Hi, order no: [protected], we order the refrigerator worth 30599 on 3rd november and received the refrigerator on november 10th, we immediately called godrej customer care for the installation and demo, after 2 days, they opened the refrigerator and the godrej service found some of the parts under the refrigerator are bitten by rat, the wires and the paper work of refrigerator are bitten by rat and then they told us they will replace the part that is damaged, but we complained to the paytm customer care and they requested us to send photos to view the condition of the refrigerator, we have done the same, then later they asked us to send the photos of refrigerator with packing (Photo before the package is removed), we also sent them, then they accepted that we got a damaged one and but they raised a return request instead of replace, i request to replace the item instead of return, because it takes some much time to get the refund and get a new, instead i requested them for compensation regarding the same, please i request from your side to compensate me for the damaged product or replace with a new product.

Updated by Sundeepkris The letter is issued by godrej service executive, they came for the demo/installation of the new refrigerator, they opened the refrigerator for the installation and found damage inside the refrigerator, please check the attached image and do needful.
This creates a big hassle when booking tatkal tickets.
Kindly use mobi quik or anything else.
