I have purchased lg ro from paytm on 21st april and received it on 25th april. I have contacted lg for installation but they replied as i have purchased it from paytm, i have to contact paytm, then i have contacted paytm for same and paytm said that i have purchased lg ro then i should approach lg for my concern. Mean while i have contacted both for my query resolution but nothing happen. Then i have returned ro on 30th april evening due to bad service after sale from paytm and lg.
After 1 well my return/refund request rejected with logic that ro has been installed and my query has been resolved. Now concern is if nobody contacted me from lg as well paytm for installation then how installation could be done. I have contacted so many times with paytm customer care for my concern but always they replied that as per seller ro has been installed and my issue has been resolved. I have given them pic of sealed pack carton pic of ro, pic of ro installed at my home and conversation msgs for their confirmation that lg ro has not been installed at my home, it's kept sealed pack at my home. But they are not listening my words. I have also contacted consumer forum customer support and lodge a complaint for same but on that point also, paytm replied that my issue has been resolved. But actually lg ro carton didn't get open then how it could be installed.
I have tried a lot to convince paytm team with all supportings pics but they are not listening my words and doing faith only on their seller. Now i want justice, i want my money back with compensation as they have did alot of mental harrasment and cheated me, i am requesting them for return and refund of money giving them all actual supportings but they didn't care of it and helping their seller. I am attaching some screenshots of my followups with paytm with their revert, sealed pack ro at my home and pic of ro installed at my home.

Getwoo is charging me every month with Rs 300, i wanted to cancel my subscription so i contacted them, and here they are, no response.

    I've Been Ripped Off By Someone Else Thru My Paytm Wallet, Total Amount 1700rs.

    He Hacked My Paytm Account Somehow, And Linked To Other Zingoy Account.

    Then After Sometime, I Saw A Deduction Of 1700rs Thru My Paytm Wallet. Which I Have Not Done By Myself.

    And Fraud Has Been Done By [protected] This Phone No.

    I Strongly Need My Money Back To My Wallet As This Txn Is Purely Suspicious In Terms Of Your Weak Security..

    That You Are Allowing Somebody To Access My Paytm Account By All Means..

    I Request You To Take Action Against Him, And Whatever He Bought Thru Zingoy, Can Be Forfiet. Paytm Should Act Like Bank Now, A Cheap China Company.

    Earlier Also, Paytm Deducted 6k From My Wallet, Never Gave It Back Since ..

    Humble Request To Reverse My 1700 back to my wallet..

    ( I Also Called Delhi Police, All They Gave A Message To Be Alert, They Won't Do Anything Until Narendra Modi Pm Ji Take An Action Against Such Dealers Which Are Still Providing Phone Numbers Without Verifying Them.

      I have booked two ticket via paytm a month ago. Because of the reason that my tickets didn't get confirmed i have to cancel them on 26th May, 2019. As per the rules i must have got a refund of Rs. 820 back as a cancellation amount. till today i haven't got that i.e. on 27 May, 2019. Please see to it. My paytm account is with [protected]. I must have got the refund till now.

        I booked 3 train tickets and the transaction got cancelled and amount was deducted already. When i contacted customer care they said we have already refunded the amount in your bank account please contact your bank but the amount has not been refunded yet. Transaction id-[protected].

        I said that if it is not possible to refund then please book the tickets but they said that it is not possible.

        I want my money back anyhow. Please pay attention to my concern.

          I recharged my metro card number 52769309 on 13th may (Order id [protected]) for rs 200 via paytm (Registered email id on paytm - [protected]@gmail.com) but on 14th may when i tapped on avm machine, it showed no recharge available. The money had been deducted from my paytm balance. I had to recharge again for rs 200 on paytm on 14 may and it got added afterwards via avm. The customer care executive at metro station informed that no amount for recharge of the metro card has been received on 13th may.

          So far i haven't received any refund for the recharge done on 13th may on paytm. I had already placed a complaint on paytm but no response have been received as yet. There is no adequate grievance resolution mechanism at the paytm. I request to kindly help me in getting the refund of the amount deducted from my paytm balance (Wallet transaction id [protected]).

              I purchased a jabong voucher at paytm for rs 5000. While placing the order at jabong, i found that they have no paytm wallet link. Now i wrote to paytm, not once but 4 times that kindly refund the amount. Everytime their team marks my query as addressed. I am trying to reach a customer care executive but can never get past the machine response. I am now realising that these wallets, apps are genuinely long term fraudsters. They can't keep up with their losses and now harming their users. Beware. Better to keep cash than rely on paytm.
              I have paid the amount Rs.1799 for wrong pay for paytm. Kindly Refund the Paytm amount Rs.1799

                  I just completed an in-app purchase of 1800 UC worth 1874 rupees for the game PUBG. The amount was debited from my bank account but the purchase is not reflecting up in my game. Kindly resolve the issue by transferring either the UC or by refunding my money.

                    Hi Team,

                    The order which i received was never placed by me.
                    Last week i received a parcel on my name, i accepted it thinking my friends/family would have sent it for me.
                    When i inquired with them- none of them did.

                    i called the customer care and inquired about the order to which they replied that they cannot share the details except the name-Sameer Ansari
                    i requested them to atleast lodge a complaint against this person since i do not know anyone named SameerAnsari or pass his number & details to me so that I can file a complaint against him- They did not did either of them.

                    i live alone with my daughter here and someone whom i do not know is sending me some rubbish things. The first one i accepted by mistake and the second parcel i never collected from my guard thinking what else could be there.

                    i urge you to please take this matter seriously before any mishappening.

                      Hi Team,

                      Have booked product "Lee Cooper Men Brown Formal Shoes" from Paytm Mall application with order id [protected] was supposed to be delivered by 13th May'19 but it got delayed to 18th May'19. However, on 18th May'19 also it was delayed. Have taken several follow up but Paytm mall customer care is not at all concerned about my complaint not at all taking follow up with Vendor courier company. Seriously fed up with this guys. Request you to please intervene in this and help me to come out of this.

                      Have also logged complaint with Paytm mall customer care numbered[protected]. May help you as reference.

                            I have booked a flight from Delhi to Indore for 10th may 2019 by the paytm app. Then, I got a message on 20th april that all the flights has been cancelled and i'll get my refund within a week. But, I didn't get anything till now. No customer value. Thumbs down to both jet airways & paytm app. Kindly return my money back asap.

                            I done my booking through Paytm on 10 may 2019 the bus met with accident. MRM travel bus from Chennai to Karaikudi. No refund made by travels. Paytm couldn't get refunds on genuine reasons too. Waste of booking bus through Paytm.

                              I have submitted a claim regarding funds taken from my account that i did not approve. I was ordering from amazon and some how you where able to default my money to your account. I am giving final notice before employing fraud squad to investigate as it is clearly a criminal act.
                              I have not received a reply as was stated in your last communication.

                              This is a repeat claim with slightly different inserts. The remaining fact is i have not been reimbursed.

                                This is regarding the product which i have purchased from paytm and the same is not delivered by any of my family member or neighbor or friend and neither me. But the delivery has been marked as delivered. I have already made a payment of rs.8795/- for the same. There is no proper response from paytm and the courier service provider.                                   TimesofMoney — failed in-app purchase on pubg mobile

                                  Purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 17 may at 11:10 am via internet banking. Costing rs.799 for uc credit of 660.

                                  My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my sbi account that the money went inb times of money limited.
                                  Its a huge sum of money and i'm worried for the same.

                                    On 13/5/2019 at 10.37 a. M. An amt of rs 800/- was debited twice by my bank but only one any was credited by you. I have send my pass book but the amt was not yet credited. Plz look into the matter.in this respect please note my previous problem was resolved by your good office in 2/2017. Paytm is not able to increase my credit balance. Your interference will be very helpful for me.
