I had booked my flight of 25th march 2020, but due to the covid-19 outbreak, my flight got canceled. After that, i contacted spice jet, and they confirmed that my refund has been initiated in paytm as it was the third party application i used for transaction.
On 14th july i contacted paytm regarding my refund but and they said that they will check and inform me later. But the next day they sent a mail that no refund has been provided by spice jet. I contacted spice jet again and this time they sent me an invoice referring that the amount has been refunded from their side to paytm. I sent that mail to paytm, and from that day onwards i am constantly contacting paytm, and they are accepting that spice jet has refunded the amount, but it is processed and they can not give a definite date by which i will get my money. And today they even said that it may take a whole year to get my money back.
Please go through my concern, i am very worried.
