Paytm is not refunding my flight fares of Rs 7490 which was cancelled by Jet Airways due to their operational reasons.
I contact Jet Airways for the same and they replied that for refund I need to get in touch with the travel booking agent which is Paytm. I called paytm service desk many times and they failed to response properly.

Our Jet Airways flight was cancelled and the same was communicated to Paytm on 18 April. Since then, every time that we have called Jet airways, they have clearly stated that Paytm hasn't filled the form correctly, and I should get in touch with their sales team.
