I ordered a HP Wireless Multimedia Keyboard & Mouse (LV290AA) from paytm shop. Order#[protected] which was Wire Keyboard & Mouse when I received & open the box. I complaint at [protected]@paytm.com but on 21nd sep 2014 still there is no response from paytm also when I calling to paytm customer care no. No one pickup the phone.

    I recharged my Vodafone mobile no with Rs255 on[protected], additional balance of Rs 155 was debited from my account at the same time. I registered my complain on Paytm care through call as well as by mail. I received a mail saying that my amount would be credited soon, but no balance have been received yet. Also, no support from Paytm Customer care has been provided to me.

There is no recharge is done by your department no one is helping out. Please i demand my balance rs 350 to state bank of india account return in my account. I want my money back.

In paytm account order show recharge successful but recharge not receive on this number.120 rs debit on my account but recharge not receive.                       Sir, I tried to recharge my AIRTEL Mobile with No.[protected] on21stSept 2014 for Rs.197/- using HDFC Bank Credit Card. Money got deducted but the recharge was not effected. When I contacted PAYTM they repeated said that the recharge was effected as per their records. I got fed up with their answer. After repeatedly sending them mails in vain I am lodging this complaint. Definitely there will be a mechanism to find out from the AIRTEL whether the recharge was done for the above mobile. I fail to understand why the PAYTM did not try it. They finally turned a deaf ear to my mails.Order No:[protected]

Money got deducted but the recharge was not effected. When I contacted PAYTM they repeated said that the recharge was effected as per their records. I got fed up with their answer. After repeatedly sending them mails in vain I am lodging this complaint. Definitely there will be a mechanism to find out from the AIRTEL whether the recharge was done for the above mobile. I fail to understand why the PAYTM did not try it. They finally turned a deaf ear to my mails. I have decided not to use PAYTM hereafter. I advise all to be careful with this portal.

                          I had used the services of this app to make a simple top-up of Rs. 50.(Order ID[protected] on the 17th of September, 2014.Before deducting my money(or PayTm wallet cash in this case), the app didn't provide any message regarding any technical issue with AIRTEL West Bengal circle.After deducting the amount the issue was displayed and then my order was placed in queue. They assured that the recharge would be done later, which wasn't done and i had to remind them through emails(because they don't provide any contact numbers). After two/three emails they responded, saying that it was a technical issue on their side which was resolved and my recharge would be done.Yes, they just updated their records and send me message with successful recharge which was a complete fake as AIRTEL didn't send me in a confirmation message and no update of my balance was reflected.Yet, PayTm's app showed that the recharge was done. After that, i again had to mail them thrice about this to which they assured that the problem would be resolved by either returning back my recharge amount to my PayTm wallet or the recharge would be done because it was again "their technical issue." I am still mailing them and NONE from PayTm has called up to clear out the issue.No step has been taken to resolve this issue and it's been more than a week that my recharge is not done.They are sending the same mail again and again with no solution to my problem.I am fed up with this service.

                                On 16-sep-14 i pay my airtel bill of amount 405 by pament order no[protected]. Same amount was deducted from my Kotak debit card on same time i.e., 16-sep. But still it was not done payment to airtel. Please take necessary action. So pls revert asap since airtel will disconnect my incoming and out going call.

                                    I did a rechage of 200 rs for my docomo number, but i entered a wrong number. The order details are as below: ORDER NO.[protected] SEP '14 12:20 AM Recharge of Tata DOCOMO Mobile [protected]Price :Rs 200 It has been 3 days and I did not get refund. On paytm orders page, I still see this transaction is under process. When i wrote to Paytm, they replied saying like transaction can not be reversed as the recharge would have happened to that number. But how come this transaction is shown as "Processing" on orders page? Don't you have a refund option if a user enters a wrong number while doing recharge? You people never thought of this? What is the reason for not refunding my money? I need refund of my money.
