I have booked tickets on 18/02/2018 whose pnr is [protected] but due to some reason canceled the ticket on 24/02/2018 whose transaction id is [protected]. I visited the irctc portal and checked the status but it shows refunded but not transfer in my bank account please resolve this issue as soon as possible because i am poor student and that money is important for me.

Hi i am unable to use my paytm wallet refund which was converted by paytm team from voucher to wallet and they had confirmed the same but now i am unable to use that amount and paytm team is not listening. Also i am calling them and emailing but not getting any satisfactory answer they are only giving me fake emails. I am totally tired and waiting for resolution since 8 days....

They are big time scam. Why they are trying to become a bank when their capilbilty and services are like pan shop. I added 5000 that time they didnt told me about kyc now when i am sending money they are asking to link adhar and i did they they said for in persona verification. I called the outlet he said its easy and can be done by paying 200 i said okey!! As they allready holded my 5000 and drive 30 km to reach there after reaching there...

Only yesterday night i came to know after checking my bank statement that some one is sending money some where using pay tm. When i called my bank to block my card and give me information and requested them to provide me list of phone no.'s or names of persons those who received money, they blocked my card immediately and advised me to contact you for this information and at same time file a police complaint in cyber crime...

My account is blocked by paytm team.
Firstly they lock my account means there is not placing any product to my address. After that they told me that your account is not verified (Kyc). After verifying my kvc same problem is occurring. I have tried to contact my ways but they r not responding.
I just want to close my paytm account at any cost.

I have requested for register my adhara kyc in paytm.
They fixed the appointment to verify the documents but no one visited.
Even though couple of complaints placed in paytm customer portal, we havnt received any response.
