Hello, I'm ordered a 2.1 home theatre in paytm they are sending a damaged piece (woofer was not working) i'm giving complaint to paytm cc they are not responding ORDER DETAILS (Order #[protected] of Rs.1, 529/-) and they are not given my cash back money for other products also...

They all are froude's Which website in this world is taking 3 to 4 weeks for Refund...They are clearly said that while buying "We will gladly accept returns for any reason within 15 days of receipt of delivery" already 12days is gone...

while going to other issue paytm send a mail in 19th of this month as
"You will receive Rs. 500 cashback in your Paytm Wallet! Thank you for shopping at Paytm and here's hoping you had an incredible experience. Your Rs. 500 cashback will be credited within the next 3 working days.

i'm buying 2 products while that offer is running they said "Your Rs. 500 cashback will be credited within the next 3 working days" still today i.e., 25th SEP i didn't received anything...

They are froud's, useless fellows, i dont leave them i will put case on paytm on monday in Consumer Court...

    I did a rechage of 200 rs for my docomo number, but i entered a wrong number. The order details are as below: ORDER NO.[protected] SEP '14 12:20 AM Recharge of Tata DOCOMO Mobile [protected]Price :Rs 200 It has been 3 days and I did not get refund. On paytm orders page, I still see this transaction is under process. When i wrote to Paytm, they replied saying like transaction can not be reversed as the recharge would have happened to that number. But how come this transaction is shown as "Processing" on orders page? Don't you have a refund option if a user enters a wrong number while doing recharge? You people never thought of this? What is the reason for not refunding my money? I need refund of my money.

I received shoes 5 days back but still I am waiting for my charge back as complaint to paytm also but not get any revert.

            I recharged my Airtel Prepaid no used my HDFC Debit card, amount of 197.00 rupees on 17/09/2014 at 10 pm.Recharge is not received from September 17 to till now but that amount had been debited from my HDFC bank account. I had talked to my Airtel customer care regarding this problem they told me they did not received any transaction amount from paytm side. After that I had send more than 5 mails to [protected]@paytm.com but there is no proper response from them. Almost 7 days I am waiting for refund my amount, still they did not refund my amount.               I recharged BSNL prepaid amount for 155.0. But Recharge is not received and also amount has been debited from my bank account..More than 36 hrs. Paytm are not take any action till time. Very poor customer support also no any customer care number to direct talk with us.

                I made an online recharge (Order Num.[protected] on 18th Aug 2014 and made genuine payment of Rs. 125 via paytm. They received payment buy recharge has not been done yet. Its already more than a week and they are not taking action regarding this. Please take instant action. I am a middle class student and Rs. 125 matters to me a lot.

                        Dear Paytm Team, I have raised 3 complaint tickets on your website against order number #[protected] . Ticket #[protected] Ticket #[protected] Ticket #[protected] You are not resolving the actual problem just copy/pasting the response. See Your response all 3 times: "We had a technical problem at our end, which has since been rectified. Your recharge should have been successfully delivered by now. In case it has not been delivered, the amount would have been transferred to your Paytm account and available for immediate reuse." Still I didn't get neither recharge nor balance on PayTM account. Your team is just replying same response every time, like they are illiterate people and replying the same response. Kindly refund my money or recharge the mobile.                                 hello sir/mam i had recharged my airtel no. for rs. 197 through paytm on 18th sep 2014. my bank account had been deducted instantly but i got successful message later on paytm but recharge has not been done to my airtel no. i had confirmed from airtel customer care they were saying nothing has been transfer to my airtel no. on 18th sept so i mailed to paytm care to refund my cash after a long time they replied that there was technical problem at their end after confirmation they will refund my cash.so yesterday they refund 197 in my paytm account but after somtime when i checked again my 197 had been transfarred to my bank without asking me and status showing successful but i didn't receive any amount yet. i am sending screenshot of paytm transaction or my bank account transaction. hope you will solve this issue soon. thank you

                                  Dear Sir, This is to inform you that on the 9th of september 2014, i made two payments online to pay my airtel bills. I had used Paytm app from my phone. The transaction was done from my account but it didn't reach airtel. Failing which i recieved a message from Paytm the the money will be refunded to my bank ac in 3-10 working days... I have send a few mails to Paytm but i haven't got any response. Below are the transaction detaiils and my bank account. 1st transaction ID 0B09d8a0bc3d1a2b (refund amt rs. 1728) 2nd transaction ID 9BEE0BA382DE7C5D (refund amt rs. 2000). Its been 13 days and i still haven't received my refunds. Im attaching a screen shot from the Paytm Mobile app where they promise the refund in next 3-10 days. I really need the money back.                                         Hi, I have recharge my airtel number on 17th sep 2014 with 200 +200=400, paytm has deducted my money from bank but dint recharge, i have sent mail to them that then they are replying me with recharge successful mail on 19th sep 2014, order numbers are[protected],[protected], still my recharge dint happended, On 15th sep 2014 i have recharge airtel number with rs 101 it was successful but paytm has taken my amount two times, i have my bank transactions for that, order number[protected].                                         Hi, I have recharge my airtel number on 17th sep 2014 with 200+200=400, paytm has deducted my money from bank but dint recharge, i have sent mail to them that then they are replying me with recharge successful mail on 19th sep 2014 afternoon, on same day evening rs 200 they gave me back in my paytm account that order num[protected], but order number[protected] is not yer resolved, , still my recharge dint happended,
                                        On 15th sep 2014 i have recharge airtel number with rs 101 it was successful but paytm has taken my amount two times, i have my bank transactions for that, order number[protected]. I have sent so many mails but no proper raply, i need my money back to my account.
