Dear Team,

Today I called on your paytm number [protected] regarding closing of Fast Tag (RJ14XC3762). The agent In the voice named Mr Abhishek Chauhan misbehaved with me and i told him many times to transfer the call to senior person, manager, supervisor but he is so rude that he had not transfer my call and put the call on hold for more than 35 minutes. He is saying i am not transferring the call to any person. What service you are giving to customer??? You are making fools to customers. I am escalting the company to telecom ministry that paytm shold be banned in india and paytm is fraud and fooling its customer. Its now more than 40 minutes of hold Mr Abhishek is not responding anymore. Terminate this guy. I will also go in media and tell them what paytm guys are doing??

    I have ordered a hbq i7 bluetooth from paytm mall,
    I got delievry today, when i opened the parcel, the box conidition of bluetooth is bad, i dont like it, and when i look the bluetooth the bluetooth operating button is not working, and along with button issue, there is also a damage in lower part of bluetooth... I am not satisfied with seller..
    And i requested that return order for that parcel jus after 10 mins..
    My return order is approved, but i just want to get know to paytm mall, that seller of this product is not good, i m very much unsatisfied from this product of the seller and product.

    I add 2000 to my paytm wallet, and then that 2000 rupees i refund to bank.but the money debited from paytm wallet but not credited to bank.it is showing transaction is successful but not credited in my bank.please refund my money.

    I am done my KYC also.
    So why this problem has come with me.

      I had recharged twice 4 aug 2017 order no [protected] with amount of rs.498 and 2 nov 2017 order no [protected] with amount of rs.499 for my jio dongle [[protected]] through paytm.in my paytm app the recharge shows successfully and amount is debited from my sbi bank account but till the date it is not recharged.

      I had call the jio customer care many time and spoke with the persons that all they said that we don’t get any recharge from paytm for above mention reference no or date. Even they guide me to call paytm customer care and ask for refund.
      I had call the paytm customer care many time but customer care service number are not working.
      Paytm is a robber... I want refund my both recharge amount asap.

        I have been using paytm account and keeping funds for use o[censored]ber cab service only. I will not be able to book unless i have funds above
        Rs.350 in paytm account and i keep replenishing the same as and when needed. I had a balance of rs. 300 in the account last when used.
        After a month of non use, i got a message to re validate the paytm and on doing so, the balance got vanished and shown zero.
        I am surprised and made complain in the mobile app. They asked for ref. Number of the use. When i have not used at all, i am not able to prove this.
        Where as paytm will have records of funds loaded on the mobile number [protected].
        I request you to check this last transaction and the balance and reimburse the same quickly.
        Due to his issue, i am afraind that i should not use paytm at all and advise friends as well on the same.
        Pl. Revert.

        Thanks a lot paytm team for resolve it.
        Money was deducted from my card. but not added to my wallet.Showing me that "your payment awaited". on 11th March 2018 1:05 p.m.please resolve it I need money urgent.

        I purchased a mobile phone through paytm but as promised still not received my cashback of Rs 10000 as about 1 month have passed. I purchased mobile phone on 10th February.

          I cancelled my two tickets pnr no. [protected] and [protected] on 03.02.2018. Irctc website shows amount refunded on 05.03.2018 to paytmsdk bank. But the same are not reflecting in my account after elapsing a week. Kindly check and refund the amount in my account.

          Approximately 20 days ago I have done the KYC documents and verification but paytm company didn't open my open.Also I complaint and mail them but they didn't reply me.I think they fraud me. lots of days they frauding me.

            I have bought a samsung s7 edge phone from paytm on 27th - feb at cost of rs 35900/- and rs 5000/- cash back was part offer in it. I have applied the promo code which was successfully applied.
            Now after 02 weeks there is reply from paytm that they cannot give the cashback as there is issue with the debit card i have accessed.
            There was no such information at time of purchase and the card i have accessed is a regularly used by me.
            Cash was supposed to be reached on my mobile no. And nothing has to be delt with the mobile no.
            Now they are neither giving the option to return the product
            This is serious case of humiliation and i feel cheated as customer and i want mu money back

                    My payments and withdrawals are restricted by paytm with the excuse that my kyc is not done. I had submitted my id proofs a year back to an executive, so that does not make sense. I resubmitted the kyc request to http://m.p-y.tm/kyc thrice, but no one called or visited me. I even wrote to customer care, but i got a standard reply, "we are really sorry for the inconvenience caused but at this time, we do not have a kyc request from your side where all required details are available" everytime which is probably an autoresponder message. Also, there is no response from the paytm contact numbers. Now my money is struck at paytm, neither can i use it... Nor can i withdraw it. I see that a lot of people here have the same complaint. So something is really fishy. Please help!

                          Hi i am unable to use my paytm wallet refund which was converted by paytm team from voucher to wallet and they had confirmed the same but now i am unable to use that amount and paytm team is not listening. Also i am calling them and emailing but not getting any satisfactory answer they are only giving me fake emails. I am totally tired and waiting for resolution since 8 days.

                            They are big time scam. Why they are trying to become a bank when their capilbilty and services are like pan shop. I added 5000 that time they didnt told me about kyc now when i am sending money they are asking to link adhar and i did they they said for in persona verification. I called the outlet he said its easy and can be done by paying 200 i said okey!! As they allready holded my 5000 and drive 30 km to reach there after reaching there outlet said why you linked adhar in app now come after 5 days.

                            Conculsion.. 5000 got stuck i wasted 3 hours

                            My recommndetion is not to use it. None of the customer support number working

                                Ref non credit of payment made to bsnl account, order no [protected] transaction dt 26.02.2018.

                                Rs 657 deducted (Rs 642 purported to be credited to bsnl account and rs 15 home burglary insurance) and credited to inb one 97 communication ltd on 26.02.2018.

                                Reference: order id [protected] transcation id[protected] igaczmqrc4 rs 657 deducted from sbi account no [protected] sme branch sakhipara, sambalpur odisha on 26.02.2018. Rs 642 not credited to bsnl account. I have lodged complaint on 27.02.2018 but there is no response. It appears that paytm is not comm9ited to customer service rather cheating people

                                Order id [protected] transcation id[protected] igaczmqrc4 for rs 657 (Rs642for bsnl and rs.15 for home burglary insurance). I shall be constrained to complian to appropriate authorities if no response is coming.
                                Where rs 642 has gone when the same is not credited to bsnl account.
                                Please arrange refund of the amount rs.642.

                                  An amount of rs 4350 not credited to my account inspite of the fact that sender showed transaction as successful. More so no one in customer care responds.. Looks like we have made them too big for them to hear. I have lost my confidence and will avoid using paytm. I did not take the transaction id as it was succesful. More so i am unhappy at the non customer caring attitude

                                      I ordered an iphone x 64 gb silver color via order no. [protected] on 27/02/2018 and received the package on the same day. Inside the box was an iphone 6 body filled with mud with screen tapped to it. I have already shared an unboxing video of the same with paytm care & also the pics they have asked me to share.

                                      Despite providing enough proof i have been told by paytm care via mail that after their investigation they have found that correct product was delievered. Their mail said that no empty box was delivered when i never complained about an empty box.

                                      This is the mail i have received from paytm-

                                      "dear lalit,

                                      This is regarding your concern for receiving an empty box for order id [protected].

                                      We launched a full scale investigation and our checks have confirmed that correct product was delivered to you. Therefore, we will not be able to proceed your request further.

                                      Hope this helps.

                                        I have paid the electricity bill of company mppkvvcl number [protected] today on date 9.3.2018.
                                        I am not intrested for the insurance said above in the suject. Kindly cancel the "home burglary insurance" of rs. 1 lac for rs. 15 which added by default, it is ticked in check box automatically. I also request you to refund ₹ 15/- into my bank account or paytm wallet.
