Sir my ticket no is[protected] for complaint and pay tm order no is[protected] .I pay the bill of bees rajdhani on 20 step 2014 but the amount is deducted from my bank account and the biill is in the queque and the bill is not paid after three daysdaysadays and no reply is come from paytm .plz tel what I do?

    Hi Sir/ Madam, Recharge is showing as success in Paytm website. But neither I got 2G data usage in my mobile number nor the amount credited to my paytm cash. Airtel Customer care confirmed that there was no such recharge was done on my number. I have informed Paytm twice. But they only sent system generated message. Order number is[protected]. Ticket #[protected] Ticket #[protected] Please help me since Paytm is not helping. Thanks, Sukanta Banik

          sir, i used paytm.com to recharge my airtel digital tv id: [protected] for rs 410 on 20/09/2014 2.00 a.m. paytm is showing recharge successful but airtel digital tv is showing no recharge done what can i do and on enquiry paytm accepted that there was an error on their part but they are refusing to give my money back Details as per paytm records Transaction receipt Transaction no: #[protected] Date: #[protected]T20:04:49.000Z [protected] Airtel Digital TV [protected] 410 Total 410 Total amount to be paid 410 the above is the confirmation from paytm without getting recharge done confirmation from airtel how can they show successful transaction i think this is fraudlent activity by paytm.com. please take necessary action against them

                Dear Sir, I placed an order on *12 Sep 2014 for *Karbonn Titanium S5 Plus* with *Order No.[protected]* at Paytm.com and paid Rs 7344 for this and applied a promo code MOB1000, it says get 1000 cash back in PAYTM CASH after 24 hours of Shipping. But i didn't get any cash back yet. product was shipped on 14 Sep 2014, and I got *Docket No.* *UNIPAYP411490 *of GOJAVAS. But till 18th Sept (which is maximum delivery time) my product was not received. I regularly check the status of product on your website also in your logistic partner website but after 15 Sep 2014 no status is updated. when i talked with gojavas courier and got answer that product is untraceable and paytm has received compensation of it and will send new product. .But Paytm is always fooling me by fake commitment about delivery and cash back. i didn't get any detail about reorder or cash back till now. my an important work has been hampered because o[censored]n delivery of mobile. I had to suffer with so many mental pressure and financial issue. Please take immediate action against paytm.com and make refund my money with compensations.                   hello, i ordered shoes on 3rd sept and 9th sept. shoes which was ordered on 3rd sept was delivered on 8th sept. i had a problem in that shoes and i wrote an email to paytm regarding that shoes and ask them for return. than on 9th sept i ordered another shoes. on 10th of sept i received an email from paytm that your order was cancelled which was ordered on 9th sept. but the complaint was of regarding shoes which was ordered on 3rd sept(as my received on 8th sept by paytm). then after that i made many calls to paytm. not even a single was answered. then after trying again and again i was answered and promised that paytm cashback and order would be delivered in 2-3 days. then after giving the cashback they debited the cashback and till now i wrote many emails and called them several times. but there is no response. please help me. order id[protected] email [protected]@yahoo.com contact no -[protected] delivery address- inderpal singh 1885/27, kaith majri, ambala city 134003

                              i again said to them that i didnt receive any balance nor money but they are not replying to me.
                              please help me get my money back.

                                    I had order a Kingston MicroSDHC 16 GB Class 10 on11 Sep '14 at 11:25 pm, Order No.[protected] for which Payment of Rs. 448 is received by Paytm!. Paytm Cash Transaction No 66215C1D45530490 Rs 186. United Bank of India CC Transaction No [protected] Rs 262. Total Rs 448 was deducted from my account. So I have ordered Kingston 16 GB Class 10 but I have received Kingston 16 GB Class 4. They cheated me because I order class 10 product but they have sent be class 4. I have requested to refund or exchange the product with class10 product ticket no is[protected] but no initiative was taken from paytm till date. Such as laziest customer support I ever seen. Please help me in this regard.

                                        I tried to recharge my two BSLN numbers. It was showing successful but I didn't received the balance for both the transactions. The order ids for both the transactions are[protected] and[protected]. I was waiting up to the next day but balance not credited. I also send a request to the customer care and they replied that due to some technical issue this was happened and now the balance has been credited to your paytm account for immediate use but they did not do anything. Next day i again send another request but they copy and pasted the same content in reply. I am very much frustrated with such type of customer service. I am an IT person and this is critical bug in this application. They should look into the same so that customer should not be lost his money when recharge their mobile from paytm site. I also called on their customer care number but it was IVR call and they just record your complaint and noting else. Nobody is their to entertain you and also this is not the automated process. Last but not the least their customer care executive mark the request as resolved and closed. They don't bother about their customer. It is very painful. Please look into the same.
