Paytm Representative comes into my office for KYC varification for paytm, He mention my PAN card details wrongly into the records, i checked that at that time also and told him to for correction but he didnt corrected it. as a result now my PAN no. is wrongly updated into my KYC. my PAN card no. is AQWPP7630F.

    I got a call from paytm support stating, i need to upload amount to my wallet to make the wallet active and also for kyc purpose. I had uploaded 5100 rs and amount was gone from the wallet within seconds. Paytm transaction i'd: [protected]

    Kindly help me to get the refund.

    Only after deducting the amount, I realised that the amount was taken by fraudster who said he is from paytm care team.

    He even said his employee id is : bk90213 and he sent me a message to asked me to click on the message, I clicked that once and came out .. and then he tricked me to go to the paytm app and add money to my wallet and money was gone from paytm app wallet.

      I had booked my ticket from Jabalpur to Delhi for 4th February. At the time of departure from Jabalpur flight was delayed for more than 3hours, then I have been given this receipt for cancellation of flight tickets by AirIndia Staff and I have been told that will receive the refund for the same soon.

      please help me get my hard-earned money.
      i am in urgent need of money.

        My FASTag is suspended as it was not working from last 10 days
        My minimum balance is also maintained
        The executive to whom I’m talking about my issue saying i have to pay ₹85, as I’m ready to pay but it was deducted
        As the Paytm FASTag executives are sating it has to be deducted by you and you are only responsible for the suspensions of my FASTag
        I request you to please activate it asap
        Deductible amount must deducted from account and activate my FASTag
        I’m facing alot of problems

        Respected sir,

        Issue with Paytm FASTag
        As they are saying that my FASTag is suspended by NHAI
        As i have dispute of ₹85 from the month of January (16 jan, 2020)
        And I’m ready to pay the disputed amount
        Because i need my FASTag activated asap
        Please deduct the amount and activate it
        And I’m adding some images related to issues please check it also
        I talked many times to paytm care executives they are unable to help me out

            I have view a post in motorcycles Bullet[protected] olx user approached me from mobile no. [[protected], [protected], [protected]] and said me that he will make payment now your motorcycles Bullet-350 transported (Army Transport Service) he sent courier slip and he sent an army id and asked to scan a qr code. after that my money got deducted 4 times in amounts of Rs. 5100, 9999, 9999, 11999.
            Please help in getting my money back.

              Hello sir my name is anshuman singh. My contact number is [protected]. My paytm query number is[protected] . I logged the request on 27 june 2020 . They haven't responded on my queries in past 36 hours on both twitter as well as paytm app. They have unnecessarily blocked my account and now they are not helping. Why even they say that they provide 24x7 support if they are useless. I am fed up with them.

                  My account on number [protected] has been blocked for no reason. The messeage after login it shows that due to suspicious activity account is blocked. On repeated email they are not replying. My money is stuck in their account.

                    My flight pnr no is y1p43b, for nikita prasad, and it has been cancelled by the go airlines for cancellation request by my side, because it has been rescheduled by go airlines automatically. Go airlines has sent money to paytm by which i booked my flight, my balance is not due in go airlines but paytm is not responding my calls and not refunding my amount.

                      I use paytm app and transferred some money to my wallet.
                      On several merchants I found that the app just goes in loop and does nothing at the end.
                      I don't know what kind of testing is done by the developers. I thought I am the only one with this problem, but today as I was at a store I found that another users also was facing the same issue. He was trying for 4 - 5 minutes but app was doing nothing.
                      so i suppose there's something wrong with the app.

                        I am unable to login at my Paytm account. On the phone Paytm app comes, home, page Pay, passbook everything.when I want to pay through my paytm wallet, it asks to login & password, after giving that when I login, "error" comes, saying "we have disabled login on this versionof the app.Please update to latest version for new offers n enhanced security." New update of the app is not available on the phone. this problem has come today only. I have enough money in my Paytm wallet but unable to pay. Facing problem. Please solve my problem.

                          I am using paytm for more than 1 year, paytm is refusing to refund my ticket booking amount 1198, booked on 19 march but till date 28 june, paytm is refusing to refund full amount giving rubbish excuses!! Why paytm is showing up *chinese *traits like cheating n fraud? Also i have received sms from fraudsters asking to complete my kyc, how did they get to access to my paytm account, when to is info is supposed to be only with paytm!! Paytm has not kept my info safe n they are allowing fraudsters to access user profile!!
                          Paytm is no longer respecting indian laws, inspite of govt ordering to refund full amount cancelled due to covid, i want full compensation for harassment n for delaying by refund for more than 3 months! Paytm can go n serve in china if they wish to keep cheating, #boycottpaytm, #chinesepaytm

                            Hi, i am anshuman singh. Yesterday i and my mother was just sitting and we both got message that "our paytm account is blocked" almost at 10:00pm. I, then provided all the documents for verification but then they say my account is blocked due to having a mule account i. E. I am transferring the money multiple times. But according to my knowledge paytm is meant to transfer money. If they don't want that then they can just shutdown paytm. I tweeted on twitter also and messaged them on twitter but no reply came. My amount of rs. 359 and in my mother's account 859 rs.in payment bank and rs 100 (Aaprox) in paytm wallet is stuck. No one is answering any where. I am ready to do all type of validations and verifications possible but first they have to contact me. I am very upset with the services of paytm. A|my kyc was complete

                              I posted an ad on olx about selling my books. He called, and claimed that he is in the indian army and wants the books for his kid. So he first sent an image to scan for rs.5. Rs. 5 were credited from my account into his and then rs. 10 were debited. Then again, he sent for rs. 4500 and the same were credited from my account. But weren't debited. He asked me to reply to that transaction but there was no option. Then again, he said, he was doing it for rs. 9000 and then again same happened. Again, he did the same saying, there was technical issue in the swipe machine, and again he sent a qr code to scan of rs 13500. And again that happened. Now i'm duped of rupees 27, 000.00 he also sent his adhaar card and and canteen card but as soon as we clicked on it. He deleted the it from whatsapp. We asked him to resend it and he did.

                                I ordered for a bottle of nectar fresh apple cidar vinegar through qtrove and paid rs 254/- through net banking o[censored]nion bank on 27/06/2020 and the amount was routed through paytm moblie solutions. But the merchant didn't receive the amount and there was a messege after the amount was deducted from my account that the order could not be processed as the money was not received by the merchant.. I request you to refund the money failing which ishall seek redressal from consumer court
