I am complaining again and again
Nobody picks my call at custome care center
Please help me i have been trying for so long now. They dont even chat properly on 24*7 care. Please tell me when willi get my refund. This is not a good experience for me. Please help me out

I got a call from [protected] on 8th nov 2018 telling that you have selected for lucky winners regarding your purchase done in past and then they told me the gift for what i am selected for and they are television, i phone 7, laptop and gold ornamen. But they told me to get this gift you have to do purchase for 3000 from paytm wallet and then they given me one number [protected] telling this is paytm mall registered no and then i have placed a order of 3394 woodland shoe and sended the amt in given no

But after sending amt i was not able to see any order placed in my paytm app. Next day again i got a call from same department no is [protected] and [protected] today on 11th nov 2018. He was asking some gst for my gift then i refused to pay i told them them i dont want any product pls refund my amt soon and they stopped replying disconnecting phn. So please help me to get my amt back…

Sir, i believed them because they mentioned my name and the product price and name of my last purchase made from paytm with the date. How did they know about it? Payment was made from paytm wallet, so can the address be found? Plrase help since i have been using paytm for a long time.

Current status : god knows where is the order/ packet.

This product we had ordered to gift daughter on 31-oct-2018 and requested to deliver on or before 31-oct-18. We didn’t receive any response them. And waited till their assured deliver date (06-nov-18) thinking at least we can give gift for diwali to daughter as we missed the birthday due paytm irresponsiveness. It wasn’t deliver on 06-nov-2018 and still don’t know the status of the order.

We have been continuously following up with paytm (Sent 7-8 emails) regarding status of the order as the assured delivery date (06-nov-2018) is already gone, but they have not courtesy to respond back and provide the status. When checked with the delivery agency, they have informed that order delivery party has not handed over the physical order to them.

Tried calling to the official paytm customer care numbers but none of them are working or they are changed/ wrong.

I have sent at least 7-8 emails to paytm’s customer care/ service head/ grievance cell email ids. Most of them bounced back and not received any proper response for my any of the emails.

On dated 15/10/18 i had received the "shree wow women crepe solid straight pink" and another order "fasion turner digital prints kurtis". But gave return request to the paytm and same was picked the product 25/10/18.

Henceforth after waiting for 07 days i have not gotten any type of response from paytm regarding my refund.

As mode of transaction was cod hence i had to mention bank account details for neft transaction within 24 hours but same was not executed within 24 hours as earlier i was not aware for the same. Now the same option at paytm app is closed not accessible.

For above query i called more than 50 times to customer care executives (No.[protected]) on daily basis but the call is being kept on hold aprox for 30 minutes but no one answering me and no connection established.

Please response on my query and immediately refund my amount.

Order no. Is [protected], earlier i was placed return on 02.11.2018 within return period but no pickup was arranged, i was wait and contact to paytm help centre but not given any authentic solution.

I want to return said product due to bad audio quality, that problem was also mentioned while the aoc customer executicve wants to feedback.

I have faced problem for returning that product, i dont want that product.

The customer support is playing some kind of dirty game. Am not getting my product replaced or refunded even the product is delivered to them and tgey are delaying it. And no response is getting for my mails. Messaged. Calls. The mails are not delivering now. I dont know what tgey have made to my numbers mail ids. But for sure am not able to contact them through my registered cintacts

I purchased an item from paytm mall and it said it is worth rs 1052 but when i received the item, invoice only said its worth only rs 501. So i tried calling their callcentre to clarify but to my surprise, it never gets connected and at end of just ivr recording they would say i would get a callback and callback would just come once and disconnect. I then you keep on trying them again with no end result.

Firstly false advertising and then no contact with contact centre. This should be taken up to the court. I want quick response to this.

I returned my product and after that i fill the form of bank details to receive the refund money but later I received a message saying that my bank details were wrong and there was a link to refill the form. But the link was expired. And I'm unable to give my bank details again.

Purchased laptop during 'maha cashback sale'. They gave ₹5000 worth coupon code in which ₹1200 was for laptop.

In t&c they mentioned 1. Offer is applicable on only one product.
2. Minimum order value mustbe ₹250.

But when i tried applying the promocode under category 'laptop bag' it didn't webt through.

They i contacted paytm customer support and they told me that the promocode apply only on selected product and they provided me the link.

Now, my concern is
1. If it has to apply only on selected product then why it was not mention in t&c?
2. How people going to know that which product to buy?
3. Every customer has to contact customer support to apply the promocode?

Ii want to change my shipping adress of a product #[protected] to pincode 193201 skaust k wadura sopore...bcoz the delivery is late not expecting this.

I have ordered nikon camera with below description, (Nikon d3400 d-zoom kit (Af-p dx nikkor 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6g vr + af-p dx nikkor 70-300mm f/4.5-6.3g ed vr) 24.2 mp dslr camera (Black) + bag + 16gb memory card,)

But after delivery i have got only camera body and 18-55 mm lens, they not provided not 70-300 mm lens and memory card along with it, return policy is available still i am not able to click return button in it, and nobody receiving call from paytm and seller partner, i have video prof while unboxing the delivery

Dear sir i am sanjoy a 75% locomotor disable person depending upon online shopping and cheated many times but most of the time you helped me to give me justice and i got my refund sir i booked 5kg atta from paytm mall on dt 22/10/2018 having order id [protected] and paid rs350/ for this (Rs200/ from paytm wallet and rs150/ from my bank account) also got message from bank that rs150/debited to your account*2600 from pos-one97 communication on dt[protected] but paytm customer care telling he has not receive money i am enclosing the bank statement here please help me previously many times paytm done like this but all the time i got the refund due to your interference this time also please help me god will help you.

Please note this Paytm no.-[protected]. This is the fraud person using my firm-Pinky Wines as his company and defrauding online users thereby causing grievance for us and our customers. Please take stringent action and nab him down. I have also complained to the Police. Some of my customers have fallen for the trap. It’s going on for few weeks now. I am sure even they must have complained the same. Please help us provide the fraud person’s KYC details. Thanks.

I booked one air ticket from PayTm Application, due to their system error final ticket was generated of next month. Luckily I had screen shot of what I booked but people were not ready to accept system or human error of their end. Later I had to pay more than double for trip. They are fooling people.
