I am writing this mail regarding cashback. So problem is i pay my electricity bill through paytm by using promo code which is (Firstpay) and it is applied but i dont get any cashback from your side to my paytm wallet. I also attach some attachments please see and solve my query asap.

    The options to reach out to paytm care thru phones are blocked out.
    The following amounts do not show in my wallet and neither have been paid out
    24/02/2018 paytm noida in 160.00 dr
    24/02/2018 paytm WWW.PAYTM.IN 1030.00 dr
    Besides 1140 credited to paytm wallet on 8th feb 2018 rs 1140/- at 9.44 pm
    Wallet transaction #[protected].
    The other 2 transactions 160 & 1030 is a debit on my credit card, not showing in paytm wallet.

    Calls to [protected] and [protected] does not have options and disconnects by itself.

      Request your kind intervention in the matter of

      "paytm going back on their word after confirming cashback in writing."

      Since i have all commitments from paytm in writing (Pic attached), i believe paytm is wrong in denying me the cashback when they have clearly stated "as a goodwill gesture, we would be adding a cashback of inr 8000 to your paytm wallet, in line with the on-going promocode: samsung8 on the product."

      Hence, have had no choice but to approach the consumer complaints forum to rectify the wrong that is being done here.

      Brief summary of the sequence of events;

      1. Had made a purchase of the samsung note 8 wherein the promocode for the cashback of rs. 8000/- was not getting activated. The dealer bhavesh from cell city spoke to ashish from paytm and was instructed the make the purchase without the promo code and that ashish from paytm would initiate the cashback coupon from his office at paytm. (Confirmation of promo code activation from ashish is shown in image attached)

      Here is the transcript for your ready reference - (Regarding your concern about cashback for order [protected] of samsung galaxy note 8 sm-n950f (Maple gold), i would like to inform you that as per our system, no promocode was applied while placing this order. Cashbacks, deals and promotions offered by paytm can only be availed by application of a promo code at the time of placing an order.

      However, as a goodwill gesture, we would be adding a cashback of inr 8000 to your paytm wallet, in line with the on-going promocode: samsung8 on the product.
      The cashback will be processed to your paytm wallet within 10 working days.)

      This confirmation was received on feb 9 at 6.53pm.

      2. Thereafter on 09 feb, 09:01 pm, i got another message from paytm confirming the cashback. Here is the proof of the same - 'as per your concern we would like to inform you that cashback of inr 8000 will be credited after 10 days from the date of delivery of your phone."

      3. When i wrote to them saying that the cashback was not credited, i even got a message on 22 feb, 01:25 pm saying that as an exception they would credit the cashback to my bank account as soon as i sent them the bank account details. (Proof in the image attached)

      4. Have been following up since then and now they have gone back on their word stating that i am not eligible for cashback since the promocode was not applied. Here is the mail i received from them -

      Dear zahira,

      I would like to inform you that cashback, deals and discounts offered by paytm are applicable only by application of the valid promo code at the time of placing an order. As per our system your order [protected] & product samsung galaxy note 8 sm-n950f (Maple gold) is not eligible for cashback as no valid promo code was applied at the time of placing the order.

      Therefore, we would not be able to process your request further.

      This is proof that paytm has gone back on their word.

      Thankfully all communication was in writing and not verbal.

      Request your kind intervention in taking up this matter with paytm and getting paytm to credit my cashback as committed.

      Looking forward to the matter getting resolved at the earliest.

      Please refer to query ref no. 51568149 where you'll have acknowledged and initiated the cashback of rs. 8, 000/- to my account which didn't not reflect as i had exceeded the cash limit. Therefore, the cashback was on hold. I was also requested to give my bank details, which i did but the cash back is still not credited to my paytm account nor my bank account.

      Attached are the snapshots from my cell showing paytm's commitment to giving me my cashback.

        Sir,
        I added rupees 1000 to my wallet through upi. But money was not added to my paytm wallet although transaction is shown to be successful.
        Te customer care executives are not listening to it and after waiting for 30 minutes with call on hold one person received the call and again he transferred the call to other guy and since then again no response no one is ready to accept the call.

          I already linked paytm kyc with my aadhar and i got a debit card from paytm..
          But i cant transfer the wallet money to my bank account or paytm savings account.., when i try, it shows link your aadhar with kyc paytm, when i click next it shows, you successfully linked your aadhar with paytm kyc, but i can't trasnfer the money to bank account...

            I am having trouble while transferring my money to a bank account, its showing verification of kyc pending which i already did but it's not getting verified
            I have an immediate request for transfer of money which is not getting done just because of verification pending
            I tried reaching paytm customer executive but didnt got any help from there, actually i was not even able to connect with customer executive.

            I did message them in help and support but didnt got any help from there also

              I was adding money to paytm wallet due to slowork net speed of jio the transaction failed. I did it for three times all failed. Amount of first and last transaction refunded but the second transaction amount not refunded. I have also contacted my bank but they said that it's paytm responsibility. Paytm saying that it's banks responsibility.
              Hoping the problem to be resolved.

                Dear sir/madam,
                In 14th march 2018 i was sent money from paytm to account rs. 4500, there are showing details success transaction, but money not recieved in my bank account till now, my paytm registered number [protected]. Before some days same issue 400 rupees not came in my paytm wallet balance.
                So please look into the metter and prompt getting me response.
                Till now not recieved payment of rs. 4500 from paytm to bank.

                    I transferred 5000rs. To my bank account from paytm on 13th march 2018. But it's not been shown in my account balance. They are not replying to my complaints also. Paytm app is showing it in their passbook as success of the transaction. I called upon to the bank they said that they can't do anything in this matter. U have to talk to paytm only.                           I had recharged my Idea number for Rs.398 on Feb 14th, 2018 through Idea Web portal. The payment was made through Paytm Mobile Solutions. The transaction status on my debit account shows as success but recharge was not done. On contacting Idea, they said that they have not received any amount and thus, no recharge was processed.

                          Since then, I have not received my refund for that recharge from PayTm.
                          Kindly help me to get my refund.

                            Please look for attached screenshot. I have received money on my Paytm account [protected]. Holder Jagruti Solanki.

                            I have also received message notification but I forgot my password. I have reset password and KYC also done but money is not updated in my wallet. I don't know where it disappeared. Do didn't transfer any money to anyone so please help to find where my money has gone.

                            I also tried to call you on customer care number but call is not connecting. Only they are telling to reset password. Please update your call centre as this kind of problem harassed your customers.

                            For your reference I have attached screenshot along with transaction numbers.

                              I booked train tickets twice on paytm where they where failed and amount deducted and the refund not yet received... even bank also did not get details even yet...
                              and i also transferred 350rs from paytm wallet to bank where paytm told that it has send money to bank.. but the bank didnt received..

                                    I have added rs. 8000 to paytm wallet but i cannot use it for payment transfer in account because kyc not done and when i tried to do kyc in verification section it gives error, cannot do inperson verification to my location.
                                    I request you to kindly fix this problem or refund my money to account.
                                    It is not transferreing from paytm wallet to another paytm number there is not reponse from paytm executive and there is no customer service for half an hour the call is not connecting to representative
                                    I'm unable to operate on my own money for kyc issue. Nobody is helping to solve this kyc issue. Nobody is coming to verify, nobody is picking up calls.

                                        Dear all,

                                        This is regarding the paytm company. This company is asking aadhaar card linking with the wallet service and stopped my transactions.

                                        Can somebody explain how can they make it mandatory linking aadhaar card with paytm account? As per hon'ble supreme court directive dated 13th mar'2018, no linking of aadhaar is mandatory except government schemes till further decision given by hon'ble supreme court.

                                        Could you please look into this matter asap. Its totally a contempt of court!
