My name is ShivPujan Singh.Toady a person made a fraud call and asked the ATM pin saying that he is from SBI.The person then made purchase by this transaction no.-#[protected] .Today he has bought goods worth around Rs 30000 between 8 a.m. and 12p.m.by different transaction numbers and same ATM pin.. An FIR has also been lodged for this case.So, please cancel this transaction as soon as possible.This is the case of CYBER CRIME. My mobile no-[protected]. You can call me for confirmation.please cancel all the transactions made by that person. I will send photo proof later on.

An FIR has also been lodged for this case.So, please cancel this transaction or orders as soon as possible.This is the case of CYBER CRIME.

please catch this thief between 2 days because after that he will get his order and go far away. Please cancle the orders.

[protected] on 29/9/2014 but it got failed and i have not received my money back yet. my paytm cash balance is 0 and i have not got any credit in my credit card account. it is showing status as refunded back whereas i have not received anything anywhere.

      I have recharged Rs.17 in my mobile no [protected] on 19th September;but the recharge failed and i have charged Rs. 17.after 10 days i contact them and they said they will refund my amount but no refund done yet.i want my money back as soon as possible. a message from you came on that day was, Recharge of Tata DOCOMO Mobile [protected] for Rs.17 failed. Refund of Rs.17 done.

      I have done the online payment to BESCOM on 04/11/2014 of amt 600.00 but i got this month bill with due of last month amount and when i contacted BESCOM they told PAYTM is not tayedup with BESCOM so i need to pay full amt last month & this month amount through bescom only, so kindly refund my amount which i payed to BESCOM through paytm on urgent basis. My payment details are given below.

      It is showing as successful in system on "4 Nov 2014" at "5:35 pm " and amt got debited in my bank account also but BESCOM has not received my bill amt & i got arrears of last month bill amt in this month bill so i have to pay both the bills directly to BESCOM now so pls refund my amount to my bank account ASAP.

      Kindly do the needful on urgent basis.
      On 3rd mar'2015 i booked 3 tkts for bus journey from indore to ahmedabad on 6th mar'2015 from paytm in sanjay travels, but bus operator inform me that journey is cancelled and your money is refunded to the booking site.Since from 6th mar'2015 till today i have submitted 4 requests to them from their site only but nothing is affecting them also i tried a lot to contact them but that no.       My bus was cancelled and I faced a lot of problems due to that
      and now instead of giving the entire refund paytm is wasting my time by
      not providing me the proper refund my conclusion from the previous
      tickets and paytm terms and conditions are as follows:

      poor they are replying late and closing the issues without asking me and
      everytime I have to raise a new issue.More over 20 days i am no received the refund
      I had booked couple of deals on Groupon. While booking it showed status as failed so I didn't receive any coupons from Groupon. I had paid for this deal via Paytm. As deal had failed I asked Paytm for refund. I had lodged the same complaint 5 times (Ticket #[protected], Ticket #[protected], Ticket #[protected], Ticket #[protected], Ticket #[protected] and got the same reply that "issue has been resolved" but I didn't see the amount on Paytm wallet or in Bank. PayTM is blaming Groupon for the issue and Groupon is doing the same on Paytm but no one is solving the issue.

      I booked Bus ticket from PayTM from Hyderabad to Mumbai but the bus operatot later called and told me the price published on PayTM site is not real and the actual price is 10 times from what published on site and for which I have booked...

      I have requested cancellation of that ticket from paytm portal, the moment bus operator update me about the fare difference and asked me to pay remaining amount.

      Still neither the Paytm has not refunded me the amount paid for ticket booking nor update even after multiple follow-up with them over mail and its been 1 month now...
      .
      Please avoid PayTM and their pathetic services.

      My order for the product was delivered on 12/06/2016 in a damaged condition for which I placed a reversal request on 16/06/2016 and got approved for reversal on the same day. As per there email within 72 hours (3 days) there courier partner were suppose to collect the product. On 23/06/2016 after 8 days I raised a complain on there site but nobody turned up for pick up.
      Again on 30/06/15 I raised a complain for which I got a reply that the reversal was cancelled as customer wants to keep the product. There is no communication from my side for cancelling the reversal. I am raising reminder request again and again and what they have to say is it is cancelled after 16 days.

                        I have recharged my airtel number using paytm on 17 SEP '14 9:58 PM . ORDER NO[protected] . During recharge, it showed that my request is queued as the Airtel network is down (in website, status is "inqueue"). But the amount got debited from my Citi credit card. After two days, I got a message saying that the recharge is successful and in paytm order history it showed that the recharge is successful. But till date, I didn't get my recharged amount in my mobile . I raised four complaints to paytm on the following days, but for all the tickets, their reply is like, "We had a technical problem at our end, which has been rectified now... " This is a generic message which they used to send for all tickets. They are not even bothered to give a proper reply. First time worst experience with any online sites. Tickets raised in paytm : [protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]

                          I would like to lodge a complaint against Paytm Mobile Solutions Pvt. Ltd. wherein I had made an online recharge of Rs. 400 for my Airtel prepaid connection (Mobile no. [protected]) vide order no.[protected] on 17/09/2014 wherein the recharge status was showing queued till 18/09/2014 and on 20/09/2014 I received a message from Paytm that the recharge is been successful. But, in actual there was no recharge done on my Airtel account. When I had lodged a complaint to Paytm on their customer care mail id. I received a reply on 21/09/2014 that due to some technical issue the recharge was not done and the recharge will be done or the amount will be transferred to my Paytm account within 24 -48 hours. But, till today neither the recharge to my account is done nor the amount is transferred to my Paytm account for which I had again put 2 mails to the company for which they have not replied. I would hereby like to lodge a complaint against the company for such fraudulent act with no reply to the mail by the consumer. Also, to bring to your notice, this company does not have a Customer care number to speak directly to their customer executive only option they give is to record the complaint on phone for which there is no reply being done.

                            respected sir/mam, i have recharge my mobile by using paytm mobile app on fri 26 sep 2014 (between 8.45pm - 9pm) my mobile number [protected] (airtel). I 3G Internet recharge of Rs. 252 from my credit card. money was deducted from my account and paytm received the money also. but recharge was not successful but paytm has sent message as recharge successful. i did enquirey with airtel customer care they said recharge was not successful. from last 3days im sending to [protected]@paytm.com and im getting zero response. your customer care number are not contactable and busy.                               Hello Team, This is to inform you that, I have recharged of Rs. 10 to my BSNL no. [protected]. The amount has been debited from my bank account but after final submission of the payment process I just received a failure message from Paytm, same time I received another message from my bank account, that Rs. 10 has been deducted from my account. I know that the deducted amount is not too big but please do the needful if possible. Thanks in advance, Mrinal

                                  I had attempted a recharge of Rs. 200 for a Tata Docomo number from paytm.com to get a full talktime of Rs. 200. Instead I got some 3G plan activated. I have contacted both Paytm and Tata Docomo regarding this. I have had no response from Paytm and this is the response I got from Tata Docomo: "I would like to inform you that once the pack is activated and the benefits are provided, the same cannot be deactivated, refunded or converted to other offer and the same you have to wait till the pack expires. Kindly make a note of the same." Please see the attached screenshot as well. It clearly indicates that we are supposed to get a Full Talktime of Rs.200 for a recharge of Rs.200. Please help me and users of Paytm from such malpractices.

                                    Rs 25000 were deducted from my account towards payment for iPhone 5C against order Number[protected] on September 4, 2014. The update reflected as payment failed but the amount was deducted from my account. I contacted the PayTM team on [protected]@paytm.com. I was assured of a solution withiwithin 72 hours but the amount has not been refunded yet. All I got is an intimation that the amount has been received and the order has been placed. Later the "My Orders" option showed the order as cancelled and amount refunded but the amount has not been refunded yet. Kindly check and resolve.

We are available 24 hours on all 7 days of the week to resolve your issues. Remember at Paytm your trust is foremost. Your money is yours unless you have received your recharge. That’'s our promise!

                                    It indicate the transaction against Order Id[protected] got failed and later it was refunded back to your bank.

                                    As per our records, we initiated the transfer of Rs. 25000 to your bank account from our side as of 04/09/2014. We suggest you please verify your bank statement till the date.

                                    In case of delay in receiving refund, you can check with your bank with refund reference number 1922562.

After I made my complaint I got a call from the customer care and I was told that my money would be refunded and I have to tell my card details to verify my order.After I tell my details an amount of 15000 was deducted from my account.Now I cannot contact the person . he called me from this number [protected].I'd would really appreciate if you take necessary...
