I have faced issues with paytm, where i addded Rs5000 and requested to transfer it to my bank account. I did all the kyc requirements and transferred the amount to my bank account. I have merged two accounts as described in oaytm discussion forum, account got merge but amount not updated... Now they r not replying on the support ticket I sent although grivience request too.
Paytm support numbers also base on auto reply IVrs no human there to properly listen the issue and resolve it .
How a company who is growing so rapidly provide this kind of support....

On date 8th feb 2018, my metro card no 80229302 was charged for an amount of rs 500 using paytm. But neither card was charged nor amount was returned back to my account
This issue has already been raised in past but no avail.

I have order 2 junes on 11 march and money has directed on my account and according to paytm rules they has to give me my cash back within 24 ours but still i did not got the cash back aad i was trying to call coustmer care but there is no use of custermer care they is no option for the cash back complete so as soon as possible plz read my request and go through it

I have ordered a product from street style store payment of rs. 524 on paytm against order id[protected] on 10th march 2018. While confirm the payment by entering the otp for payment the order is automatically cancelled. I lost my money. Paytm asked me to link aadhaar number using website. After linking it had an option for in person verification.
