I have ordered from paytm shop and applied coupon in which i was supposed to receive 50% cash back in my paytm cashwallet but yet i have not received it instead of many mails to paytm support and to grievance officer. First the support member Mr. Rajesh replied me below- As per the terms and conditions of the offer, cash back would have been credited within 1 hours after the successful transaction. Due to some technical issues it was not credited. Please note that cash back has been processed. You are requested to check your Paytm account and confirm the same. In case you have still not received the cashback, please get back to us. Next when i replied him back that i have checked and still i have not received it than he replied me below- I am Rajesh and I am going to do my best to solve your problem. I would like to inform you that as per our records you haven't applied cashback offer at the time of order place.So you are not eligible for cashback against this Order No. 687. I hope this helps. Should you need any further assistance, let me know. Look forward to see you again at Paytm. This is very shocking that the support team is doing. I know i have applied coupon code MEN50 so how can they say i have not applied the coupon. The grievance officer is not even replied me back. This the kind of things paytm is doing with the customers.

    Hi i am Nikhil Motwani . I ordered the product from the online site Paytm . I ordered a powerbank from the site paytm . When i opened the parcel the powerbank which i recieved was dead. Its not turning on. I called the coustomer service no. Of paytm the are not picking up the call, so i email them like 2-3 times they are also not replying my mail. It has been alalmost a week i mailed them I got the dead product i want to replace or else i want the amount to be refunded. My paytm order no. Is.[protected] My order value is Rs 450 My contact no. [protected] I have attached the mail that i have sent to paytm and they have not replied me Plz help me with this issue and plz contact me as soon as possible with the solution

        No response by customer care even block on facebook, because of shared reality of the company, ticket number : Ticket #[protected]: KYC documents given still my account transaction limit not removed ...and their guys are replying anything comes in there mind ..they don't read at all...and if you call them they don't have staff to take calls u need to wait for 30 - 40 mins on paid calls ...see attachements ...

In this connection I have filed a complaint to the Commissioner of Police Chennai (Complaint No: 5202/COP / visitors / 2014 / dtd. 17/09/2014) also complained to Sub-Inspector of Police Central Crime branch Bank Fraud Wing -Team XII, Vepery, Chennai - 600007 against number (1055/DC/COB-I/COP/Visitors/2014 dtd 18/09/2014.                 about MOBILE RECHARGE: i did so many recharges through PAYTM, i never faced any failure. sometimes may be a little delay. about SHOPPING: Usually i shop in few of the trusted websites like Flipkart, Snapdeal only. But one day PAYTM impressed me with their amazing Cashback feauture. so without reading feedback about PAYTM in internet I just blindly ordered two items 1) Philips trimmer worth 1150rs and 2) IBall 2.1 home theater worth 1350rs. total worth :maybe around 2500 rs. cashback i expected = 1000 rs. after a week i ordered, i went through all the feedbacks from u guys here, seriously i thought i was [censored]d up!! one "CASHBACK" button appeared suddenly(in my orders page) after the shipment of my orders. So (after clicking Cashback buttons) I got 1000rs cashback as i expected. I felt happy about it. But still i was waiting for my orders after 10 days. Suddenly both orders came home one by one, both were fairly packed not comparable with flipkart. But inside both items were brand new, non damaged, in pakka condition. I felt very relaxed about PAYTM that time. So after all fear, thrill, and delivery i had 1000 rs cashback in my account. i completely trusted paytm after that 2 succesful delivery of orders. with that free money i orderd floormats and X-hose pipe further. Then PAYTM prooved me that i am not soo lucky. with them. I ordered 2 quantities of floormats, but they delivered only 1. i made a call to their customer care number, one guy said sory for the inconvinience and he assured, that paytm will deposit my money back to my acc in 24 hrs. But nothing happened as he said. Later another set of floormats came(another order) This time wrong item(cheap less cost item) delivered. Third item delivered to my home (X-Hose pipe). as i expected i was broken. !!! Afterthat i lost hope from PAYTM. i just stopped using it and calling them.!! Still i think i am very lucky to received those 2.1 hometheater and philips trimmer in gud condition. Moral of the Story : Plz Avoid paytm. Dont shop there for cashback like me. They may give you very tough time.

                One of the wrost company in india, wrost account handling and concert team for resolving any issue, all issue will bypas by only word "this is our fail trancation policy" no solution provide by any one, i suggest u all please dont use this merchant account, they are parasite which are consuming your hardwork money without any resone. No update us whats is going on our account, they start aplying commission without notification.

                As i have business account, my trancation of 13900, they transfer only 13500 showing that this is our fair trancation policy, they store our amount for 24 hours after that they deduct commision, i suggest u never use this type of rubish company app for your future business. Otherwise u can face a huge loss in future. No proper solution is provided by the company, ([protected]).

My Payment Paytm order no:[protected] However did not get any prompt reply. Payment has been done from my Credit Card but recharge is not done till date. If you see status of this order, it shows payment success and recharge "!". I need refund of all money. Please look into this.

                    Sir, i did recharge of Rs. 50 from PAYTM wallet but unfortunately that recharge transaction got failed. Now as per procedure, i should get my money back in PAYTM walllet but till this time of writing complaint to u it is NOT refunded. i wrote directly to their customer care cell 10 times about this issue through their website link but every time without checking any thing they just COPY & PASTE their language about their technical problem at their end. they don't have any facility of calling their customer care center where i can narrate my problem. i[censored] can raise my problem then i shall be grateful to u. my details of the problem are as follows :-- PAYTM Order No.[protected] MOBILE no. to be recharged :--[protected] (Airtel) Amount -- 50 Date & time of transaction :-- 17 Sep 14 at 20:09 HRS although i amount involved is very small but sir this paytm group have tendency to NOT to solve the problem and to keep the disputed amount in their bank. So if in whole country i[censored] assume 300 cases per day to be occurred with minimum amount of Rs 50. then just think every day they r making money of 50 *300 = Rs. 15000 and that too illegally. In the past many instances with me has happened on the same such issues and those issues were also not solved so today i m writing the mail with a hope. I[censored] can solve this issue then i can bring more such cases of my friends and colleagues. Actually we all r victims of this PAYTM group refund back issue.
