I ordered [protected] (Wireless bluetooth earphones) on 26th march, and returned order by paytm mall, but paytm mall did not refunded me on paytm amount paid for the order (Rs 145/-) insetad sent me exchanged without my,, i never wanted exchanged but want refund.

I ahve written to paytm but paytm and paytm mall, but no one has resolved and addressed the emails sinec last week... My brand new wireless instrument in unopened and sealed is ready to be picked up for return by paytm.
My partner send money but not received I'm send sender and receiver transaction I'm waiting for money plz solve
I recently attempted to pay for my SBI policy premium through Paytm.I tried multiple times but the transaction was not successful.Although the amount of Rs 44000 was deducted from my bank account but all the transactions failed.The screenshot of the message and the bank copy for the transaction are attached with this complaint.Kindly help me out.

    Dear Sir,

    A sum of Rs.837.29 was debited to my Axis Bank account vide reference number[protected] for IRCTC ticket booking on 8 12 2018. IRCTC confirmed as ticket not booked due to failed transaction whereas the amount was promptly debited to my account. When contacted Axis Bank, they provided me the above reference number with a request to contact you as they have paid the amount to you and the amount from you did not reach IRCTC and they did not book the ticket.

    Hence please arrange refund of Rs.837.29 immediately and confirm.

      I was booking a railway tkt thru irctc app on 9.12.2018 around 21.30 hrs. Payment of rs 1351.80 was made from my icici bank account thru your portal. The amount was not redirected to irctc and ticket was not booked. It does not show even in the failed transactions list of irctc site. Payment ref is onl[protected]/irctc l. Kindly get my amount refunded to my bank account.

          Hi my name is praveen i have not revived the product but showing the status as delivered please review and advice wat is the wrong i will give u the awb [protected] and mobile delivered person number is srinivas mobile no [protected] when i call to the delivery person he is disconnecting the call really i felt frustration wat kind of worst service u pepl r giving if my problem is not resolved surely i'm gonna file a case on blue dart and i'll publish in all social media
          I had refused to take the product on 7 December but not updated in my order status & not refunding OD [protected] and second Product was Wrong item delivered to me OD [protected] so, I want my money back.

          At the time of order and in delevery sheet also written bluetooth speaker... but delever that particular model, but it is a normal speaker its total fraud

            I returned 2 t-shirts on paytm on october and still till today i haven't received my refund of 250 ₹ from paytm. I complaint about in there website but still haven't received any kind of help from them.
            There customer service is also lame.
            No customer service executive is available every time i dial there number.
            I have provided all the details of my bank account to them still i didn't get my refund.
            Please do something.
            Hi I ordered in paytm. The order number is [protected] date is 16th nov 2018. When I checked in website or shoes delivered but it is actually not delivered to me. I contacted Customer Care over email. But they are not caring to my query. Please help me in revising this by giving back my money or product.

                Irctc has refunded the money plz find the transaction id [protected] for the same. But the amount had not refunded into my paytm account. Its almost 10 days before done from irctc side yet its not came into my paytm account. I just want to know how much more time will it take to refund this transaction.

                  Paytmmall order id [protected] of samsung galaxy s9 plus 6 gb|128 gb coral blue total value rs 68, 900.00 has been collected by delivery person of bluedart. I had shared all delivery proof with paytm yet neither paytm is giving cash back nor order is showing as delivered. Rather than deliver, they are showing the order as cancelled to extortion of more money.

                    I placed an order on 7/12/2018 which i later cancelled on the same date, bcz of its late arrival. But its been more than 48hrs and the cancellation request is not accepted as it only shows that your cancel request is pending.
                    Neither i got any refund yet.
                    What irritated me the customer care, where i ended up calling them more than 10 times, they just say, wait our executive will be back shortly and they made me wait for more than 40mins on each call.
                    Neither the paytm offer us an email complaint resolution mechanism so that we can access them with our complaints.

                    Kindly provide me solutions as to what should i do now..

                    This fraud company called paytm is defrauding the public like such cheating..kindly help me out, i am going to register an FIR

                      I had processed payment of rs. 9200/- in favour of institute of chartered accountants of india from my state bank of india debit card on 30/11/2018.. Transaction id is-sbipg[protected]icaipaytm mumbai

                      I was to get acknowledgement number of payment from institute of chartered accountants of india but screen showed transaction failed while my bank account no. [protected] has been debited by rs. 9200/-

                      Kindly arrange onward payment to icai or refund to my bank account as above.

                        How many days it will take to give refund to its trusted customers

                            I purchased a product order no [protected] from paytm mall and due to wrong color sent by them i returned it on 3 rd november 2018.
                            Today is 7 december. Dont know they will give it or not.
                            I am calling them since their time limit of 14 working days.
                            Its almost more than one month. This kind of thing is not expected from paytm.
                            I am really dissapoint with the behaiour of paytm to transfer money.
                            I request paytm to tranfer my money regarding order no [protected].

                              I recently booked an air ticket through paytm application for 27 dec, 2018. Later on i had to cancel this ticket and i did it in almost 4-5 hours as i had to book the ticket of 27 nov, 2018. Now the problem is that the air company always refund the whole paid amount on cancellation, if done within 24 hours. But paytm has not done so and on the name of airline, they have deducted a huge portion of rs 3675 out of 5771 and i have only received rs 1827. So, i hereby request you to look into this matter and reimburse my whole amount to my account.

                                I had a complaint against the excess deduction from my account one week ago but still i had not received any massage from your end.
                                Sir, i had paid a bill of rs. 1009/- on 06/10/2018 and amount had been deducted from my sbi bank a/c no. [protected], but the same amount had been deducted five more time (5) on 08/10/2018m, and on 12/10/2018 only one time i got 1009/- amount refund from your end, but the remaining amount i want to get bank to my account. Kindly look in to the matter and refund the amount at the earliest.

                                  I wanted to inform you that i had paid the bill of my act fibernet on 29.11.2018 at 2:59 pm of rs.1198/- from my hdfc bank credit card.

                                  It got deducted from my credit card account but it didnt got credited to act fibernet account.

                                  On asked from hdfc call centre they informed that the money (1198/-) has been debited here and it must be lying with paytm as it has not been transferred to act fibernet account.

                                  My transaction id is paytmapp1118554.

                                    I had Ordered a TAG HBS-730 In-the-ear Wireless headphone through PayTM Mall (Order No.-[protected])on Nov, 28 2018 which When delivered found below par in quality.Then I Immediately call the company for the replacement. But after the replacement I was delivered a wrong product, which is totally different one from which I got at first place. when I am trying to contact Customer Care they don't even responded.
                                    Now all I want is to return this product and get the full refund of my money

                                      This is to inform you that whenever I book rail tickets on IRCTC app there is only one payment gate way which is yours and every time whenever I book tickets my amount gets deducted from my account and ticket is not booked. Also the Paytm does not refund the amount to the customers. They are cheating by looting such money in India. Pakka Fraud company.

                                        I had done a transaction of 4350 from my paytm account (606 from paytm account and 3744 rs from Citi bank credit card and it failed. I got a msg from paytm that the money is credited back but i didnt get it. So I didnt another payment of 4350 through SBI credit card and it was sucessful. But i didnt receive the amount for failed transaction . When I rasied this concern the Costumer case executive told that the transaction failed and later its succeeded so its done. I have wasted 500rs for call and around 20 hours for this. But later on they told me to contact the vender bookmydth.com, they told me its not related to them, please help me to resolve the same. it has been almost 3 years.
