...within 7 days they refund your amount of Rs.100..So again I request to u...please help me...for proof plz find attachments -
