Paytm Mall — no status of orders placed | |||||
I have placed 2 orders on paytm mall Order no. [protected] (This is replacement order the return of the order has already been picked up, but no status of replacement order) And [protected] (It was placed on 22 nov 2018, and the delivery date was 26 nov 2018 but still it is showing waiting courier pick up) . Neither the paytm customer support numbers are picking the call. There is no option to send the message or email. I want my products asap. Was this information helpful? | |||||
