I purchased a product order no [protected] from paytm mall and due to wrong color sent by them i returned it on 3 rd november 2018.
Today is 7 december. Dont know they will give it or not.
I am calling them since their time limit of 14 working days.
Its almost more than one month. This kind of thing is not expected from paytm.
I am really dissapoint with the behaiour of paytm to transfer money.

I recently booked an air ticket through paytm application for 27 dec, 2018. Later on i had to cancel this ticket and i did it in almost 4-5 hours as i had to book the ticket of 27 nov, 2018. Now the problem is that the air company always refund the whole paid amount on cancellation, if done within 24 hours. I wanted to inform you that i had paid the bill of my act fibernet on 29.11.2018 at 2:59 pm of rs.1198/- from my hdfc bank credit card.

It got deducted from my credit card account but it didnt got credited to act fibernet account.

This is to inform you that whenever I book rail tickets on IRCTC app there is only one payment gate way which is yours and every time whenever I book tickets my amount gets deducted from my account and ticket is not booked. Also the Paytm does not refund the amount to the customers. They are cheating by looting such money in India. Pakka Fraud company....

I've sold my elgold on paytm worth rs. 1200 and instructed them to transfer my fund to my bank account but they transferred to some another bank account. After submitting the complaint they accepted that they transferred fund to wrong account and requested me for correct bank details. After around one month now they raised their hand saying bank refused to refund the wrong transaction. This is ridiculous....

There was no linking/self-authorization to getwoo dating app with my paytm account. Even then, getwoo did the renewal of my subscription on Dec 5 without asking for my authorization, due to which i lost 300 rupees from my paytm a/c.

On 26th oct, i made a payment of rs 2000 using my paytm. The payment got denied and the got deducted from my account. I contacted paytm and they told me that they have refunded the money to bank, but the bank clearly denied of any such refund. Sir, i did a movie ticket booking of ₹ 840 through paytm under cancellation protect policy of paytm worth ₹114. According to the policy, i did the cancellation before 3 hours of movie show time. Then, paytm notified me that my amount of ₹840 will be credit in account with in 24 hours. But, now the 24 hour is end. The amount not recieved in any type of credit.
