I have recharged Rs.17 in my mobile no [protected] on 19th September;but the recharge failed and i have charged Rs. 17.after 10 days i contact them and they said they will refund my amount in 1 day.today is 15th day from this recharge and no refund done yet.i want my money back as soon as possible.i definitely say that PAYTM is a fraud company and they cheat us very wisely.a copy of my recharge failed attached.
PAYTM IS A REAL FRAUD.

    Dear Sir, I recharged my mobile [protected] on 26 Sep, 14 with amount 122 (ORDER NO.[protected] SEP '14 3:32 PM. I did the recharge using 25% cash back scheme. I successfully submitted the promo code and the cash back should be credited in my paytm cash balance within one hour. But didn't got that. Regarding my problem filed a complaint to the customer care. But not received the proper response till today . So please do favourable. Please order to credit my due cash back as soon as possible.       Please take an action against paytm sir iam an student and I ha e recharged my mobile through paytm and the transaction was successful from bank, but the paytm team was not responding to my problem I can understand that might can happen sometimes but they should solve it out so I request you to look after this matter seriously, my order no. Was[protected], Iam facing the problem arrive last three days but they are not responding, and the recharge was for rs.200 its a ton of amount for me, iam not understanding where to complain so, I have came to you with hope and with consumer right so, I believe that you should to help it will be really thankful if you do so, it seems like I lost my money sir please help me out from this, I had recharge my airtel mobile with rs.200 and I have mentioned my order no. I have comlaint that time with paytm but till date these speaker not returned or replaced. I am again requested instruct the firm and payrm sortout matter without delay.

I claimed reverse delivery of that fake item. They didn’t take any responsibility. So, What can I do now!!!

                recharged my airtel sim with the amount of 45 including promo code CB100 on 3rd of Oct, at 6:54 am and i got a message from the provider that my airtel no.has been recharged with the Amount of 45 however the message on my cell phone showed as given below

                Recharge successful for Rs.45.
                Talk time Credited:Rs1.00
                Processing Fee Rs.39.05
                Service Tax:Rs4.95.
                Current Balance:Rs1.39.
                Validity:05-Sep-29
                Why this has happend i need to know and i want my money back in my bank Account or recharge with the same amount ASAP that has been misused or i m going to call my lawyer.

                    Dear sir /Madam, I had recharged my Bsnl no.[protected] with Rs 300 for full talk time.Rs 300 debited from my A/C with ref no.IG000UPGC7.This amount add as a paytm cash wallet.I tried to recharge my bsnl No .which is mention above three time with Rs 300 but it was showing recharge is in process .Finaly it had got fail.Order no of these recharge are mention below: Fist order no.[protected] Second order no.[protected] Third order no.[protected] I think may be problem to make recharge with Bsnl.Again I treid to recharge my another uninor no.[protected] with Rs 100 again it was showing same problem.order no this recharge is[protected].when I check my balance there was no balance available in paytm cash wallet.I would like to inform you please refund my balance in my A/O or in paytm cash wallet.I will be highly obeliged for doing this kind job.

                      I registered a complaint on 2nd oct 14 morning for non receiving of balance. At afternoon i got a call from paytm ( MOBILE NO.. [protected] R [protected] ) at 1344 hrs. He request my debit card number and told paytm will return your pending amount. After few min my account was found empty, Dear paytm this is my humble request to sort out my problem and RETURN THE SAME AMOUNT THAT YOU HIJACKTED.
                      SIR I HAVE COMPLENT ([protected]) THIS NOMMBER IS CONFUSED ME, REQUIEST ME ABOUT MY DEBIT CARD. I GIVE HIM ALL DATAILS. AND FINALLY HE SCARSH ALL MY MONEY. TOTAL 8 THAUSAND RS. PLZ ACTION WITH HIM.

                          My paytm id is [protected]@gmail.com.it is ragistered on 2 mobiles.when i use my one phone credit 2nd phone credit also get deducted.my recharge are getting failed due to which my reward recharge are also not given to me.i am not able to contact custumer care also. Ragistered mobile no. Is [protected]. Do something fast.

                            I tried recharging my Mobile (TATA Docomo )using PAYTM services on 30/09/2014. Amount Rs 200.
                            Transaction Order No : #[protected]. Mobile no : [protected]. My money is deducted from my card but balence is not credited into my account. I raised Ticket #[protected] with PAYTM customer care.But there is no response and no resolution.
                            Can this issue be addressed.

                              Sir, I was recharged of Rs. 61 on airtel No. [protected] on 01 Oct 14.The paytm shows recharge successful and I got recharge successful comfirmation mail with order no #[protected], HDFC transaction no. 632901 but the balance is not receiving yet. This is your information for further necessary immediate action.

                                My airtel no-[protected] was recharge on 30-09-14, bearing paytm order no - [protected] and HDFC Bank transaction no- 068971 an amount of Rs.101.00. The Paytm saw the recharge was successful but my mobile is not recharge still now.So, please arrange my payment credit on my paytm wallet as soon as possible .

                                    I have ordered a iball tarang 4.1 channel speakers of following configuration from Paytm Shopping site . Brand - IBall configuration - 4.1 channel . I had have paid Rs 2258 by using my SBI Debit Card . and the Transaction No. [protected]. But Paytm has delivered wrong product that is of the following configuration configuration - 2.1 channel, bluetooth function and or having only 18 watt RMS output . I want my refund and they are not responding . they are not picking my phone, and they don't respond to eamil . so please help me get my refund as sooon as possible.                                       सर मैं आज ही जो 23 सितंबर 2014 को मैंने एक आर्डर रुपये 795 का दिया था जिसकी आदेश संख्या[protected] है उसे प्राप्त किया हूँ परन्तु मुझे खेद है की paytm द्वारा जो सामान भेजा गया है उसमे 2 सामान होने के बजाय उसमे केवल एक ही सामान सिर्फ Dr Morepen Digi Classic Digtial Thermometer With Lcd Display (Mt-220) मिला जबकि Dr Gene Electrical Heating Pad (Orthopaedic) With Controller भी इसी आर्डर में मैंने आर्डर किया था तथा पैकेट जो डिलीवरी की गई है उस बिल में इसका भी जिक्र किया गया है। मैंने इस बारे में सेलर techeye creations & technologies private limited के फ़ोन नंबर [protected] में बात करने का प्रयास किया परन्तु वह से कोई जवाब नहीं मिला। अतः आपसे अनुरोध है की जल्द से जल्द मुझे Dr Gene Electrical Heating Pad (Orthopaedic) With Controller के बारे में बताये तथा जल्द से जल्द भेजने की कृपा करें। अगर इस तरह से कंपनी का रवैया ग्राहक के साथ रहा तो तो शायद कंपनी जल्द ही अपना भरोसा खो देगी। आपका मुकेश कुमार [protected] [protected]@gmail.com

                                        I have got call on 12/03/2014 call from igemployment.com for job of accountant in hdfc bank with good remuneration and they have told to pay rs. 1798/- for registration and later on they have told me to pay amount for another three transaction as given in image below totalling of rs. 19891/- and they told me that i will get job within 90 days but still i haven't got a job or call from them. when i reverted after 90 days than they have said me that you have to pay another Rs. 10000/- and at that time i have refused to pay than they replied me harshly and ended call.
