Dear sir,
I had purchased a mobile samsung s7 edge worth rs.35, 900/- on 1st march'18 with order no [protected] from paytm mall app (Pic attached), wherein i had applied promo code and need to get rs. 5000/- cash back in 48 hrs. But till date i. E., 14.03.18, i didn't received any cashback.

On 9th, 10th day after purchase i sent a message to them in paytm mall app that i didn't get cash back. (Pic attached)

After that i got a reply from mr. Ahil, paytm mallcare that i will get cash back after 10 days from the date of delivery. (So, after how many days/months/years will i get cashback?)

On 11th day after purchase i requested again via msg to return money as i didn't get cashback, but didn't get any fruit.

After that i got a suggestion (Pic attached) from patym mall that (1) may be my transaction in march month is more than 20k or (2) may be after if paytm credits cash back my wallet will get increased more than 20k.

But, both the above 2 cases are false (Passbook pic attached)

On 12th day paytm sent a message that i will not get refund due to some foolish reason that " credit card is not eligible for cashback.

I had read all the terms and conditions and i am eligible to get cash back as per their policy.

Hence, it is requested to do the needful on priority.

Paytm tried to escape by not paying cashback of Rs.5000/- by stating silly reasons. After showing all the proofs that I'm eligible and after lodging complaint at consumer complaints, by cash back cleared in a day itself. I got an SMS stating that amount Rs.5000/- been cash backed.     My money get deducted from my account as well as when my order is not completed so i haven't get my money back. Even on customer care no executive receive on call. No solution for my problem
    If not solved my complaint then i will never interact with ur app
    All other channels r providing solutio early but not a single output from this channel
    My loss of money as well as my time.

      I ordered a boat Rockerz 390 headphone (silver & blue) on 2March 2018. Order Number : [protected]. My payment mode was COD .But that packing was worst so I felt someone opened before I received the order. I cancelled the product and I returned back to the courier boy. My cancelled product already received by paytm but no conformation message I got from paytm. I'm a regular customer but why this much delay for me. And after receiving the product paytm didn't called me regarding this .But when I'm trying to provide my bank number in paytm there is no option I got. So I sending a mail regarding this. Please take care regarding my issue and resolve it very soon.

        I have faced issues with paytm, where i addded Rs5000 and requested to transfer it to my bank account. continue two times transfer but everytime failed msg return, so i decided, i d'not transfer money to now but some time automatic 2000 rs deducted from my paytm wallet
        The amount is deducted from my paytm wallet and now the amount is not reflecting anywhere. I tried to contact their customer service and they are not responding. Expecting a solution for this complaint as soon as possible

And my money was not credited in my a.c. so please its a humble request to you please solve this problem or guide me.

            Request you to kindly revert my money back on my my account as i tried to add rs. 5000 on 07 march 2018 at 21:52 o' clock and my transaction id is [protected].
            The amount is deducted from my bank account but not added in paytm wallet.
            My paytm no is [protected]. I am trying to call on customer care but nobody is replying. I request you to please resolve my issue and revert me back with a positive reply.

              Paytm mobile solutions — not got chas back
              I ordered 2 products 1st i orderd then i got another one. So i cancel the 1st one. Then i ordered 2nd one but it shows prossing then i cancel this on mar 12, 2018
              But money has directed on my account and paytm wallet
              1st cost rs 99 its rs 58 back to wallet but rs 41 which debited from my sbi a\c its not back.
              2nd cost rs 274 and its rs 58 back to my wallet but rs 216 not back to my sbi a\c.

              According to paytm rules they has to give me my cash back within 24 ours but still i did not got the cash back and i was trying to call coustmer care but there is no use of custermer care they is no option for the cash back complete so as soon as possible plz read my request and go through it.
              Expecting my cash back of rs 257 with in 12 ours please. Then i order my product.

                I have booked 5 (Kingston ddr3 8gb ram) items in a single order bearing order id : [protected].
                I got only 1 memory card which i didnt book and i called customer care for refund since seller doesnt seem to be genuine.
                Everytime i call customer care, i have to wait almost 1 hour to get connected and they are not at all talking things related to order and they are just making it extend.
                I want a refund for this immediately.
                Kindly do help.

                I have ordered 1 item (Kingston ddr3 8gb ram) with order id : [protected] and i got 1 memory card with a local brand for this. I talked to customer care reg this and they said they are working on it since 2 days and they promised me that i will get refund for this. But today when i asked of rupdate on this with customer care, they are telling me that my account has been flagged for voilation of terms.

                I ordered for ram, paytm got my money, paytm sent me a useless memory card and now they saying i voilated terms and no refund will be done on this.
                Paytm is cheating people with wrong products by getting money with no reasons.
                I dnt need the product replacement, seller is not at all good. I just need a refund. I never never never want to buy anything from paytm. Paytm customer care people are rough, they dnt treat customers well, even if they do mistakes.
                Pls help.

                I have booked 5 items in a single order (Kingston ddr3 ram) bearing order id : [protected] bu ti have got only 1 item which is unrelated (Memory card and not ram). I talked to customer care 2 days before reg this and they said me that they are working on this but today when i called them, they said me that nothing has been done on this till now.
                I need this order to be returned from where it is delivered and i need an immediate refund on the product to the source card from where i made the payment.
                How come paytm sellers are so useless selling memory card with the name of ram and paytm bears no responsibility on this. Everytime to talkt o customer care, call be in hold for 1 hour then gets connected then every 2 mins customer care guy will say, i will put your call on hold and keep it in hold for 30 mins.
                Paytm got my money and seller is sending me wrong products and i feel like paytm employs fake sellers to loot money from people because without a loop hole how come fake sellers registered and sell fake products.
                Paytm cant cheat people just like that with reasons employing fake sellers to loot people's hard earned money.
                I would say paytm as an easy money earning firm, no hardwork, no struggle, just loot people.

                    I am using mobile no. [protected]. Whenever i try to complete the paytm kyc process, it's says your aadhar has been linked to other number. This is the 1st time i am using paytm.
                    Also when i try to input voter id card details, it says identificationon completed now goto kyc centre to verify but they're only accepting aadhar card details.

                    I tried to book a meeting with paytm representative but they don't even picking the phone.

                    My mother using mobile number [protected] facing the same issue.

                    This is the height of botched up process and irresponsibility just to cheat the customers so they can't transfer the money.

                    Other apps like freecharge and phonepe have a far simple process.

                    So kindly look into this matter urgently.

                      My debit card transaction for rail booking was wrongly credited to your company. Trans. Id [protected]. Request pl. Refund same to my same a/c. Immtly. Rs.1446.8 i have no account with paytm. Tr thomas this happened during railway booking. My rail ticket were also not booked due to this mishap. Request to immediate action for refund so as i can book my ticket with this money. Or you may advice me other means to get this money refunded
                      I. E. By becoming a paytm user or so.

                          Hello sir, this is sayan bhowmick, a fellow user of paytm, a/c no - [protected].
                          Today, around 8.38 pm, i sent ₹500 using paytm bhim upi money transfer facility to one of my friend, named rupkumar biswas, on his upi id - [protected]@ybl. I was facing some network issue then, & while checking the data connection settings, suddenly the data connection got disconnected by mistake while the transaction process was still processing. After re enabling the data connection, i found that the money has been deducted from my paytm savings account, but unfortunately the receiver didn't receive the money. Also, i didn't get any confirmation message or any kind of messages on my paytm linked mobile number regarding the payment process.
                          So, in this scenario, kindly help this poor guy to get back the money which the receiver didn't get, but got deducted from my account.

I did all the kyc requirements and transferred the amount to my bank account. Almost one week passed and till now the amount is not credited. The amount is deducted from my paytm wallet and now the amount is not reflecting anywhere. I tried to contact their customer service and they are not responding. The kind of poor service and the non response from their team made ne to file this complaint. Expecting a solution for this complaint as soon as possible

                                I have merged two accounts as described in oaytm discussion forum, account got merge but amount not updated... Now they r not replying on the support ticket I sent although grivience request too.
                                Paytm support numbers also base on auto reply IVrs no human there to properly listen the issue and resolve it .
                                How a company who is growing so rapidly provide this kind of support.

                                  This issue has already been raised in past but no avail.

                                    I have booked a ticket from irctc vaid PNR.No.[protected] dt.20.02.18 ticket cancelled on 21.02.18 my refund money is 530.00 .irctc refund the same to u on 25.02.18 but still i am wating. this is to much u cut the service charges then some refund amount. refund immediately.

                                      I transferred inr 24000 from paytm wallet to my sbi account. Paytm says they have transferred the amount to sbi my home branch. But when i spoke to
                                      To my branch manager, he said money is not reflected in my account. I called paytm customer care, they said contact your home branch. Branch is saying speak to paytm. My money is stuck neither sbi customer care nor paytm customer is supportive.
                                      I even wrote to paytmcare but i have not got any response. I have even dm to paytm on twitter but there is no response.

                                      I do not understand why you make more complicated this issue. Because all is clear the seller also confirmed product has been successfully received.
                                      There are no need to tracking courier slip because seller confirmed.
                                      I think you are interested giving my refund amount because you are make more complicated this issue again again told me our team not track your courier slip but matter is clear courier received by seller and also confirmed by seller.

                                      Again again you wrote courier slip is not trackable.dont give this type argument again.

                                      Refund my money as earliest otherwise I have open all other option.

                                      I do not understand why you make more complicated this issue. Because all is clear the seller also confirmed product has been successfully received.
                                      There are no need to tracking courier slip because seller confirmed.
                                      I think you are not interested giving my refund amount because you are make more complicated this issue again again told me our team not track your courier slip but matter is clear courier received by seller and also confirmed by seller.

                                      Again again you wrote courier slip is not trackable.dont give this type argument again.

                                      Refund my money as earliest otherwise I have open all other option.

                                      It is not a good way for your service almost 24 days going on and no any response from your side.
                                      In future I think about purchasing from Paytm and also suggest to other friends and relatives from your service.

                                      Dear Team,

                                      Courier already sent to reliance courier.
                                      What you do reject my return courier.
                                      Kindly find attached receipt of courier.
                                      I have returned this product on 17-02-18 but till dated no any positive response from paytm side.
                                      I have sent seller confirmation mail the product has been successfully received.
                                      5 time toll free complain & 10 time wrote on Paytm chat & 10-15 Mail sent.
                                      but my amount not refund till date
                                      Sir,
                                      I ordered donimos pizza two times on 09/03/2018. Both time paid by paytm through debit cards. AMT was deducted from bank account and order not confirm.
                                      So please check orders nos. And refund the amount in bank as possible as.
