I am making this complaint to this forum because paytm has no any such facility to make a written complaint and the customer care number they have provided is not helping as i have tried the same so many times and every time i got the same message is our customer care agent is busy and will attend you shortly and i has loss money by waiting the customer care agent but not succeeded to talk the agent (If they have any).

I am vijay munde i am live in pune maharashtra i am user paytm payment bank since 1 year I constantly use any transaction paytm.. recently[protected] i sent money phone pe use ..sumeet babanagre the amount of money 500 ..There is note at transaction successful ...but Money debited didn't get to the receiver.. so may saicere request into this matter... I made a train ticket booking in IRCTC and made a payment of Rs. 3711.80. This amount got debited to my Axis Bank account for IRCTC ticket on 10 12 2018. With reference to my earlier complaint (ID: 2127784), and after much anguish, Paytm offered me two PromoCodes UPPJHATC4EK2 and WH9PVHLVG2WF, and said that these can be used to pay electricity bills, before Dec 31. Each would entitle me to a cashback of maximum of Rs. 1500. So, in November, I successfully used UPPJHATC4EK2 and I got a cashback of Rs. 1500. During the same month I tried to use WH9PVHLVG2WF and it kept on giving an error. So...

I had ordered an earphone (Tagg Inferno Bluetooth headset), Order ID - [protected], seller name - VSM India Enterprises. Today I received it. But the seal of the box was already broken. There was no headset. Only the box. I had never expected such type of fraudulence from Paytm. I think there's nothing I can do to get my product. I've called Paytm helpline. They said they'll investigate the matter and call me later.

Return & policy defective item replaced with in 7 days whereas i received defective items and launch return policy reference. I booked water ao smith geyser order placed while received defective product and launch complaint replacement/return and many times complaint by mail and not contact to telephone and after 11 days past return has been rejected....

I have requested paytm to revert the amount sent wrongly to[protected] and after it was sent i called to that number to revert me back money and it was not picked and request made through paytm app to send money which was declined. I am completely helpless as i transferred amount from paytm wallet not from bank.. No chance of stopping transaction from bank. Paytm needs to be active and get my money back from that person....

I ordered [protected] (Wireless bluetooth earphones) on 26th march, and returned order by paytm mall, but paytm mall did not refunded me on paytm amount paid for the order (Rs 145/-) insetad sent me exchanged without my,, i never wanted exchanged but want refund.

I ahve written to paytm but paytm and paytm mall, but no one has resolved and addressed the emails sinec last week... My brand new wireless instrument in unopened and...

I was booking a railway tkt thru irctc app on 9.12.2018 around 21.30 hrs. Payment of rs 1351.80 was made from my icici bank account thru your portal. The amount was not redirected to irctc and ticket was not booked. It does not show even in the failed transactions list of irctc site. Payment ref is onl[protected]/irctc l. Kindly get my amount refunded to my bank account.

I returned 2 t-shirts on paytm on october and still till today i haven't received my refund of 250 ₹ from paytm. I complaint about in there website but still haven't received any kind of help from them.
There customer service is also lame.
No customer service executive is available every time i dial there number.
I have provided all the details of my bank account to them still i didn't get my refund.

Irctc has refunded the money plz find the transaction id [protected] for the same. But the amount had not refunded into my paytm account. Its almost 10 days before done from irctc side yet its not came into my paytm account. I just want to know how much more time will it take to refund this transaction.

Paytmmall order id [protected] of samsung galaxy s9 plus 6 gb|128 gb coral blue total value rs 68, 900.00 has been collected by delivery person of bluedart. I had shared all delivery proof with paytm yet neither paytm is giving cash back nor order is showing as delivered. Rather than deliver, they are showing the order as cancelled to extortion of more money....

I placed an order on 7/12/2018 which i later cancelled on the same date, bcz of its late arrival. But its been more than 48hrs and the cancellation request is not accepted as it only shows that your cancel request is pending.
Neither i got any refund yet.
What irritated me the customer care, where i ended up calling them more than 10 times, they just say, wait our executive will be back shortly and they made me wait for more...

I had processed payment of rs. 9200/- in favour of institute of chartered accountants of india from my state bank of india debit card on 30/11/2018.. Transaction id is-sbipg[protected]icaipaytm mumbai

I was to get acknowledgement number of payment from institute of chartered accountants of india but screen showed transaction failed while my bank account no. [protected] has been debited by rs. 9200/-

I gave bank details for refund on 30 october 2018
Again they ask me bank details after 30 days on 1 december 2018
How many days it will take to give refund to its trusted customers

Paytm should take care of every query and help out customers so that we buy more n more...
