Based on your request, we have raised a chargeback to acquirer bank on 26/04/2019 and pre-arbitration on 22/05/2019 against your transaction with reference number 908021976882 done through debit card on 21/03/2019 at 9:05 PM for amount Rs.1, 459.36. for transaction amount Rs.908021976882
We regret to inform you that however, the acquirer bank has declined our pre-arbitration attempt as on 08/06/2019 without any valid proofs confirming that the transaction was successful
If you still wish to contest further and raise an arbitration in this matter, kindly provide us with your written consent by replying to this email within 60 days from the date of pre-arbitration representment. Once we receive your written consent, we will raise an arbitration. Kindly note that an amount of INR 6000 + GST will be charged to your account as per the RuPay dispute management guidelines. Out of this Rs. 6000, an amount of Rs. 3000 will be upfront deducted as arbitration filling charges + a lien of Rs. 3000 will be marked on your account towards Arbitration proceeding charges that will be debited from your account in case Arbitration verdict does not go in your favour
However, in case the Arbitration ruling is in your favour, then the disputed amount, along with the arbitration filing charges will be refunded back in your account, and the lien marked against Rs. 3000 in your account will be removed
