I was using my paytm wallet since the beginning, so many times i have done shopping, i dont know why the paytm account was blocked since last 4 months my account was not activated. so many times i have called paytm customer care and support numbers but no one is no picking the call and many times i have email to paytm team but no response, please kindly do the needful get it activate my paytm account...

I'm booked a ticket in IRCTC app through paytm as gateway . Where booking got cancelled and waited more than a month. Still there is no reply from paytm side .
They are cheating like anything. And they don't have a customer support team properly . They are replying for ten mail to once . Which is soo fedup . Top of everything they should keep customer care through call . We are interacting with money you are not as such...

On 24th oct 2018, i made inr 328 throuhg netbanking through paytm gateway. The amount got debitted but the end merchand didn't recieve the amount. I waited for 7 working days for the ampunt but it was not credited back to icici account.
