    On 12/04/2020 i was about to recharge mobile number of airtel amounting 219/- with reference number[protected] and amount have been deducted from my bank accounts but the mobile number have not being recharged tii date inspite of sending them mail so many times
    No resolved till date

      Facing issues with paytm business app since last 3 days. I haven't received any settlement since 3rd june available and pending amount do not appear in app. I have already sent multiple emails/dm but got no response so far.

          I received a order from paytm which is rs 250.00 coupon for lenskart.

          I try to use it but i can not use it because not valid.

          I made simple complain and got three messages from support team stated that they will resolve the problem.
          Each day they extended the day for resolution.

          Now four days has gone no answer and i already going to buy glasses from lenskart but can not use that coupon.

          Fake marketing to attract consumers and than no service after cheat them.

            I have booked bus tickets on paytym order no[protected], on march 19 2020. Operator cancelled the trip i paid 1198 thru debit card, i raised complaint on paytym for refund, paytym issued refund after 35 days on 26 april, partial amount and deducted cancellation charges!! Not sure when i did not cancel why should i pay cancelled charges!! Paytym mentioned operator decided take these charge but i called bus operators n they confirmed they didn't charge any such dedcutions!! I have asked to show paytym refund policy where it can take more than 30 days to refund at the same time deduct money from refund!! Paytym responded with automated responses n resolved my tickets!!
            Paytym is cheating customers by applying fake charges n not refunding full amount!!
            Paytym is chinese company now no more paytym, ban this fraud company in india, i am sure there are 1000's of complaints against paytym!!

            I need full refund else pay compensation for delay u caused to pay refund no more paytym, boycott paytym

              Since last one month i played game on paytm first game. I lost 6000 and that is not an issue. But today i just saw that winner had invalid sequence in the game and he won the game. Might be all game like this only. They are cheating with Innocent people. I dont need my money back but atleast someone took step towards this cheater. And fraud company. I ahbe also attaced screenshot of it and clearly you show that winner had invalid sequence.

                I have placed an order (U. S. Polo shoes) on paytm mall app (Date - 30th may 2020) and when i have received courier on 5th june 2020, the product is effected by fungus. I am very shocked they are playing with our life with no fear in this critical situation covid 19. I request you to please take strict action against them so that it will not happen again. I hope you will definitely act on my request.

                  I booked a flight from mumbai to chandigarh in march last year which got cancelled by jet airways. I still haven't received the r fund even after repeatedly following up with paytm on their customer care and twitter. While other ticket booking portals have refunded the amount back in 2-3 days, paytm has failed to do so in more than a year.

                      Hi Forum,
                      i had booked an INDIGO Airline ticket for 15th APR 2020 from delhi to bangalore through PAYTM APPLICATION. However the ticket got cancelled as due to the 2nd LOckdown imposed. and Indigo gave me a Credit Shell of Rs 5616/- to be used within an year.

                      As per the Governemnt of India and DGCA aviation ministry stated to REFUND the amount completely instead of Credit Shell. and Indigo airlines REFUNDED THE amount on 20th april 2020 itself to the Booking agent PAYTM in thsi case.

                      However Paytm did not inform the customer on this and they did not even credit the Refunf amount of RS 5616/- to the customer. only when i was not able to use the credit shell for the subsequent use, and contacted the indigo customer care, i came to know about this .that the refund they had processed.

                      I came to know about this on 25th May 2020 and also that it had be refunded to the customer before 21 days. only when i contacted PAytm customer care on this, they told me that it will be refunded soon.they sent me a mail with the refund charges.

                      In that they included PAYTM Conveniance Fees of Rs 300/- and PAYTM Canxcellation Fees of Rs 300/- and deucted the amount of Rs 600/- from the actual refund.

                      However i don not agree with this as this is an clear VIOLATION of GOI and Aviation Ministry Rules, that teh complete amount be refunded by the customer, How can PAYTM apply conveniance fees and Cancellation Fees ???

                      when contacted the PAYTM Care, they promised me a call back and newvwer came back to resolve this, have sent many EMAILS which have been unanswered.

                      Hence Lodging aComplaint here, Please Help ...

                      when the GOI and Aviation Minstry have cancelled the tickets, how can PAYTM add 1) Conveniance Fees & 2) PAYTM Cancellation fees as additional charges on REFUND amount?

                      i think this is the clear violation and are not even responding about it.

                        I am not crossing any toll plaza in 26 february 2020. But 105 rupees deducted my fastag account.. I raise the query immediately. But paytm team gives reply vehicle mismatch to deducted the amount. Paytm raise the query in toll plaza. But toll plaza reject the issue. So paytm is not return my amount.

                          Respected sir/madam,

                          Greetings!!

                          I've made a transaction to vendor 1mg by using hdfc credit card through payment gateway: paytm rs. 2498/- on 08.04.2020 successfully.

                          Due to unavailability of the product the order got cancelled and the refund amount rs. 2498/- has been initiated by the vendor 1 mg with reference no: rrn/refund id: 20200409111212801300168384265857591 on 09.04.2020.

                          Since then, i was waiting for the refund amount to my account, unfortunately the same did not happen even after more than a month.

                          I had raise a complaint to paytm and called to customer care multiple times but no one is there to address my problem.

                          Would request you to kindly check this complaint and get back my refund amount to my account at the earliest.

                            Its been 14 months since i had booked my flight tickets from paytm. The tickets were booked on 28 march 2019. The flight was from pune to delhi. It has been more than a year. Paytm executives keep denying to transfer the refund. Every executive makes different excuse when called. I have called every week since my tickets have been cancelled. Sometime they ask you to keep the call on hold and then they cut the call. I want my refund from the company and want excuses to stop. All the incidents makes me fee paytm has scammed me of my 10k+ rupees. Every time a complaint is opened in their app they close it in few days saying its resolved without notifying or providing any solution. Details of my tickets are below.
