Rs 903.00 was paid on 28 JUNE 2020 online from dishtv.in website but unknowingly it went to PAYTM (fraudulent trap?) . The payment tr I/D 87013669 ORDER NO[protected] was accepted by paytm VIDE EMAIL on 23July 2020. After continuous follow up with customer care on 01 Aug they intimated that the amount has been transferred to merchant Dishtv vide order no[protected] . But Dishtv denied any such transaction from received from PAYTM. On further followup with Grievance officer on 15Aug the matter may be settled by PAYSERVE who has no existence .
under such situation I request your intervention to arrange refund of money from PAYTM, NOIDA to set an example of justice against fraud from gullible customers.

Hi Sir,

Paytm has deducted an unauthorized amount of Rs 70 from my paytm account for a travel through srinagar toll plaza i.e one of toll plaza near palwal district of haryana on 17 August 2020.

I contacted them and asked the reason for deduction, to which they replied that due to vehicle class mismatch they have deducted additional Rs 70 without my authorization.

First i would like to let you know that i have travelled in and out of this toll plaza many times in a month and everytime they deduct combination of
105 + 55 if thy return is within 24 hours.

On 3rd august i travelled in and out on same day and they deducted the same amount as usual. But on 17 August i get a message that due to vehicle class mismatch 70 Rs will be deducted.

I drive a normal car and what does vehicle class mismatch means and why other toll plazas have not stated the same.

I contacted them for refund but no getting any response about the refund and they asked me to provide photos of my card.

My question is why do i have to provide my car photo when all the details about my car is there on the RC which is also uploaded on fastag section of paytm.

My concern is first who gives the right to paytm to deduct amount from anoyones account this is clearly a privacy data breach and secondly this is
theft and fraudulent activity which is a cyber crime.

Please help me get the Rs 70 amount and also if any case can be lodged against the company for fraudulent and breach of privacy and harassment of customer so that others can be saved from their tactics.

I have paid my bsnl landline bill payment through PayTM and transaction was successful, money got deducted from my wallet. But if I check on bsnl portal, it still shows my Bill payment is pending. I am also getting reminder calls from bsnl to make the payment otherwise the service will be Disconnected.

It is my duty to inform you that my self Siddhartha Mukherjee resident of 5A, Bijoynagar, Naihati, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal, 743165 received a call on yesterday around 4 o'clock regarding update of Paytm KYC from this ( [protected]) number. I was asked to download Paytm Quick Response APP from Google Play store and log in my Paytm in google browser. Then I was asked to open that app and and Paytm Passbook. I was requested to transfer Re.1 to my Paytm Wallet and I did that. After that I was asked to transfer the amount through my debit card. When I was doing that transaction during that period I have received a massage from my ICICI bank that my account was debited Rs. 10734/- and it was credited to someone Paytm. Transaction massage I am attaching herewith for your reference.Due to this pandemic situation me and my family is suffering with fund crisis, so it my earnest request to you please do the needful to refund the amount to my account.My account details is mentioned below.

I ordered a bluetooth speaker of mivi roam worth rupees 1199 with pre-paid on Paytm.
But due to delay in delivery I cancelled my order..they said refund initiated in[protected]..but the money still not credited to my account..I paid the money using a debit card of canera bank and i gave my sbi account registered with Paytm for refund..but my money still not received..I totally dissapointed..please provide me with a solution

For more than an year Paytm has been deducting money from my account which adds up to 47, 927.45 since i wasn't alerted on SMS i never realised this happening. today i accidentally checked my mail and found this happening for such a long time and the money lost is 47927.50. I was making a payment to mahavitaran through net banking for electricity bill.
Transaction processed on 15 Aug 2020 from my account number ending with 1317 for Rs. 840.00.

Bill is deducted from my bank account.
But email / messages not received for receipt.
Payment not received to mahavitaran.
Mahavitaran bill details are as per attached screenshot.

Please credit amount to bank account or give receipt for payment given to mahavitaran.

I purchased 5000 rupees brand factory voucher from paytm which is valid till oct 2020. I tried to use it in store but, they r getting voucher not active error. I complained paytm. They asked me to try again. I did it but still it's not working. Then i asked paytm for refund but, they again asked me to go to brand factory and redeem. I tried and still it's not working. I then again asked for refund. But they are not refunding. I tried to use voucher for 3 times but, it's not working. Paytm should take responsibility of refundjng for it since i purchased from paytm but, they are not doing it.

Paytm is not returning the refund of my flight ticket amount from flyscoot.
Flyscoot has given the refund to paytm on 21st march 2020 of inr 5499.80
So even after more than 4 months over still paytm is saying we are looking into it.

I have booked a flight ticket using paytm. Following is the booking id number: [protected]

Due to covid-19 my flight was cancelled and the flight service provider (Flyscoot) gave back the ticket amount inr 5499.80 on 21st march 2020 to paytm.

I have checked with www.flyscoot.com for my cancelled ticket refund.
And the flyscoot team is saying that we have already made the refund to your booking source paytm on dated 21st mar 2020 of amount inr 5499.80 against flyscoot refund reference number [protected].

As per my talk with flyscoot, i came to know that paytm has received the payment from flyscoot on paytm having visa card ending with 5597 of inr 5499.80 on 21st march 2020.

But now paytm is not returning my money. Everytime paytm customer care says we will refund your amount shortly.
And still even more than 3 months paytm has not returned my amount rs. 5499.80 against booking id [protected].

Please register my complaint against paytm to get my refund amount.
