Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that on the 9th of september 2014, i made two payments online to pay my airtel bills. I had used Paytm app from my phone. The transaction was done from my account but it didn't reach airtel. Failing which i recieved a message from Paytm the the money will be refunded to my bank ac in 3-10 working days...
I have send a few mails to Paytm but i haven't got any response. Below are the transaction detaiils and my bank account.
1st transaction ID 0B09d8a0bc3d1a2b (refund amt rs. 1728)
2nd transaction ID 9BEE0BA382DE7C5D (refund amt rs. 2000).
Its been 13 days and i still haven't received my refunds. Im attaching a screen shot from the Paytm Mobile app where they promise the refund in next 3-10 days.
I really need the money back. Please help me.

We have processed your request. Our courier partner will come and pick the product from your doorstep.
Your refund will be processed immediately into your Paytm account once the shipment reaches the merchant. This process may take time period of 3 to 4 weeks.
The product that you want to return must only have been used for trial and cannot be used, washed, ironed or tampered in any way. Please include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product. You can also visit the "Help Center " section in the Paytm app for further details.
