I placed an order on amazon and i paid it with my paytm payments bank debit card, the order amount is 239 and the reference number is[protected]. However the order got canceled and the amazon initiated the refund from their end, the refund reference number is boosb7160000kblw6g1c, so when i contacted the paytm customer service they said to file charge dispute. I purchased through amazon app in paytm bank amazon send me refund but Paytm not refund in my bank account I complent more than 10 complents also nodal officer but they didn't give me my money the Order#[protected]. We've checked with the details and found that the refund was processed successfully. I request you to please contact your bank with the refund reference number[protected] for further assistance. If your bank is unable to locate the refund, please contact your bank's customer service and file today 10 day but Paytm not refund me

Mene amazon se seling bag mngavay tha uske liye mene 299 amount pay kiya tha Paytm payment bank ki UPI se. Kuch isseu ke karan mene return kr diya order. Mujhe mera amount vapis nhi mila. Amazon customers ko call kiya to unhone bola ki bank se contact kro. 17 Dec ko unki tarf se amount bhej diya gya h.
Yh order 10 Dec ko kiya tha
Unhone RRN number diya h

I ordered somthing from amazon and done payment through paytm payment bank . And cancelled the order but i didnt received refund... But amazon service claimed that they refund my money back and paytm bank service said the didnt receive any amount. Plz do something. As soon as possible

I purchased laptop on September 23/2021, by using paytmbank debit card. Amazon refunded the amount due to cancellation, refund initiated on 27, but till now not reflected into my account.. I'm contacted to the customer they are not responding . I need dispute form for uploading but they are not providing. . Please do something

ऐमजॉन ने मेरा रिफंड कर दीया और ट्रांजैक्शन आरआरएन नंबर भी दे रहे हैं पेटीएम बैंक मेरा मेरा पैसा ट्रांसफर नहीं कर रहा और बोल रहा है ऐमजॉन कंपनी से ही बात करीये हमें कोई पेमेंट रिसीव नहीं हुई

मेने कैश ऑन डिलीवरी की थी लेकिन रिफंड बैंक में आना था, जो कि 3999 रुपया था, एमजोन का कहना ह की उनकी तरफ से रिफंड डाल दिया गया ह, लेकिन वो रिफंड अभी तक मेरे पेटीएम अकाउंट में नही आया ह,

मेने एमेजॉन coustum से बात की तब उन्होंने मुझे एक रिफेंस नंबर दिया, और फिर मेने पेटीएम कस्टमर केयर से बात की और उनको वो रिफैंस नंबर बताया जो एमेजॉन कस्टमर केयर ने मुझे बताया था, तो उनका कहना ह की जो रिफेंस नंबर एमेजोन वालो ने बताया ह वो गलत ह, जबकि एमेजॉन ने मुझे एक ईमेल सैंड की ह जिसमे वही रेफेंस नंबर ह, तो अब मुझे न तो एमेजॉन की तरफ से कोई सोलूसन मिल रहा ह और न ही पेटीएम की तरफ से,

तो प्लीज आप मुझे कोई सोलूसन बताए जिसे मझे मेरा रिफंड मिल जाए,
