Hello, I added Rs. 400 in Cash wallet for getting cash back of 40 Rs as per offer. It showed that money was successfully transferred but there is neither 400 in wallet nor 40 Rs cash back. Where has the money gone? I has been more than 12 days now. Please don't promise to reply within 72 hours if your words have no value. Sir on 22 August 2014, for mob no [protected], I had done recharge of Rs 155( out of which I had 30 rs paytm cash, so actually paid rs 125 to the bank) from PAYTM.COM, in the paytm's site it showed recharge successful, money was also duducted from my SBI account(payment done through internet banking), but I didn't got any message in my mobile regarding recharge of Rs 155. there was no 121 plan of airtel while I was recharging as it was scrapped few days before. Data was not updated in your site. payment is done but no recharge happened of course, raised a dispute with bank and you bloody [censored]ers have rejected it. Also all replies are fake, you dont understand the problem and give some pre saved answers in mails...
