I had booked a electric bag from paytm on 16th november 2018 and i received the wrong product which is bottle on 20th november 2018. Also the service which packaging is worst which seems that product is not handle properly by the authority. Paying online breaks the trust of the consumer. The product quantity was two but i received a single bottle which is wrong product. The photo of bottle is uploaded
RCTC refunded money on07.11.2018 in PAYTM m but I have not received in my bank account

    Dear sir/madam,
    On 14 november around 2:26am, amount of 590.51 was debited from my paytm wallet (Paytm i'd :[protected]) and was credited to the paytm i'd [protected].
    The amount was transferred without my concern.
    Also to bring to your notice i have not completed the kyc for my paytm account and as per paytm rules no money transfer can be done without completing kyc. Even though i had incomplete kyc status, the transaction was successful.

    It's almost 8 days, I haven't received any communication from the vendor.
    Mene 20 oct ko train ticket book kiye..but woh failed ho gaye...after that they told ur amount will be refunded within 14 days...but more than 20 days will over...but abhi tak refund nahi aaya...paytm ne fraud kiya hamare sath

      On 14th november, 02:26am one unrecognized transaction was done from my paytm i'd registered with phone number [protected].
      The amount of 590.51 was transferred to paytm account registered with number [protected]. Neither the number nor the user is known to me. I tried to seek help from paytm executives but it seems they are not willing to help.
      I order a product from paytm but the product was used before when i received the product the sea was open and the items received was not sealed and they rejected the prodct without returing to the seller and not refunding the money
      i cant do it because the paytm is disturbing and not refunding money

          I booked 6 sleeper tickets of train 12920 (Malwa express) between ldh (Ludhiana) to ndls (New delhi) railway station on 18/11/18 for 28/01/2019 with reference id-[protected]. I paid the amount of 1227.99 inr from my paytm wallet and it got deducted instantly but the booking is still pending because of pending bank confirmation.

                  I have book one LG TV 80CM (32iNCH) 32LK526BPTA HD Ready LED TV Rs 20900/- with 6270 cash back offer, actual cost 14630/- of order No- [protected] on 12 Oct 2018 and they given me delivery time on 23 Oct 2018.
                  On 25 Oct 2018, when Installation Guys Open the TV box and found it's damaged. He completely destroyed my sentiments to celebrate the festival along with my family with this product.
                  Immediately I Informed and request the team Paytm to replace the damage product but they replied me that their is no replacement policy only provide the refund of damaged product. I accept their policy and agree to refund the amount besides to sentiments.
                  On 29 Oct 2018 Team Paytm confirmed me through mail as well as Massage on Mabile ([protected]) that your request is approved.
                  I have called so many times to their call center[protected] and mail, so that he refund the amount so that i enjoy my sentiments with New product on and before Dhanteras (5 Nov 2018). but 09 Nov 2018 my return request cancelled with out any inform, we again call to call center and write the mail regarding cancel reason. paytm team toll me our Delhi very team replied we are not ready to return.its false update. but i am Continuously chasing the team Paytm to return the product and refund my amount, again paytm team my request approve on dated 12 nov 2018,
                  But 13 Nov 2018 again my request cancelled with out any reason,
                  Kindly help to support us and provide my refund on urgent basis.
                  I will provide you all the mail given by Paytm.. if you required.
                  Plz find damaged product Pics for your reference.

                    I have bought a product from Paytm Mall through Paytm mobile app. As there is issue with size, I have returned the product and requested for refund. Order Number is [protected] and purchased on 05/11/2018. The order was picked up from me long time back but refund was not done. The refund amount was Rs.545. I tried calling to their customer care, but was not working. Kindly check on this issue and return my money immediately.

                      I have booked ticket and paid through paytm but on 2nd november i have canciled my ticket but till now i have not received my money. I tried calling paytm bit there is no reply from them.

                      The amount should refunded of rupee 320
                      The status is showing that it is refunded but it is not credited by paytm.
                      Please I am waiting for paytm refund

                      I have 3 times recharged but there was only done one time also cut balance 2 times refund to me

                        Order [protected]. I have ordered a product from paytm and the product received is different from actual and it’s not even working. I have raised return. They accepted it and now rejected it saying product is tampered. They haven’t even visited!! How can they reject it without inspecting? Now i tried to reach to paytm cc 1st call they said servers down. 2nd call disconnected saying you are in queue for a long time. 3rd call disconnected saying am i audible? And then continuously muting and unmuting. Is this type of customer service even possible?

                        Paytm responded and said they will visit this time. But, seller rejected again without visiting for the pickup and doing quality check. Escalated same to paytm again and they said they will take the concern. It’s better not to encourage these type of sellers. Seller name: RM Enterprise

                          I am md tauqueer alam, the mobile honor 9 lite 64gb glacier grey has been ordered on 03/11/2018, its delivery date was 10/11/2018 but it is 17/11/2018 still the product did not deliver to me. I comp lent three times but by the care it is said that the product will be delivered till 8 pm but they told a lies to me. So my request is if you are able to do your job than do otherwise leave. Don't take pretend.
                          I complaint two times but not resolved my issue & I call paytm care hold my 30mint not help paytm care please solve my instantly

                            I placed an order for 2.1 multimedia speaker named iball tarang on "paytm"on 3-november-2018 from a seller name "o three" and got the delivery of product on 8-november-2018 on opening the box it turns out that the product they sent me was a damaged one and the damage was not in transit becouse the seller sent me and old damaged product. After that i placed for an replacement on the same day and my damaged product was picked by their courier partner and today on 17- november-2018 i have received my replacment which is also turn out to be an old and damaged product. So my request is to help me out with this fraudal activity of paytm i have not placed for an replacement again because they will again send me an old product. This is really an harassment to a customer. Paytm customer service is very bad they don't had email id or a proper contact number because all they do is put the customer on wait and no one picks the call or resolve the problem.

                            It is been 3 days since my complaint has been forwarded to paytm by cosumercomplaints.in and i still have not got a single sms, call, or email from paytm regarding my issue. Guess they don't ever fear of any law. Paytm is the worst company i've ever dealt with

                            As of today that is 21/11/2018 i request for an return of my order and they approved but they are showing rs 0 to be refunded i have paid 2099rs for my order from which i got 420rs of chasback as per and offer so the refundable amount should be 1679rs but they are showing 0rs

                            Its been more than 4 days since my product was picked up for return and i still have not got any refund paytm has no customer support on their customer care number no one picks up any call. I guess i am gonna have to go for court as no one is resolving my problem being a customer who paid for the product and service i am being harassed

                            Today its 29/11/2018 and i still have not got my refund. My patience is about to end and i am going to beat the crap out they ### bloody fraud company named PAYTM these ### wants to compete Amazon and Flipkart but they are not even 1% of them . PAYTM has no customer support at all bloody ### these people need to die for ### with customers harassing the customers whole internet is full of their frauds . So if i am not going to get my refund in 24 hours then i am going to legal court to beat the ### of bloody PAYTM people. 1st these ### send broken used products to customers then they don't even refund the money of customer if customer tries to contact these stupid ### on their so called paid customer support number they won't even pick the call. Why the hell do i need to waste my money to talk to them. PAYTM doesn't know that but as per law they can not even operate with proper tollfree CUSTOMER CARE number and without any support email. Even after entering my NEFT Data i am not getting my money back. Its been more than a week they took the product and i am still getting harassed to get my money back.

                            As of Today i still haven't got my momey back and no one is of any help finally i get to talk on PAYTM CUSTOMER CARE and all they have to say is to wait. Actually we indians think we are better than US UK etc but the reality is we ### people are years behind of them because of stupid law system in our country when a normal man is being harassed there is no hope of getting any sort of help from anyone. And i am done with this crap PAYTM people u can take me money coz you are not going to last for more than year that is what i feel. Even consumer cares are of no help. Anyways thanx to all the departments for doung nothing.
                            I won 1000 rs in paytm 4 question answer right. Also Share link on whatapp 10 frainds and paytm partners app install as per requirement in terms n and conditions. but after that I have not transfers any payment my paytm wallet.

                              I want to say that your delivery boy named mr. Vinod kumar
                              M. No. [protected] is of very rude nature. He behaves very rudely with us.
                              He teases us by many ways like he himself cancelled our ordered products or located us unavailable. Which resultant cancellation of our product.
                              When we used to make contact him
                              He refuse to take our calls or talking rudely or sometimes using offensive language.
                              I do hope that concerned authority will take initiate action so that in future we will not have to suffer from such inconveniences.

                              I dont know why i havent disclosed the passwprd or used unauthorized way to use paytm...im not a dispute..i think someone semt me this amount and it got blocked for some reason.. I dont know why...plz help me in recovering my money🙏
                              Cancel my order by there own and not refunding money back in hurry delay in it and not getting proper response form them and my money importance

Till it is not refunded and paytm helpline no do not respond call after waiting minimum 20 minutes. Please help me to get refund of rs 968.

                                    I have ordered a philips ear phone my patm ID [protected] of Rs. 399.00. In that order there was 200.00 cashback, I didn't get this amount up till now.

                                    There is a another issue on 11/11/2018 I have ordered 4 pcs hand bag pack and high vaste panty. It was online payment and till now I have not received my order.

                                    This paytm app is also not showing order status.

                                    Please look on this matter on prior basis.
