Neither the recharge is done, nor did I receive my amount.

Looking at your complain list I think I am not the only one but many people have had the same problem.
DO SOMETHING. Its really very bad on your part that you are not dealing with it. JUST DONT COPY PASTE SAME RESPONSE AGAIN AND AGAIN. GIVE A SOLUTION.

You always have the option to transfer this balance to same credit card/bank account. To initiate the refund go to 'Paytm Cash' under the 'My Account' section and click on 'Refund to bank'.
