I paid INR176 to [protected] on August 20, 2020, at 2:47 pm (Transaction ID: [protected]) but the receiver has not received the money till now. In the Paytm passbook, the payment is shown as successful but the receiver's passbook doesn't reflect the payment. I called the customer care but no satisfactory response was received.

    I was making a payment at dominoes using the paytm option. On initiating the payment process, I made the payment using my registered Sbi debit card at paytm. The money was deducted during initiated payment process. However, the order was not confirmed at dominoes. The dominoes helpdesk have said that they didn't receive any payment through paytm.

    I can see in my bank statement that Payment made by debit card-OTHPG 067216 PTM*PAYTM

    You can see the transaction process through which payment was deducted from my account in the attached screenshot.

        I was making a transaction on provided link https://www.naukriprojobs.co.in of amount 10/- through axisnet banking on dated 31/08/2020.
        Transaction failed but, 10000/- debited from my axis account no.[protected] and didn't returned back.
        Here is id where money received : inb/[protected]/paytm mobile solutions pvt.
        Therefore, kindly take essential action on priority for refund of 10000/-rupees.

          I am a regular customer o[censored]sing Paytm through my Laptop (only) for the services like mobile recharge, TV recharge and Bill payment etc.

          I am not using smartphone mobile for such purpose.

          I am unable to longing in Paytm from yesterday night and I am disturb because I am avoisd to go out due to lock down.

          I am using Mobile no as login and passward
          I have attached the issue which comes to download paytm app.

          Please help me I will be thankful to you

            My paytm account is blocked for security concerns. I tried to unblock my account as per the given procedure but paytm didn't unblock my account. Also the balance in my paytm wallet is forfeited. This is so unfair. Atleast my paytm balance should be transferred to my bank account.

              I made a flight booking on 4th feb 2020 from CCU TO BLR. The amount was 4522 . Due to some technical issue my transaction got failed and my entire amount was refunded back. Then I received a message from paytm that my booking is on hold because the transaction failed so kindly pay using the link specified in the message to confirm your booking. I paid again using the link on 6th Feb 2020 and my booking was confirmed. I got confirmation from Indigo . My PNR - IFBU8S was generated and my flight was confirmed .

              But in my Paytm app the same booking id - [protected], the transaction was still shown failed . I raised query regarding this .The Executive told me it will take some time but we will update it soon .Till date it is not updated by paytm Team and now i am facing issues due to it.

              My flight was cancelled due to covid . The airlines initiated a refund of 4243 on 21st July 2020. I have confirmation mail from airline that they have refunded to the travel agency one97 communication/Paytm. But i still havent received my refund .

              I have spoken to many of paytm executive on phone . The all understand my issue . Agree that I am eligible for the refund of 4243 . They escalate the matter to the backened team but the team again replies me with the same mail that they have refunded for the booking id - [protected] .
              Its not my fault that the team never updated my booking id with the second transaction that i made. They are again and again checking with the same booking id but my query is to refund the amount for PNR - IFBU8S which is not associated with any booking ID.

                    I was making a payment to mahavitaran through net banking for electricity bill.
                    Transaction processed on 26 Aug 2020 from my account number ending with 3194 for Rs. 1830.00.
                    "as per the bank records the transaction INB/[protected]/PAYTM MOBILE SOLUTIONS PVT LTD/ on 26 Aug 2020 for an amount of Rs 1830.00 from your account number is successfull and the PRN number for the same is [protected]"
                    Bill is deducted from my bank account.
                    But email / messages not received for receipt.
                    Payment not received to mahavitaran.
                    Mahavitaran bill details are as per attached screenshot.

                    Please credit amount to bank account or give receipt for payment given to mahavitaran.

                      It is Paytm who paid my money to a fake link and therefore Paytm is most likely for legal action against Paytm. As such be ready to face this or else refund my money Rs 1899 immediately without delay.

Account number - [protected] . i have received one payment on paytm on 18 July 2020 worth rupees 3500 . as per paytm this amount transferred to my bank account on 19th July 2020 with Reference number[protected] . but payment still not received in my bank account . i have contacted paytm customer care so many times for my complaint but still no solution from there end. i have also shared my bank statement with paytm issued by my bank still they are not helping . bank statement is attached from 27 June to 24 august for your reference. kindly help to close this complaint and get my money credited . some details are as given below :-

                                  Rs 903.00 was paid on 28 JUNE 2020 online from dishtv.in website but unknowingly it went to PAYTM (fraudulent trap?) . The payment tr I/D 87013669 ORDER NO[protected] was accepted by paytm VIDE EMAIL on 23July 2020. After continuous follow up with customer care on 01 Aug they intimated that the amount has been transferred to merchant Dishtv vide order no[protected] . But Dishtv denied any such transaction from received from PAYTM. On further followup with Grievance officer on 15Aug the matter may be settled by PAYSERVE who has no existence .
                                  under such situation I request your intervention to arrange refund of money from PAYTM, NOIDA to set an example of justice against fraud from gullible customers.

                                    Hi Sir,

                                    Paytm has deducted an unauthorized amount of Rs 70 from my paytm account for a travel through srinagar toll plaza i.e one of toll plaza near palwal district of haryana on 17 August 2020.

                                    I contacted them and asked the reason for deduction, to which they replied that due to vehicle class mismatch they have deducted additional Rs 70 without my authorization.

                                    First i would like to let you know that i have travelled in and out of this toll plaza many times in a month and everytime they deduct combination of
                                    105 + 55 if thy return is within 24 hours.

                                    On 3rd august i travelled in and out on same day and they deducted the same amount as usual. But on 17 August i get a message that due to vehicle class mismatch 70 Rs will be deducted.

                                    I drive a normal car and what does vehicle class mismatch means and why other toll plazas have not stated the same.

                                    I contacted them for refund but no getting any response about the refund and they asked me to provide photos of my card.

                                    My question is why do i have to provide my car photo when all the details about my car is there on the RC which is also uploaded on fastag section of paytm.

                                    My concern is first who gives the right to paytm to deduct amount from anoyones account this is clearly a privacy data breach and secondly this is
                                    theft and fraudulent activity which is a cyber crime.

                                    Please help me get the Rs 70 amount and also if any case can be lodged against the company for fraudulent and breach of privacy and harassment of customer so that others can be saved from their tactics.

                                      I have paid my bsnl landline bill payment through PayTM and transaction was successful, money got deducted from my wallet. But if I check on bsnl portal, it still shows my Bill payment is pending. I am also getting reminder calls from bsnl to make the payment otherwise the service will be Disconnected.
