      I have ordered prepaid skybags jive 56 cm soft trolley blue on dtd 28/11/2018. One message sent on my mobile on dtd. 04/12/2018, that it will deliver by ramu kumar rajak mobile no.-[protected]. Order id-[protected].. But till date item is not delivered on my address...& ramu kumar rajak is also not responsing.. Than after on 9/12/2018.. I have complaint for refund my money & return the item where it is delivered because it shows item is delivered.. So plz.. Solve my problem & refund my money otherwise i will complaint against you in nearest police station against case of frauding by paytm...

        I ordered a product on paytm on 15th oct 2018 on cash on delievary. At first they provided me the wrong product, thereafter i retured and asked for my refund, then they said me to provide my bank details. I provided them with the same but i didn't get my refund. Then i provided them my paytm payments bank detail and they sent a verification message that my bank has been verified and i'll receive my refund soon. But even about two months of refund initiation i haven't received my refund. Plz help me to get my refund and be strict against such frauds.

          I booked the ticket on PAYTM at the date 12/12/2018 at 08 am. I have booked the ticket from Pune to Malegaon at Rs 42.00 and PAYTM denied to give me the ticket and the bus driver called me that ticket has been cancelled and now they are saying is like the ticket fare is suddenly increase and they cancelled my ticket unexpectedly . I have to go to my hometown for serious family problem
          and I have patient-less morning and evening this time they are not co-operating a single moment in the phone call the rude behavior of bus agency towards their customer it just like an mental harassment towards their costumer .

(Promocode: LAPTOP9). i got rs2590 as cashback and some personalized promo-codes has been given to buy a laptop bag on which rs1200 will be get as cashback. i have tried on all products enlisting as laptop bags but this coupon applies on none. this issue should be resolved ASAP as it is applicable till 31st dec 2018. i have attached the mailed promo code sent on my email. the paytm account is with no [protected].

            My order 6695895685 is not receive the order.but show order delivery .No help from Paytm.My order delivery time was 10/12/18.But 7/12/18 is showing delivery.
            So, I want to take my total amount of penalty from the company. Please help me.
            I was making a payment for XGMT application through Paytm Moble Solutions and my payment was declined for the application but the amount i.e 3, 958.50 was deducted from my account .Kindly refund back the amount.

All the thing they say is there executives are busy with other customers. So please take my complaint and please refund my money

                  Dear mam/sir, i am very disappointed with my experience with paytm.com. This is my first purchase on paytm.com. Please find the details which i raised to your customer care executive,
                  As i received the laptop i would like to mention that i received the defective product from your end with the defect "laptop does not power on with battery" and "amber light flickering with ac power cable connected means battery not charging at all". I reported the issue to your customer care executive that i received a defective item. And i try to return it the page on paytm app is not showing any return related questions and how can i return this product, my complaint no is[protected] as per your return policy mentioned while purchasing i am eligible for return/replacement of the defective product. This is my very first experience with the paytm.com. Further, let me mention to you that i online buyer from flipkart, infebeam and snapdeal for electronics item and i found their customer support to be very good and i got replacement / refund of my money against return of defective product as per the return/replacement policy.in view of this i would like to have return/replacement of the laptop supplied to me by paytm.com and refund of the money i paid for the purchase of laptop. Looking forward for favourable reply from you, it is very clear from terms and condition of paytm.com that i should get return of defective item received from paytm.com. I followed the procedure of reporting the issue however no response on relpacement/return of defective item is received from paytm.com. I paid through debit card. I look forward that my complaint gets resolved and i get replacement of defective laptop or return of defective laptop with refund money.

                    I am making this complaint to this forum because paytm has no any such facility to make a written complaint and the customer care number they have provided is not helping as i have tried the same so many times and every time i got the same message is our customer care agent is busy and will attend you shortly and i has loss money by waiting the customer care agent but not succeeded to talk the agent (If they have any).
                    I have ordered some items from paytm mall and the first order was placed on 14/11/18 but not delivered and the order was cancelled by paytm themselves and the refund was processed immediately.
                    Again i was order one cotton trouser from paytm and paid the amount advance on 02/12/18 and the status shown that the order was placed and will dispatch on 05/12/18 and will deliver on 08/12/18. On 5/12/18 the status showed that the seller is not delivered the material timely and they will initiate penalty if the same is not dispatched after one more day. The next day i. E. On 06/12/18 the penalty clause was not showing and just saying that the item will dispatch on 5/12/18 and will be delivered on 08/12/18. I tried to contact through customer care no. [protected] but the main problem is you have to call on your registered mobile no (It is not toll free) and after losing rs. 25/- i failed to contact a customer care agent as every time it says all agents are busy.
                    On 08/12/18 the status is showing that the item will dispatch and will be delivered on 08/12/18 and i cancelled the order and the very second the refund was credited to my paytm account. I think they are waiting the order cancelled by me.
                    I have booked one more item vide order no. [protected] after paying the advance amount and the dispatch date was 08/12/18 and on that date the status was showing that the seller is not despatched the material timely and they will initiate penalty if the same is not dispatched after one more day. After passing the grace period again the status i. E. Even on 10/12/18 showing that the material will dispatch on 08/12/18 and will reach to me on 11/12/18. On 11/12/18 morning they have cancelled my order and the advance payment has been refunded.
                    Finally one order no. [protected] was placed on 05/12/18 for one foot pump for bike, cycle etc. And the material received was in damaged condition i. E. The pressure meter was not working and the very next day i have returned the material to the seller and got the refund on 10/12/18.
                    This is the last 04 orders placed by me after giving advance payment. If they are not having the material or could not deliver the same at that price then why they are advertising and making problems to customer.
                    What action is taking by paytm to the default suppliers and what benefit is forwarding to the customer who suffered.

                      I am vijay munde i am live in pune maharashtra i am user paytm payment bank since 1 year I constantly use any transaction paytm.. recently[protected] i sent money phone pe use ..sumeet babanagre the amount of money 500 ..There is note at transaction successful ...but Money debited didn't get to the receiver.. so may saicere request into this matter...                         I made a train ticket booking in IRCTC and made a payment of Rs. 3711.80. This amount got debited to my Axis Bank account for IRCTC ticket on 10 12 2018. IRCTC confirmed as ticket not booked due to failed transaction whereas the amount was promptly debited to my account. When contacted Axis Bank, they provided me the reference number:[protected] with a request to contact you as they have paid the amount to you and the amount from you did not reach IRCTC and they did not book the ticket.

                        Tried reaching to you on +[protected] & +[protected] and also tried on Paytm help desk, I could not reach you all.

                        There is absolutely no clear contact no given any where. I do not know how a customer will be confident in doing such transactions if we are clueless on where to contact for such issues.

                        Request you to arrange refund of Rs.3711.8 immediately and confirm.

                          With reference to my earlier complaint (ID: 2127784), and after much anguish, Paytm offered me two PromoCodes UPPJHATC4EK2 and WH9PVHLVG2WF, and said that these can be used to pay electricity bills, before Dec 31. Each would entitle me to a cashback of maximum of Rs. 1500. So, in November, I successfully used UPPJHATC4EK2 and I got a cashback of Rs. 1500. During the same month I tried to use WH9PVHLVG2WF and it kept on giving an error. So I wrote to them and told them about it. They did not respond. I kept on writing; and finally they responded saying that the second promocode can be applied in December. So I tried using it last week. And it failed again. Now, I have been writing to them over and over again and they refuse to respond.

                          Most of the time, the Paytm officers do not read and try to understand what the problem; so I have to keep on repeating my story. So here is the background once again.

                          In Order order [protected], the promo code (it was a different promo code, not mentioned in my email below) did not get applied due to some problem with the app. SO, Paytm had given me 2 special promo codes AFTER Order [protected] was fulfilled, due to a problem at your end. These codes are UPPJHATC4EK2 and WH9PVHLVG2WF. I was told that I can use both to pay electricity bills UPTO Dec 31 for a cashack of Rs. 1500 per promo code (and a total of Rs. 3000 as cutback). I could successfully use UPPJHATC4EK2 (see the attachment below) and the cutback was credited. However I could not use WH9PVHLVG2WF to pay another electricity bill (see the failed attempt attachment).

                          For nearly 2 months now, Paytm has harassed me mentally, and I think it is about time they pay me Rs. 10 lacs as mental harassment cost.

                            I had ordered an earphone (Tagg Inferno Bluetooth headset), Order ID - [protected], seller name - VSM India Enterprises. Today I received it. But the seal of the box was already broken. There was no headset. Only the box. I had never expected such type of fraudulence from Paytm. I think there's nothing I can do to get my product. I've called Paytm helpline. They said they'll investigate the matter and call me later.
                            I know what's exactly going to happen. They'll ask if I have any proof. They might say that they don't believe me. I don't think I'll ever get my product. please, someone tell me what should I do now.

                              Return & policy defective item replaced with in 7 days whereas i received defective items and launch return policy reference. I booked water ao smith geyser order placed while received defective product and launch complaint replacement/return and many times complaint by mail and not contact to telephone and after 11 days past return has been rejected.

                                I have requested paytm to revert the amount sent wrongly to[protected] and after it was sent i called to that number to revert me back money and it was not picked and request made through paytm app to send money which was declined. I am completely helpless as i transferred amount from paytm wallet not from bank.. No chance of stopping transaction from bank. Paytm needs to be active and get my money back from that person. No person has right to use the amount which was placed in his account wrongfully. It's illegal.
                                Paytm need to respond and got t my money back.

                                  I ordered [protected] (Wireless bluetooth earphones) on 26th march, and returned order by paytm mall, but paytm mall did not refunded me on paytm amount paid for the order (Rs 145/-) insetad sent me exchanged without my,, i never wanted exchanged but want refund.

                                  I ahve written to paytm but paytm and paytm mall, but no one has resolved and addressed the emails sinec last week... My brand new wireless instrument in unopened and sealed is ready to be picked up for return by paytm.

                                  I recently attempted to pay for my SBI policy premium through Paytm.I tried multiple times but the transaction was not successful.Although the amount of Rs 44000 was deducted from my bank account but all the transactions failed.The screenshot of the message and the bank copy for the transaction are attached with this complaint.Kindly help me out.

                                    A sum of Rs.837.29 was debited to my Axis Bank account vide reference number[protected] for IRCTC ticket booking on 8 12 2018. IRCTC confirmed as ticket not booked due to failed transaction whereas the amount was promptly debited to my account. When contacted Axis Bank, they provided me the above reference number with a request to contact you as they have paid the amount to you and the amount from you did not reach IRCTC and they did not book the ticket.

                                    Hence please arrange refund of Rs.837.29 immediately and confirm.

                                      I was booking a railway tkt thru irctc app on 9.12.2018 around 21.30 hrs. Payment of rs 1351.80 was made from my icici bank account thru your portal. The amount was not redirected to irctc and ticket was not booked. It does not show even in the failed transactions list of irctc site. Payment ref is onl[protected]/irctc l. Kindly get my amount refunded to my bank account.
