I had Rs. 16/- in my paytmcash wallet. but few days later when I tried to utilize the money to recharge it showed nil balance in the paytm cash. I sent enquiry to the paytm care team. They are so and stupid giving me false assurance that the issed was solved. that means my balance supposed to have returned. But no refund, no nothing till date.

    i recharge my BESCOM Electricity account with 690 Rs on 25th September 2014. the money is deducted from my account and it shows on my paytm accout as success but till now my BESCOM Account shows that the bill is not paid.yesterday is the last date to pay the bill, but the bill paid through paytm is not yet credited in my BESCOM account.so please either send my balance or return my money immediately.please resolve this issue immediately as the last date for payment of my bill is completed.             WE LOST OUR MONEYBY PAYING DTH SUNDIRECT SERVICE RECHARGE.IN OUR ACCOUNT AMOUNT DEBITED.BUT RECHARGE NOT SUCCESS .SO PLZ REFUND OUR MONEY

So I'm now in the trap of Paytm, I don't understand how I recover my payment amount or where I go for legal justice against Paytm.                 I have pos ID please refund me all my money. Cause it is fraud transactions done by my father's account. I want detail information of all transactions. This is 3rd time I am contacting you. Please reply me fast. I also have police compliant against this transactions. I mailing them from 4-5 days but i did not got any reply from their side. Their Cust. care no. also not working. Extremely bad service by Paytm.

                  i had ordered a pair of zovi shoes from paytm.com with ORDER NO.[protected] and payment was done through paytm cash.Paytm Cash Transaction No B529F123A110E60B. but instead i was sent a cheap polyester women's apparel. when i wrote to them, they replied that it will be returned and money will be refunded. but no action has been taken yet. its almost been a week. please help me resolve this.

                    Hi team, I made an online payment yesterday using my paytm cash wallet of Rs 1496 at yepme.com in order to redeem 25% discount and to use my Rs 13 balance on my wallet. In my paytm transaction history the payment is showing successful however my order from yepme is getting canceled. Paytm Cash Txn ID 9EFED18D89B77CF3 Bank Txn ID: 567091. I am getting charged on my credit card for the amount RS 1496 with the settlement id - 567091. I got 2 mail from yepme website today that my payment didn't went through hence the order has been canceled. Request you to help me in getting my amount reimbursed or refunded as the payment has been declined from yepme and the order number was 10589648 and 10589651.

But I received cheapest > polyester. Cheated badly. > my order has been marked for return. But paytm side no response from one and half month. At least credit my cash back of 360 rupees

Same not credited in my acct: a) On 17 Sep 14, A sum of Rs 145/- recharged Airtel Data card No [protected] vide your receipt ID No #[protected]. b) On 04 Pct 14, A sum of Rs 255/- recharged Airtel Data card No [protected] vide your receipt ID No #[protected]. On enquiring from Airtel Customer care. No above payments received by them, but debited from my account. Please recharge forthwith, otherwise same will be approached in consumer court.

                                  I have recharged Rs.17 in my mobile no [protected] on 19th September;but the recharge failed and i have charged Rs. 17.after 10 days i contact them and they said they will refund my amount in 1 day.today is 15th day from this recharge and no refund done yet.i want my money back as soon as possible.i definitely say that PAYTM is a fraud company and they cheat us very wisely.a copy of my recharge failed attached.

                                    Dear Sir, I recharged my mobile [protected] on 26 Sep, 14 with amount 122 (ORDER NO.[protected] SEP '14 3:32 PM. I did the recharge using 25% cash back scheme. I successfully submitted the promo code and the cash back should be credited in my paytm cash balance within one hour. But didn't got that. Regarding my problem filed a complaint to the customer care. But not received the proper response till today . So please do favourable. Please order to credit my due cash back as soon as possible.                                       Please take an action against paytm sir iam an student and I ha e recharged my mobile through paytm and the transaction was successful from bank, but the paytm team was not responding to my problem I can understand that might can happen sometimes but they should solve it out so I request you to look after this matter seriously, my order no.
