ACTUALLY I MUST PAY THE BILL TO MY NUMBER(AIRTEL POSTPAID [protected])
BUT I DID UNFORTUNATELY RECHARGE TO THIS (PREPAID [protected]) SO KINDLY TRANSFER TO MY NUMBER(AIRTEL POSTPAID [protected])
unfortunately my recharge has been done on wrong number so plz help me wrong mobile number is :[protected]
I recharged for Rs 29, it was for 2g data for 4 days, but I got 300 local national messages
my number [protected] but instead of [protected] so please Refund my amount please.
My Wrong recharge is Rs. 50 its Paytm Order #[protected] and Paytm Cash Txn ID EC4801D554FE86FB on this Date and time[protected]:36:35 so please refund my balance on my id wallet plzzzzzzzz and so plzzzzzzzz

          Dear paytm guys, first of all i have no idea why you people dont hv any customer care executive services provided for us where we can directly and simply speak to person and sort out things but whatever. On 25th august i used my paytm cash wallet for two different airtel numbers but they were not successful. Your website details are showing that i got my cash back at my paytm cash wallet which is not correct according to my calculation.Even by your transaction history I cant see any transaction related to my cashback but can see the deduction from wallet and details are given below. Mailed you all several times and even recorded my complain on ur helpline no. twice. Its been more than 15 days so hoping for a result.                           This has reference to ORDER NO. [protected] dt 25.03.2015. There was a confirmation regarding acceptance of order on 26.03.2015 however there after there has been no update on the same. From last four days, it is showing as "your item is ready for being shipped".

                          Customer care number only has recorded message and I am not able to get any update from anywhere. The Noida number[protected] is not accessible.

                          Can somebody in Paytm help update on the order ?

                            I recharged Rs 125 for my mobile number [protected] and my Paytm order no:[protected]. I have raised several complaints about this, but they replied problem is solved. Still problem persist, after some time no reply from the customer care. my token numbers are[protected],[protected],[protected].
                            i recharged 11sep 2014 Rs 136 for mobile no [protected] and paytm order no[protected] but recharged not done .but amount Rs136 has been dedected my paytm Cash wallet. please same amount Transferred my paytm cash wallet.

                                  Hello, I added Rs. 400 in Cash wallet for getting cash back of 40 Rs as per offer. It showed that money was successfully transferred but there is neither 400 in wallet nor 40 Rs cash back. Where has the money gone? I has been more than 12 days now. Please don't promise to reply within 72 hours if your words have no value. Or is this a way of compensating for all those discounts on offer?

                                      Sir on 22 August 2014, for mob no [protected], I had done recharge of Rs 155( out of which I had 30 rs paytm cash, so actually paid rs 125 to the bank) from PAYTM.COM, in the paytm's site it showed recharge successful, money was also duducted from my SBI account(payment done through internet banking), but I didn't got any message in my mobile regarding recharge of Rs 155. Hence recharge was not successful, I even contacted mobile operator (i.e Aircel), they conformed me that recharge was not done at all from paytm on that day. Hence again I had to do a fresh recharge of Rs155 directly from aircel.com, which was successful. So, Please do the necessary ASAP, so that I can get back my hard earned money.                                         Hi, On 07/09/2014 i tried adding 749 to my paytm cash wallet but payment was successfull from my icici bank account but paytm is showing it as transaction failed due to technical issue and money is not added to my paytm cash. i mailed them regarding this but no response from their side.i want my money back or atleast add the amount to my paytm acount paytm order no:[protected] icici payment reference id:[protected] bank account no:[protected]
