Respected sir/ mam
My amount rs 1000 deduct from my account and late fee charges also rs 450/-, but i had submit my instalment and late fees in your office. I had call many times but not connect with your customer care department. Please refund my money as early as possible.

    I have purchased a washing machine from Paytm Mall on 01.11.2018 through Order no. [protected] and paid full order amount. Delivery date was 05.11.2018. On day of deivery 05.11.2018 paytm mall cancelled my order himself and gave refund. After cancellation, paytm has given me a special promocode for purchasing in same category on equal or above value purchasing.
    I have tried several times for purchasing in same category and equal and above value with this special promocode but not get any privillage. In purchasing I have applied for cashback that was Rs 3600. As per paytm, cashback is payable after 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, return or cancellation is not possible.
    When I not received cashback then I contact to paytm mall customer care number [protected] on 17.11.2018, they replied that you have not appllied for cashback but one time we will arrange to give cashback to you, so please give some time.
    After not receiving any message I have complaint again on mail and twitter but this time paytm mall care replied that “you have not applied for cashback so we would not be able to process your request for cashback.

    First paytm has cancel my order on delivery date, second paytm has given me special promocode that has not given any special privilage to me and after applying a promocode at the time of purchasing, paytm mall is not giving cashback.

      I purchased a movie pass on 28th october for watching movies in my nearest cinema hall. Its a pass for Rs 1600 for 4 movies and 2 people. After purchasing pass, I tried booking movie through it in INOX cinemas and it says this pass is not applicable on this cinema. I particularly purchased it for this and nothing like this mentioned in its terms & conditions. After that I tried connecting to customer care few times but they are saying, This pass can't be cancelled as per terms of this pass. Its validity can't be extended as per policy etc etc. How come you are not following one condition and wasting my money because of other conditions of same pass. This should not be done. Totally lost my faith in paytm due to this incident. attaching screenshot of pass terms & conditions and error coming while booking for my nearest cinema. I need my money back or else atleast validity of pass to be extended to 1-2 months.

        Its been almost a month my refund hasn't been processed. The amount is inr 2600. I've tried to contact paytm several times through 24x7 help but there is no response from them. Worst customer care service ever. I usually book tickets through paytm only and never faced such a problem. But this time they are getting on my nerves. Please do something fast. I need my money.

          I ordered a jacket but i found wrong model.. So i want to return it bt when i request for return.. It does not approved my return request. So i think this seller is cheating me.. I want to.. Please help me anyway... I need my money. Bt it gives me wrong coat of cheap price.. Paytm should block fraud seller... It is out of expectations from paytm.. Please help me

            Two of my tickets with pnr [protected] was cancelled in waiting condition (one on 2 November 2018/other by itself on 4 November).
            The status is of refund is showing to bank PAYTM M, but I have not received it in paytm or in my bank account after 26 days.
            My paytm account is with number [protected].I had purchased tickets through IRCTC website (www.irctc.co.in) by using SBI ATM.
            Refund id shown by IRCTC are [protected] and [protected].

              Dear paytm mobile soultion,

              On 24th oct 2018, i made inr 328 throuhg netbanking through paytm gateway. The amount got debitted but the end merchand didn't recieve the amount. I waited for 7 working days for the ampunt but it was not credited back to icici account.

              I raised complaint to icici bank asn their response is that it was successfully transferred to paytm mobile solution. Pls look into that...

              The tranctions details are.

              When i was intend to transct amount to nimson how come it went to paytm mobile solution.. This is ridiculous.

              I am using paytm from a long time but the paytm kyc why not complete . Please solve the issue ( something went wrong).
              Otherwise I will leave using paytm, therefore give me their solution immediately, because we cannot wait now.

                I have placed 2 orders on paytm mall
                Order no. [protected] (This is replacement order the return of the order has already been picked up, but no status of replacement order)
                And [protected] (It was placed on 22 nov 2018, and the delivery date was 26 nov 2018 but still it is showing waiting courier pick up)
                . Neither the paytm customer support numbers are picking the call. There is no option to send the message or email.
                I want my products asap.
                I ordered a zebronics gaming mouse but I got a VR headset instead. And the customer service says I have not ordered anything.

                    I am fond of Paytm Mall and used it regularly, I am happy by its all terms and conditions but recently I face a issue with its services.

                    In short I explained my issue about paytm mall that I refered a product in which I got an offer to earn 624/- as an referral item if the product is ordered by my referral link, after that the ordered is finally ordered (worth Rs32000/-) by my referral link and it will be delivered. Then I asked to customer care executive named as Rahul about the concern then they told me after checking the details to wait maximum 25 days to get my cashback.
                    Yet my 25 days are completed and I asked to customer care again they replied me you are not eligible as our hiddenn terms and conditions.
                    Totally they trolled me. And told me sorry previous executive gives you wrong information.

                    Now I am totally frustrated and decided not to refer any product in future.

                          My registered mobile no is ~ [protected] on paytm...

                          I had ordered dell laptop and after ordering i cancelled it for some reason... Before the product was shipped...

                          But not even the refund was provided nor they did update the status weather it was successfully cancelled or not...

                          When i try to see the order status it is still showing "pending return"...
                          It is still 24 hours after order cancellation but still nothing is done...

                          So sir i request you to plzz update the status and also process my refund request soon...

                              I did my transactions through pubg mobile and it was unsuccessful due to server issues, but the amount still got deducted form my bank account and was transferred to times of money limited. I already talked with pubg mobile customer care and they said they can't help if the money is not transferred to them. So since my money is transferred to times of money limited, i want my refund as soon as possible. Thank you

                                  I have booked ticket on irctc using paytm from union bank a/c and the amount debited inr 389.99 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i checked at my bank statement and it confirmed that money has been debited. Irctc anyway unable to say any status. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to get the status of the booking nor the refund. The message received from my bank as below:

                                  Your sb a/c *02184 is debited for rs. 389.99 on[protected] by debit card swipe. Avbl bal rs:355.51

                                    I ordered nike shoes thrupaytm mall and i received that order post 15 days the ordered date and i didn't like the product, so i returned it. I made the payment thru cod option, for processing the refund with order id [protected], paytm has asked me to submit a google form which has details to be filled (Bank name, account number, ifsc code, order id, name, etc..). I have filled in the form and submitted to them, 14 days after the submission i got a message from paytm saying that "bank details are incorrect and sent a link to fill the form again. I have submitted the correct bank details at my first form (But they told that they are wrong). So i thought of giving them my other bank details and opened the link, after opening the link i have seen a error message saying that"this form is no longer accepting responses". Also, i have one more issue with upi transaction order id [protected] made thru this paytm. They debited my amount from the upi account and transaction got failed and they didn't credit my money back.

                                    Its been 45 days since i have returned and filled their google form, till now i didn't get my money back. Such a waste and worse customer service they have, they didn't respond for calls. Those toll free numbers are useless, they didn't even connect to the executive. I have tried calling them every day (2 hours daily).

                                      I have booked two tickets one on 9th nov and other on 27th nov...in ticket history they have said it has been transferred to bank... But while asking them they said we had given claim but it's the paytm duty to transfer to us... Then only we can credit to it. So give me a solution for this... Is paytm doing any fraud payments... It's nearly taken 15 days... But still my refund is not done

                                        By mistake wrong mobile number was recharged. Order number is [protected]

                                        Could you refund my money.. my mail id is vaishnavi.[protected]@gmail.com

                                        and the wrong was [protected] and the correct number was [protected]

                                        my paytm number is [protected]. Service provider was airtel

                                        Also when contacted with the wrong contact number person.. got to know that they haven't received any recharge message or they number was recharged with the amount 509

                                        The recharge is not successfully done to either of the contact number

                                        Could you please check and refund the money back to my paytm account

                                        Please do the needful as early as possible
