During my electricity bill transfer, without my knowledge homeburgalary insurance being done,
This shows use of paytm is not safe.
Kindly resolve matter by paying back my money and confirmation of cancellation of policy

      I have recharged my dish tv on 20th may'20 with rs.340 for which amount got deducted but didn't credited in dish tv account..
      Below are the complete details.

              On 18 may i was paying my traffic challan by using paytm while transaction they gave me offer to pay by using debit card i used debit card from transaction after everything 200 rs got deducted from my account and challan payment got failed paytm is showing they had refunded the amout but now 3 days are passed and till i didn't get any refund from paytm and there is not even an option to complain about it.

                I have been spending almost 14 hours trying to contact customer service centre to remove the Electricity ac 4213793 from my paytm.

                Unfortunately nothing has been done.

                Besides, the above complaint, once I bought a laptop which mentioned pre-installed lifetime windows10 but after 1 years when the warranty expired the windows could not be updated since the windows which the company installed was non-genuine.

                I CAUTION YOU NOT TO BUY ANY PRODUCT THROUGH PAYTM IF THERE IS WARRANTY INVOLVED

                Paytm replied to my email mentioning that the complaint is resolved. IN FACT NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN BY paytm TO SOLVE THE ISSUE.

                If by email they are lying about solving an issue, what would be the circumstances when a customer tries to solve issues through phone calls.

                  Paytm is using some loopholes in the system to fill its coffers illegally. I have two accounts with paytm but while adding money to paytm account, paytm never says that one person with same pan card number can add money in both the accounts. But when i want to withdraw money, it says that only one pan card number can be added. I added rs10000 from my citibank credit card and spend approx rs1500. I called up the customer care and asked them to credit the idle amount to my source i. E citi bank credit card. But they are refusing to do so.

                  So i request you to direct paytm to credit my idle amount back to my source credit card.

                    Sir, mere paytm business account par 10 april 2020 ko 2400 rupaye ka payement hua tha but abhi tak mere main account main mera 2400 rupaye ka balance credit nahi hua hai aur paytm walo se baat karte hai to bolte hai ki mera a/c me settlement ho chuka hai but mere main account me balance abhi tak credit nahi kiya hai kai baar paytm merchant help desk par complaint ki but hmari koi nahi sun rha hai plzz help me sir

                          Sir,
                          I have saving bank account no [protected] with sbi urban estate phase ii, patiala where i am receiving pension and making online payments of bills, mobiles etc. Through paytm & atm debit card.
                          I received messages from pspcl on 1.5.20 & 10.5.20 for payment of my electricity bill of rs 5090/- by 12.5.20. As usual, i tried to make payment through paytm but couldn't succeed. At this moment i received calls from mr. Sudesh or suresh kumar ghoria as rep of paytm customer care of hqs at noida from mob nos [protected] & [protected] extending help to sort out the payment. For this, mr ghoria obtained details of atm debit card and activated sbi upi. He stated to have paid rs 5000/- to pspcl, which actually he paid to some other bank account vide ref no[protected].
                          On 13.5.20 at about 3.00 pm when i asked him about the payment of electricity bill, he couldn't give proper reply. I, therefore asked him to deactivate sbi upi. For deactivation he kept me busy for 3 1/2 hours and tried to obtain all my secret information like net banking user-id and pw etc on mobile nos [protected] & [protected] and instead of deactivating sbi upi he got yono lite activated by asking me to down load app anydesk. Since i was not aware of the actual detailed process of smart phone i kept on working as per his directions. During this long period he self operated my phone and obtained all otps received through smss without allowing me time to read the messages.
                          At about 7.00 pm he told me that my sbi upi had been deactivated and i need not bother about my balance of 1.30 lac. To my surprise, when i checked my account on internet, i found that rs 1, 24, 995/- have been transferred to [protected]/paytm using sbi upi under following transactions.

                          From the above it is clear that by be fooling a sr citizen of 69 yrs he got transferred amt of rs 1, 29, 995/- on 12 & 13.5 20 in a fraudulent manner.
                          Not satisfied with the amt earned, today once again he got transferred 5000/- through sbi upi vide ref[protected], thus defrauding me of total rs 1, 34, 995/-. He could do this fraud only on the name of 'paytm' disgussing it's customer care rep.
                          To avoid recurring of such incidents harsh action must be initiated against all the three individuals - suresh or sudesh kumar ghoria, devi lal & gopinath and make them return my money back.

                            Dear concern,

                            I have already wrote several mails to paytm care to request my refund against cancellation of train ticket pnr - [protected], train was cancelled on[protected], screeshot is attached and also received confirmation from paytm care in 24x7 help in paytm app. But still i am suffering to get the refund from paytm in this adverse circumstances i have shortage of money and i am not getting a valid response from paytm.

                                I had ordered parol cleaner from paytm, for rs 200 rs for 5 l

                                As stated on website, but on receiving my order it was of 1lit only with price listed as 99rs,
                                More over the bill recieved was for 100 ml.
                                On raising concern with paytm, they suspended my account, and reject my plea.
