I have received defected product from paytm mall OD [protected] vedara bluetooth headset so I i want to return it but I'm unable to raise a return request & When I call the customer care center, no one is picking up the call And There was a request to return to another product and it has been pick-up on December 3 but till now my order has not been updated or refunded. OD [protected] pigeon nonstick cookware. I'm so disappointed with this type of service of PAYTM. I want my money back as soon as possible please.

I've sold my elgold on paytm worth rs. 1200 and instructed them to transfer my fund to my bank account but they transferred to some another bank account. After submitting the complaint they accepted that they transferred fund to wrong account and requested me for correct bank details. After around one month now they raised their hand saying bank refused to refund the wrong transaction. This is ridiculous.

This is my second complaint in consumer forum regarding my refund. Always paytm people saying it will take 7 to 14 days for refund from last 1 month. Its almost 70 days i'm waiting for my refund amount. Even complained in consumer forum also they are not responding quickly. So pls consider this complaint and pls process my refund amount. Iam in very bad situation. Pls help in this

i have order a wd element hard disk dated 24/02/2016 with order number [protected] but same has not been updated on my account. I have issue with hardisk so i need bill of it to make replacment of it.. Please update product detail and bill so i can get my product replacement.

There was no linking/self-authorization to getwoo dating app with my paytm account. Even then, getwoo did the renewal of my subscription on Dec 5 without asking for my authorization, due to which i lost 300 rupees from my paytm a/c.

I booked ticket online in book my show on 17/10/2018 and i paid rs 472.80 using paytm and it got debited but the booking was cancelled and i got message that it will be refunded and i got message after many days that it was refunded along with auth code-[protected] but the amount is not reflecting in my account.

Sir paytm great company but today this talk wrong paytm is fraud chiter company I order one watch but you send third class break glass watch i also apply return on 24 November but after 11 days you did not picking return parcel and not refund my money

On 26th oct, i made a payment of rs 2000 using my paytm. The payment got denied and the got deducted from my account. I contacted paytm and they told me that they have refunded the money to bank, but the bank clearly denied of any such refund. Its almost going to be 2 months following up with paytm but they are fooling me by making different different statement on daily basis. Infact they are deleting my complaints from their app due to which i have to file a new complaint everytime. I am seriously fed up of all this now.

I order 4 movie ticket in city cinema beawar ajmer rajasthan. And when we go to cinema the owener said that all online tickets are cancelled by our side and you all will get full refund in your account in 72 hours. But its 4 days gone they didn't gave me my refund so please proceed my refund. Details are given below

I had order on paytm my order no is [protected] of 1299 inr on 25 october 2018 i had return my order on 30 october 2018 because worst quality of product but there is no refund made to me nor your customer service provided any solution to my complaint which is worst customer service in india and you have policy of 14 day refund but no refund had been done after a month so i please kindly request you to refund my money i had attached screenshots of product with this letter

I had a transaction of 10000 on[protected]:24 pm via paytm upi, balance was immediately cut from my account. The money that i sent money did not get the money and this thing has been over 2 days. Today is[protected]. But my problem has not been resolved yet. I have also been calling paytm upi customer care a lot time he is not solving my problem, please solve my problem quickly.

Sir, i did a movie ticket booking of ₹ 840 through paytm under cancellation protect policy of paytm worth ₹114. According to the policy, i did the cancellation before 3 hours of movie show time. Then, paytm notified me that my amount of ₹840 will be credit in account with in 24 hours. But, now the 24 hour is end. The amount not recieved in any type of credit. At least they should provide a better customer complaint helpline. Their helpline numbers never provides to talk any representative on their side. This type of fraudness should get punished by law. Because, the cash is also valuable for everyone even that a one rupee.

I was using my paytm wallet since the beginning, so many times i have done shopping, i dont know why the paytm account was blocked since last 4 months my account was not activated. so many times i have called paytm customer care and support numbers but no one is no picking the call and many times i have email to paytm team but no response, please kindly do the needful get it activate my paytm account

I had purchased wd external hard disk from paytm last year as per order#[protected], which is still under warranty. Unfortunately my disk stopped working and needs replacement. When i contacted wd support team, they said that the given hard disk was originally sold in china not in india, so warranty can't be given. I couldn't understand that if i bought my hard disk in india from paytm site and the invoice shows the seller is from gurgaon, india, then how come the product was originally sold in china instead of india? Wd support informed to contact your place of purchase to avail the warranty. I am following up on this from 1-nov-2018, please refer paytm complaint#94134806 and 95337722. Please help.

Please help me out with the torture that paytm/paytm mall is doing to me.
1: I placed an order for MI Redmi Note 5 Pro 6 GB/64 GB Gold on 29 th oct 2018 ( Cash on delivery)
2: the seller shipped me a used phone with broken seal and in the box all i recieved was a phone and charger ( Missing: warrenty card, user manual etc )
3: so i returened that phone and ordered a new one
4: For the new order i placed with paytm mall the seller shipped me a Red colour phone so i returned that as well
5: i was waiting for a gold colour phone from the seller and the prices for the phone increased by 3k from what i ordered
6: considering that Paytm messaged me about the new order that the seller doesnt have this phone in stock and he that they will cancel this order .
7: and they cancelled that order and asked me to wait for the refund which i recieved after 10 days .
8: however the orgnal order is still not refunded by paytm, they are just asking me to fill up the bank details again and again and asking me to wait for 14 working days ( Excluding saturday & Sunday & Goverment holidays )
9: i also waited for that long after filling up the bank details on ( 7th Nov{3 times}, 12th Nov {1}, 15th nov {Once}, 19th Nov{once, and 26 th Nov (once).
10: having done all of this i have been calling and speaking to the useless customer service and there supervisors every day with no results and they just asking me to wait .
11: i have had sever emails from PAYTM asking me to wait to get refunded and every time i have asked them to check the staus of refund they have either asked me to fill up the goole form with bank details or wait for 14 working days .
12: I am in stress and not sure who can help me with this issue as they have been harresing me since last month with my payments stuck i dont even have a phone and also my money is gone

Requesting you to please help me out with this issue ASAP.

I'm booked a ticket in IRCTC app through paytm as gateway . Where booking got cancelled and waited more than a month. Still there is no reply from paytm side .
They are cheating like anything. And they don't have a customer support team properly . They are replying for ten mail to once . Which is soo fedup . Top of everything they should keep customer care through call . We are interacting with money you are not as such big as notiionalist bank even though they have customer support. Please protest against paytm cheap customer service

And be aware that on IRCTC. don't prefer your transaction with paytm use some other ewallet who has customer care

I have got an e-mail today in my gmail account from an app named paytm that says it signed me up with my gmail address and setup a wallet for me too. I believe i have never signed up for anythin like this. I never heared of paytm either. I am surprised to see how an app can use my e-mail address without my consent & sign me up for something like this?
I am really concerned with google's privacy policy now.
