hi my paytm cash has not refunded yet. i initiated the refund on[protected], Its been 1 month. transaction id 583761D51857005C.

Failed order id:[protected].

Please take action from your side as soon as possible. i am fed-up waiting. i haven't thought this much delay. Just put some work ethics. Thought Paytm is better than mobikwick, but you guys showing your back on us.

No refund for failed recharge

But I am getting a mechanical reply from PAYTM stating that it would have been recharged or refunded...etc.
