On 21/06/2019 friday at 08:11am i was
Doing a transaction of rs 2000/- from canara bank to paytm payment bank but my amount was deducted from my canara bank account but the receiver bank account didn't get the money. I was doing my transaction through paytm payment bank by linking canara bank l. I got a transaction reference id[protected]. I called canara bank customer service he asked me to file a compliant against paytm paymentbank. Please sir hope you will look to my concern, thanku.

dated:[protected].I have paid by internet banking via Axis Bank for recharge
of my videocon d2h.But my transaction of 912.6 has failed with error message and after 24 hour my refund amount is still not received nor i have received any message regarding it. please get resolved it shortly.

Sir this is my request I have not get any bonus or rewards on addition of cash on my dream11 account i.e winner7894 Sir this happened with me at least five times . I have added 499 rs cash in my dream11 account on 09/06/2019 at 14.30.51 pm to get bonus of 500 but I am not able to get it yet . kindly check and resolve my issue quickly as possible

It is hereby brought to your notice that i treid to check flight from bhuneswar to delhi for 11 May 2019. I was just trying to check out price and availabilty in the flight and it is further brought to your notice that to fulfill your illegal means and wants the same was selected and booked through paytm postpaid method which was illegal used by you to earn and make consumer suffer and extract high earn money of consumer. I duly brought it to your notice by calling on customer number telling them what really happened and requested them to clarify and cancel the same and informed them that i stay in delhi and i cant board the flight. In reply i was informed to travel to bhuneswar just to board the flight and that they wont help in anyway and i have to travel all over to bhuneswar and board the flight. I further offered them to pay extra but to change the first name of the passenger which was also refused and i was forced to cancel the flight ticket by your executive I have bought the same issue to your notice many times previously on call and message and raised various queries previously. Lastly i received a call on 6 May 2019 from you and i again raised query about same issue which went inaswered any of my query was not answered. It is now brought to your notice again.

I have already being obliged to brought it to your notice many times in past on call or by generating complaints on call, app and e-mail but no action has taken place.

Kindly do the needful because a consumer is not liable or forced to pay for illegal acts of company. It is a wrong/illegal way to extract money from consumer and consumer is not liable to pay for illegal acts and i always tried to resolve the issue on my bonafide but you didn't stop your malafide acts here only and daily torture and harass me mentally. You are requested to stop during your illegal acts and harass/torture consumer metally.

I have booked a ticket[protected] from JANGAREDDY GUDEM to eluru on 13-June 2019. Since I had to cancel my journey, I tried cancelling at 8.10pm while the bus is at 9.45pm. The cancellation was not successful due to app error. I have attached the screen shot for the same (Cancellation error screen shot). As per paytm policy I can cancel until 8.44pm (paytm policy screen shot). But when i had a conversation with paytm customer care, they told cancellation is not available (Customer care screenshot).

Dear Sir,

We purchase so may product from paytm Mall and get the different promocodes but we could not use these promocode. Several times we talk on your customer care but did not get any solution. He demand the screen shot. We already given them but problem are still right now. He give us a referance no[protected].

We are suffring since 15 days for this issue. Each and every time someone given the new refence no. but did not given the solution.

Kindly resolved the issue earlist possible becasue last date of somay promocode near to end.

If you could not provide the solution then we request to stop the promote of these type of schemes.

Firstly wrong size was delivered so, I asked qq return which was accepted and product was picked up on 2nd June but on mistake of pickup guy or company they say product was never picked. Even it was confirmed by the delivery guy product was picked that day and sent by him. Company has denied any pickup and refund this total fraud and malpractice by the concerned practice it's almost over week Customer care has come up with any solution even many end up saying that sir product still lies with me. Hereby attaching some proof that pickup guy was on 2nd June to pickup my product.

Paytm is not refunding my flight fares of Rs 7490 which was cancelled by Jet Airways due to their operational reasons.
I contact Jet Airways for the same and they replied that for refund I need to get in touch with the travel booking agent which is Paytm. I called paytm service desk many times and they failed to response properly.
My Paytm booking ID is [protected] booked on 7th April 2019.

Kindly look into the matter and arrange refund of my booking.

Paytm se 15/06/2019 Ko mobile order Kiya tha, order usi din cancel kr diya tha .. 71499 ki amount thi jisme se unhone 250 rupye mere wallet se Kate the . Vo refund kr diye . Pr baki ki amount abhi tk refund nhi ki.. 5 din ho chuke h abhi tk refund nhi Aya h .

I have book ticket on paytm for 07/06/19, on same day I day i got a call from bus operator that bus is cancelled, But till today today i have not received my money.
I have called bus operator's office they told that they have informed paytm for bus cancellation and refunding money so i have contacted to paytm custmer care they are saying that they have no information about bus cancellation.
It has been 10 day since bus has cancelled.
i have urgent need money, I want immediate refund.
This is illegal retention of custmer's money.

I tried to transfer Rs. 10000 from debit card o[censored]tkarsh small finance bank to paytm wallet on 14th dec. 2018, payment gateway was rupay. Money debited from account but did not credited to paytm wallet. I contacted paytm customer care several time and their reply every time is transaction failed at paytm end. I contacted bank customer care several time and visited branch their reply was money is debited from account and transaction was successful at bank end.

I have order online phone through paytm but I have received defective product from paytm.i have returned applied within 3 days but paytm rejected without any mail and call.after when I call to customer care then they confirmed me that you provide job sheet to service center but I ask to them if I have pay complete my money to paytem and confirmed to on time for defective then why they are not providing any technical engineer though service centre and why they are not changing my phone this is showing completely fraudulent

Sir I was payment of rupee 450 by debit card for application for on date 29 Jan 2019 but it fails and my payment was deducted from account but not show on application form.so I am again pay 450 rupee from debit card for application form this time it's okay. But money deducted from 29 January 2019 of rupee 450 is not refund from merchant site.
I am complaining about that in our bank but they told that this money is credited on merchant site. So what I do sir?

After completing payment on IRCTC through your (paytm) payment gateway, my bank account is debited with Rs. 416.80, but paytm says transaction failed, and hence i didn't get by ticket booked.

I purchased a movie of 50 rs from google movies via internet banking through my sbi account. At midnight on 16 june...but movie didnt get downloaded in google play movies neither a purchase was shown...but 50 rs were credited from my bank account in the name of times of money..when i talked aboug this to sbi helpline no...i didnt got help as expexted...i have send messages to google play and everywhere..but no help yet..kindly help me
