Paytm Mall — wrong product delivery | |||||
Paytm you have pathetic services.. I has ordered products 10 days ago and they sent a wrong item (4 wrong items).. And since then i have been trying to return it... But they keep cancelling it.. Nobody is picking the products from home and the vendor is not answering my phone. On 12th March 2018, i had made a transaction from my paytm no [protected] and it got failed not redirected to irctc web page and no notification from paytm also about transaction error .. Every time I call customer care they don't reply.. saying it's not their department and a gives a no. which is unreachable...

We are calling customer care and the amount each time i call is of min 40rs. The Fault is with ur side of not crediting the amount and still charging 40rs each time i call..And i will complain this to consumer court.very bad from ur side
